I've been drinking it every year without fail, Meikyokyosui Hiyaoroshi. This year is quite mature🤔. Right after opening the bottle, I thought "Oh⁉︎I can't smell it. Even after a sip, the taste is too light. It's not good this year⁉️ 5th day after opening the bottle: Finally, it's starting to feel like Meikyou Josui😋. There is a slight alcohol taste and umami. It has a unique flavor. It has a dry taste on the tongue. I️ love it!

First Seven Sages I bought it at the supermarket where I went for the first time. It tastes better when it's well chilled😋. A little alcoholic but It's dry and sweet with a hint of rice flavor. It's a good sake to have.

It's been a long time since I've been to the Great Snow Valley. Glad this is available in the supermarket 😆. 100% Hitokogochi, contract grown rice from Nagano prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 59 Sake degree:+4 Acidity:1.8 Amino acidity: 1.0 Delicious😋 You can feel the umami and the dry taste on the tongue. I️ love it chilled or lukewarm. A little warmed up, you can feel the sweetness and the umami.

So good 😆😆. Stored in the fridge until today. Feels like it's getting thicker. Love the mania on the label. Like a white wine, fresh. Muscat smell. The taste is rich and the ministry is as good as the BBQ meat. I seriously love it 😆. ...I shouldn't say thanks, but I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. I'm happy to be able to drink alcohol that I can't usually drink✌️.

Snow Woman is good, but This one is good too 😆. Easy to open and close with 3 swipes✌️. On the first day, it had a strong fizz, sourness and bitterness. On the third day, the fizziness eases and The sweetness starts to come out and it's delicious😋😋. I like it a little longer after opening the bottle!

My first taste! It doesn't taste like sake. I can't find an analogy for both the smell and the taste. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a slight carbonation, or maybe it's the dry mouthfeel, but it has a slight chilliiness. The mouthfeel is tart. It has a slight sweetness to sourness and a long aftertaste. It's a great way to start the day, and it's a great way to start the day.

September 9th, cold wholesale ban 😆. First autumn sake of the year But! I don't have any chilled wholes in stock, so I opened a bottle of autumn sake😅. There's a muscat smell, but there's also a faint alcohol smell behind a different sweet smell. A complex taste like Ding 😆. With a dry tongue feel... Hard to describe😅. But it's delicious👍.

I found it when I went to buy "Ding" at a liquor store in my neighborhood. The cork opened easily and quietly 😅. But it's very fizzy and dry on the palate. No sweetness at all, but a touch of astringency. I don't hate it 😆.

Shinshu Hanpukai Secret Course 10 I wonder when was the last time I drank this...Kurosho Senjo It is made with Kinmon Nishiki from Nagano prefecture. The rice polishing ratio is the same as Daiginjo. There is a slight alcohol smell behind the muscat. Dry taste. It has an old-fashioned feeling. On the first and second day, the alcoholic feeling stands out. The third day is much rounder and you can feel the sweetness in your mouth. You can also feel the sweetness. I'm not a fan of Kinmon Nishiki myself😅.

Found in a supermarket👍. I think it's the fire-hardened cup version of the unfiltered raw sake we drank this year!　The label is the same. This one is just as good😋. Sweet mouthfeel with a dry crispness. I should have bought another bottle and tried it warmed 😩. I've been drinking way too much this week😫😫 I have exams next weekend and I wanted to refrain from ⤵︎. My fridge was full and I couldn't resist 😝
