This is my third bottle this year! I want to keep this sake! Cold, room temperature, and warmed sake are all delicious👍 I compared it with the rest of the previous bottle and it was interesting to see the difference in color and taste 😊. You can tell how well it's aged even after a month or so 🧐. ◎++

I wanted to try this brand once. I was a little worried because I am not so good with sour sake, but at first the sweet and sour taste was very good at room temperature! I don't mind this sourness. I rather like it! Maybe I'm being influenced by Nara Prefecture, but I'd like to drink it with Nara pickles 😊. When heated up, the aroma stands out and it becomes a gentle umami acidity! It is also delicious cold! But I prefer it at room temperature to hot 👍 ◎+

Purchased at a liquor store called the "sacred place" of sake. Gunma Izumi is a definite favorite of mine, so I bought a bottle this time as well. It's cheap because it's a honjozo sake. It is good from room temperature to hot sake! It's gentle but robust and not too rich, perfect for a regular sake! I could drink it all the time 😊. It's really great that it tastes good at room temperature! It's really good at room temperature, no need to keep it cold, and you can drink it quickly without heating it up! Thank you!

What the heck is this! 😳It's too good! It's rich and super thick, sweet and tasty, yet strangely refreshing! It says it's supposed to be served on the rocks, but I definitely prefer it chilled 👍It's too rich to be diluted! Next year, I'll have a bottle for sure. ◎+++

I wanted a good classic sake that was well chilled and tasty, so I asked the guy at the store and he recommended this one 🍶. It's so good! I haven't been able to find a classic type summer sake that I like, so even though it's not a summer sake, it's very good during the hot season! The richness of the umami and sweetness is amazing! It's great warmed up, but I prefer it chilled 👍 ◎++

A gentle classic type. If this type of summer sake is cooled too much, it will be too hard and the astringency will be noticeable and not so good. It tastes best when it is slightly warmed up! It tastes better when it is slightly warmed up. I like it better when it's heated up.

I thought it was too acidic when I first opened the bottle, but after about 2 months, the corners were removed and it was very tasty! I like it at room temperature and heated to a crisp! I love it at room temperature and as a tobikiri (warmed up sake)!

I was not deterred, so I tried a summer sake. I wanted to drink it cold, but it was not as good as it should have been. It was more refreshing when it was slightly chilled, and it was softer. The spiciness and bitterness are also quite strong. Maybe it's easy to drink in summer, but it's not my favorite 😓.
