First Kaze no Mori There were many kinds and I was lost, but I bought Omachi which seemed to be right. I was right. Delicious😆. It has a foamy feeling and the flavor of Omachi spreads. It has a sweet taste and is easy to drink even though it has a thick taste.

DATA.15 Umami bomb of amino acid In sake, amino acid is called "miscellaneous taste". We raised it to 4.0 on purpose. I wanted to try it so much that I popped it. It has a unique flavor that adds to the typical Tsuchida taste. I prefer it warmed rather than cold😋. My brother loved it.

The first bottle of new sake for 2021 This is the first Iinuma Honke. It is a freshly pressed product, pressed on the 12th. Delicious 😆😆. Very fruity and refreshing with a hint of foam. It was empty in no time😋. Called my brother and opened a bottle at once👍.

When I asked the brewer, he said that he would release it during the cold wholesale season, but would not label it as hiyaoroshi this year. It's light. It has a slight firing, sweetness and a slight sourness. It is quite easy to drink.

the first fruits of the harvest I've always wanted to try this 😆. I finally found a shop that carries it. They say it's a bottle that pursues a "dry taste with umami". It's delicious👍. Sweetness, rice flavor, a little sourness, astringency, tingling You can really enjoy it. I like it lukewarm.

1,000,000 Usu-nigori Genshu (lightly muddled sake), lit once Kasumi Roman Autumn Sake Sourness and bitterness like a grapefruit. The flavor is cloudy. This is delicious😋😋 Junmai feeling in the top clear. I'm not sure what to make of it. It was delicious♪♪ Also finished before it was heated 😩.

This is delicious! I have two breweries left and this is the best one so far👍. Very well balanced. Cold Dry, with no acidity. The flavor of the rice comes the moment you put it in your mouth. At the end comes the astringency and the tingling of the dry taste. Finished before it was warmed😓

First time in Sanuki Kurandoi Aroma that seems to be cloudy. Strong lactic acid sourness! It tastes like Calpis or Bickle. It has a low alcohol content, so it doesn't feel like sake.

first dealer (mahjong) The sourness stands out and is a little unpleasant😓 I had it cold and lukewarm, too. It tastes better warmed. I thought it was similar to Senkou's Organic Naturals. I felt it was similar to Senkou's Organic Naturals.

Hatsu Kourou Hatsu Kumamoto Sake Delicious 😋 love it 😆. Rich flavor and dry mouthfeel. Tasted it cold and lukewarm, as the label says. Tasted best lukewarm 😊. Warming it up gives it more smell and flavour.

Shinshu Secret Course 11 A brewery's sake with the ultimate in sweetness. Not in a bad way. It is true that the sweetness comes first. The sharpness at the end is good. It is quite, quite easy to drink😋. For me, it's too light when cold. Room temperature is the best. I think the emphasis is on drinkability. It has no punch. I feel it is safe. I wonder if this is also a 4-stage mochi rice brewing ❓

Recommended by a colleague who loves sake from Niigata. Suddenly in front of me for two Pochi😅. I will never accept money from you. So I bartered for a bottle of "cargo tag sake"! He loved it 😆. First time at Katafune From the homepage Koji rice:Koshinra Kake rice:Koshiibuki I'm not learning enough 😩. I had never heard of both 😩😩 A slight semedyne smell when served cold. Good at room temp or lukewarm 😋 Sweetness comes first, then the typical Niigata sake crispness! You can see the deep umami in the alcohol 😯.

first nine days of the month Not an animal series, but a kanji version. I went to capture the edders but there weren't any😅. Delicious😋 The smell is thin. A little fizzy. Sweet taste is strong. A little sourness and astringency. Good balance 😆. I'd like to try the animal series too 😩.

First Zanko Hourai Hometown Tax Return I can't read without the friggin' letters 😩. Delicious😋 Unique flavour, also good lukewarm 😆. The aftertaste at the end resembles the taste of some food but I can't remember what it is😅. It also has a nutty taste, but beyond that... I don't know😅. Looking forward to the other Junmai Ginjo 😆😆.

Twice a year Yamaizumi😋 Nagano Prefecture Sakepo Seisuiya Original Limited Edition Unfiltered Original Sake Lake Matsubara ice room storage hiyaoroshi The brewery existed before the war. This brand is left by Kurosawa Shuzo and Sakepo Seisuisuya. It is netted every time. It has a sour taste like a traditional yeast mash. The flavor of the rice and the dry tongue feel 👅. Room temperature and lukewarm heating are also good.

Another brand of Toyoshimaya which brews Toyohka. It's a naturally fizzy "Beware of opening the bottle! I chilled it well, so I opened the bottle without difficulty👍. It's so good 😋️. This is the first time I've had this beer. It's very thick. I'm not sure if it's a wine or a beer. It's not a wine. I've been drinking it for a few years now and I've never had a problem with it. I was very sick from the second dose of corona vaccine. so I opened a bottle at once after I got sick👍. It's good for the economy😆😆. I don't know why I gained 2kg💦. I'm the type of person who can eat better when I'm sick😅.

Tengumai after a long time In a good way, it was different from the image of the Tengumai I had drunk before! Delicious ministry 😋. Light golden color and assertive dark aroma. It has a nutty flavor and a strong taste. The acidity of Yamahai is also good. The owner recommends a lukewarm temperature. The dryness stands out, and the umami comes in strong. It disappears quickly. I wonder if Gikyo no En and Kikuhime no Yamahai are in the same family⁉️ I like it 😆😆.

Sweet and juicy. But it's too sweet for me😩. I bought it because it's Yamada Nishiki. I'm a bit of an idiot, but I feel like all Hanayo-yoku tastes the same to me. It's just sweet. I'm not sure what to make of it. For me, it's still not my favorite 😩. My brother likes it a lot though 😅😅
