I think it is one of the best sake rice among Aomori's sake rice 🌾 "Hanasoui".
Elegant 💖freshness, of course, with great umami (flavor), but not clingy and crisp! The aroma is also high, as expected of Tasake! I can say with confidence that this is one of the best Tasake.
