The cork popped! Light cloudy white color with bubbles. It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of plums. It's a scent I've never experienced before. It has a strong aroma. Slightly fizzy mouthfeel. The tingling sensation of the carbonation and the sharp bitterness give the impression of a so-called dry taste. A short aftertaste. Souzake and Kaorozake.
