I've been wanting to drink Suiju for a while now, but I missed the timing. It's like water (not in a bad way) and slightly sweet. I've only had Manju or Senju, but it's better than that. But the price is reasonable and there are many other good sake brands...

It's from the brewery Shu-Yoshi. I bought it because I had been interested in it for a while. I was curious about it for a while, so I bought it. I got the impression that it was a fruity dry taste. The aroma is hard to believe it's a junmai sake. 60%, so it must be a ginjo-shu.

日本名門酒会加盟店限定のお酒。うん、いつもの甲子らしさもあるけど少し控えめな感じかな？。華やかで少し発泡感もある。

やや黄色味がかった透明。米のふくよかな香りとやや酸味を思わせる香り。米の旨味のやや濃醇な含み香と、稲藁を思わせる香ばしさと、微かに乳酸菌飲料を思わせる含み香のあいまった複雑な味わい。やや長めの余韻。醇酒。

ラベルには書いてないけど生詰酒らしいです。渡舟探してたら梅田で売ってた。1回火入れなのでフレッシュ感と微発泡感残ってる。旨辛のバランスいいお酒だと思います。
