Personally, I don't think it's too sweet.
I've never heard of MS3, but I've heard it's a brewer's yeast.
The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
It seems sweeter at higher temperatures.
On the third day after opening, the dryness is lessened and the sweetness seems to come out a little more.
