I've been sipping it since the end of last week and now that I've finished it, here's my review 😆.

When the bottle is opened, it has a very rich sweet aroma that smells like wasanbon 😍.
The taste of rice is very strong.
Considering it's a sake made with Aiyama, the sweetness is moderate🤔.
The bitterness comes out later and the sharpness is also good 👍
However, there is an impression that it is somewhat hard...
I was told at the liquor store that it might be interesting to let it grow at room temperature.
After the second day, I took it out of the cellar and started aging it myself 😤.
The aroma is like a strawberry in addition to the wasanbon-like aroma 🎶. The overall flavor is mellow.
The overall flavor has mellowed and become richer and richer.
The overall flavor becomes mellower and richer.
The bitterness is lessened and the sweetness is more easily recognizable 😃.
Less sourness from the first day, this is almost no change 🤔.
The sweetness is moderated and not too much.
The sweetness is kept to a minimum and the umami and bitterness expresses the original flavor of Aizan well 😆.
The cold sake after the second day
I think it is one of the top tasting special junmai in my opinion 🤣.

I haven't had Nabeshima special junmai for a long time, but it's still too good 😋.
