This is the first time for Shigemasu. The rice is Yume Issen.
It has a hole in the stopper, but the effervescence is moderate. The nigoromi is also light.
It has an elegant, gentle sweetness that makes it easy to drink. But it has a high alcohol content, so it can be dangerous if you get carried away.
You don't feel like you're drinking nigori.
