Tasted and purchased at a tasting at Kinoshita Meishakuten
Rice: 17% Omachi for Koji rice, 83% Akebono for Kakemono rice
As I wrote in my post about the tasting, satoumi rice is rice made with oyster shells as fertilizer.
Sweet and juicy with a hint of pineapple 🍍.
There is a bit of bitterness at the end, but I highly recommend this sake for those who like sweet and tasty!
Much better impression than when I tasted it.
