I thought it would be a little sweeter because it's CEL-24, but it's quite sour.
The sourness has a bit of a Biotai feel to it.
After 4 days from opening the bottle, the sourness has settled down a lot to my liking😆.
The dry taste on the tongue disappears with a slight bitterness.
It's delicious 🤤.
