Yesterday was a busy day for me.
I was a little bit lazy yesterday, so I decided to compare two different types of sake.
First, a review 🎶 of the raw sake.
The aroma is a rich and gorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of melon🍈 and white peach🍑😆.
On the palate, you are greeted with a slight fizz and gaseous sensation 😋.
The sweetness is like a combination of banana and white peach 😍.
The rice flavor is not so strong for a Collage 🤔.
The taste is very good, the acidity is good, and the taste is very good 🎶.
It's a good sake for stand-alone 😌.
