No photo due to tasting at a liquor store. I only drank it chilled, but it was fruity and slightly gassy. It is a bit young and has a strong bitterness at the end. Easy to drink and tasty, but not enough. Not really suitable for warming up. It would go well with white meat sashimi and other crispy food. It's like a sake from the north.

It is rich but light. It is darker than "Hime" and has a strong acidity. It is more refreshing than "Harazake". In any case, it's great that it tastes this good for a regular sake, and it's a big help. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not.

It is easy to drink and refreshing even when heated, and the low alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius makes it light. It is light and light at a low 14 degrees, but the richness typical of Kikuhime can be felt and it is delicious!

This is my first time to drink Akushika Okushika! The aroma is not so strong, but the umami, acidity, spiciness, etc. are all well balanced though each has a strong and solid flavor 👍I can drink it with peace of mind 😌🍶. It's good at room temperature or warmed up 👌 Good at room temperature or warmed up.

Very sweet and delicious! It is incredibly sweet both at room temperature and warmed up! But it's not bad! It's delicious! The recent trend for good chilled sake tastes the same no matter which way you drink it, but the warmer types with a strong sake quality are interesting because you can enjoy a wide range of flavors! Sake for warming up

My first Etsukaijin! It's firm and solid on the cold side, but sweeter and fruity than I thought it would be because it's raw 😳 It's bitter but easy to drink! When heated up to the brim, it explodes with acidity, spiciness, unique umami, and the aroma of maturity. ‼️ And when heated up and cooled down, it's delicious 🥳 It's as good as it's rumored to be! The king of the classic types 👍 ◎++

Masumi is delicious! I thought it would taste fresh and modern because it is a new sake and it is fresh, but it is very nice with a strong sweetness but with a classic and calm taste👍The aroma of cedar barrels is also very nice👌👌 ◎

My first regular sake. The liquor store I frequent recommended it, so I bought it. It tastes much better than I expected! It's a little light, but it's clean, soft, fluffy, and gentle 👍It's good at room temperature, but also good warmed up! I think for this price, I might just have to get this 😅The waiter said it's the sake that I'll eventually reach. Maybe I know what he meant 🫡. ◎

Strange taste💦. It's like drinking sweet apple cider vinegar 😓It's not bad but it tastes good as a juice. I wonder if the pairing makes it taste good as a sake 😅? But I was impressed by the wide range of sake 👍. I didn't know this kind of sake existed 😳. I heated it up and it was even more vinegar 😅.
