The last sake of 2025 I happened to pass by and bought this sake at the brewery's direct-sale shop. It's a good, old-fashioned, solidly sweet sake! It is also very tasty when heated! This level is 👌 for a regular sake. Great cost performance too! Good value for money!

Cold, room temperature, and warmed sake are all delicious👍 I compared it with the rest of the previous bottle and it was interesting to see the difference in color and taste 😊. I wanted to try this brand once. I was a little worried because I am not so good with sour sake, but at first the sweet and sour taste was very good at room temperature! I don't mind this sourness. I rather like it! Maybe I'm being influenced by Nara Prefecture, but I'd like to drink it with Nara pickles 😊. When heated up, the aroma stands out and it becomes a gentle umami acidity! It is also delicious cold! But I prefer it at room temperature to hot 👍 ◎++

Purchased at a liquor store called the "sacred place" of sake. Gunma Izumi is a definite favorite of mine, so I bought a bottle this time as well. It's cheap because it's a honjozo sake. It is good from room temperature to hot sake! It's gentle but robust and not too rich, perfect for a regular sake! I could drink it all the time 😊.
