The aroma is not so strong. The sweetness and umami of the rice are strong. It is not light and dry, but it has a very good old-fashioned feel, the opposite of modern. I would like to drink it with delicious fish.
It's been a long time since I've tasted rice wine.
The aroma is not fruity, but soft and fluffy! A nice, clean, crisp flavor!
It's a good old-fashioned sake!
I can't remember the last time I drank it because it was more than 20 years ago, but I drank it while thinking about how it tasted like back then too. ☺️
It is delicious both chilled and warmed!
It has a strong rice flavor, but it is dry, clean and crisp! It doesn't linger in a good way.
I would like to pair it with sashimi.
It's been a while since I've had this type of rice with sweetness and umami! The initial aroma is unique and fluffy and delicious! Peach aroma?
I wish I had something to add to it. Sashimi or something.
I drank a little before taking a picture😅.
It's a perfect drink for a hot day like today!
I was surprised that I didn't get drunk at all, even though I drank it at a high pace due to its low alcohol content.
I bought it as a souvenir when I went to Yamanashi.
I bought a bottle of sake from the "Kai no Jishu no Mimamiawase" set

It is delicious when heated! Looks good chilled too!
It's just like a Japanese sake!
Well-balanced out of these four, and you won't get bored of it!

It is a little fruity and tastes great cold! I think it is my favorite of the four👍.
I had a taste of this delicious sake at a restaurant a long time ago, and recently learned that it was available at a local liquor store!
Since then, I have always had it every New Year's.
I bought it thinking I would enjoy it heated because it was junmai (pure rice) and dry.
However, it was more effervescent than I expected and was very tasty when drunk cold!
It's a good price and can be stored at room temperature, so next time I'll get a bottle 👍.
Delicious lukewarm!
It has a bubbly taste.
If it is too cold, the umami is not so good. The bitterness at the end is also strong.
Good for the cost 👍Next time I'll have a bottle!
