It's gassy and refreshing and has a mineral feel to it. I feel like I've been drinking this type of drink a lot lately. It has a bit of sweetness to it. How will it change when the gas is released?
Light gas. Slightly sweet and lightly pungent at the end. It's a refreshing type. I'm not sure if it's the type I like after the gas is released. I wonder if it's the type recommended for quick drinking.
I've been wanting to drink Suiju for a while now, but I missed the timing. It's like water (not in a bad way) and slightly sweet. I've only had Manju or Senju, but it's better than that. But the price is reasonable and there are many other good sake brands...
As for the famous Niigata draught sake, Shimebari Tsuru was good. The next best is Hakkaisan. We want to try the snow plum, but we don't see it nearby.
It's from the brewery Shu-Yoshi. I bought it because I had been interested in it for a while. I was curious about it for a while, so I bought it. I got the impression that it was a fruity dry taste. The aroma is hard to believe it's a junmai sake. 60%, so it must be a ginjo-shu.
