This challenge sake is an unfiltered, chukkumi junmai daiginjo brewed with Yamagata Prefecture's original sake rice, Dewanosato.
The Kafuda-shu was the best of the past several bottles I have had.
Fresh, but with a ricey feel in the back of the mouth.
Seriously yummy!
