First Tobiroki I was finally able to get my hands on this a few months ago😅. This is a very nice beer. Pineapple smell🍍 Very well balanced sake😆. Very well balanced 😆 even in hot weather. It tastes best right after opening the bottle😋. I want to drink it again!

It was so good at Shinshu Hanpukai that I had to have another 😆. I wonder if it's a summer sake version as the name suggests! On the first day of opening the bottle, I feel a great alcohol feeling. The second day. The alcoholic feeling eased up a bit, but... When the temperature rises a little, it's delicious😋. The fruity feel of unfiltered unpasteurized sake. It feels more fruity when it's close to room temperature, not cold. Unusual ministry️. Dry and refreshing 😆😆.

Soga is good no matter what you drink. My first Ilya Thornton. The third kind this year. After purchasing, I waited until today in the refrigerator dedicated to sake (for myself 😅) 👍. I wanted to feel the maniacal taste and aroma👍👍. Failure! I should have bought 2 bottles 😩! You️ only know the taste now. But it's so good and unique! It's like a white wine but a Sake! Sweetness -> sourness -> dry mouthfeel Balance, taste the best😆. I have another bottle of Soga waiting in the fridge 😆😆. I wonder when I'll open it! Looking forward to it😋

I haven't had Kido in about a year. Delicious😋 It smells banana-like 🍌. It's better when it's chilled. The sweetness is not so much, so it is refreshing to drink. I love it!

First Hakuin Masamune Noticed this when I put it in the fridge after purchase! Date of manufacture: 2020.12. 😮 When was it shipped? But... it's good! It gives a sense of maturity and the flavor is easy to understand. I like it a lot 😆 . Room temperature, lukewarm, best 👍.

Hatsu Minami This is a special junmai-shu with only one tank. It is usually released in autumn, but this year, it was shipped in summer. It is shipped in summer. Just after opening the bottle, it smells like Muscat. I can't taste it! Second day The alcohol smell came out a little. Sip... Yum‼️. No sweetness, but a dry mouthfeel. (Sake degree +7.0) Slight sourness (acidity 1.8), astringency, dry chili and clean afterwards😆. It's best served a little lower than room temperature. It tastes best a little lower than room temperature👍.

Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai Secret Course (7) The first Misuzu Very tasty😋. This sake is brewed by the oldest person in Nagano prefecture. Smells like muscat the moment you open the bottle! I've never had anything like this before. Sweetness -> acidity -> bitterness -> clean and crisp. Very well balanced😊. I want to drink the others too!

First Miyaizumi Reserved purchase. It feels different from Sharaku. Maybe because it's a new product! Immediately after opening the bottle, I was only impressed by the prominent sourness. After a few days, the sweetness and flavor came out after the sourness. More to my liking after a few days😋. I should have tried more different temperatures. Regret after drinking it 😩😩.

Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai Secret Course⑥ Nagano Hitokoguchi unfiltered unpasteurized sake Sweet! It has a good sharpness but it is sweet! For me, it's too sweet to drink😅. I'm not sure what to make of it. (I forgot to take a picture...). The Hi-ire one is calmer and more to my liking 😆. I like Junmai Hi-ire the best😊.

First Omaezake Omachi Trilogy Seto Freshly opened, muscat smell. Meh, smells good😊. It's mature even for Omachi. Hmmm...thin taste Not so fruity for the smell. Good bitterness in the aftertaste. On the second day, both the smell and taste become more alcoholic.
