Opened a bottle of a gift! It's refreshing, but not too thin, and it's really tasty (cold sake)👌 It tastes good even when heated up to hot! It has no peculiarities and is orthodox in a good sense 👍 It's a good orthodox taste in a good sense without any quirks.

First, a sip of cold sake. The color is yellow, but there is no matured aroma. It is moderately sweet, refreshing and tasty! It is also delicious at room temperature! When heated, it has a sweet aroma like maple syrup! It's a little spicy and robust, but still smooth and easy to drink. I like the taste a lot 👌I would like to try Junmai or Junmai heated up! Thank you!

This is my third bottle this year! I want to keep this sake! Cold, room temperature, and warmed sake are all delicious👍 I compared it with the rest of the previous bottle and it was interesting to see the difference in color and taste 😊. You can tell how well it's aged even after a month or so 🧐. ◎++

I wanted to try this brand once. I was a little worried because I am not so good with sour sake, but at first the sweet and sour taste was very good at room temperature! I don't mind this sourness. I rather like it! Maybe I'm being influenced by Nara Prefecture, but I'd like to drink it with Nara pickles 😊. When heated up, the aroma stands out and it becomes a gentle umami acidity! It is also delicious cold! But I prefer it at room temperature to hot 👍 ◎+

Aroma of maturity 👍Right at room temperature, quite firm and tasty! Hot sake - very tasty heated! I would like to try the type that doesn't taste like sake. I'd like to try a type that doesn't taste like cask sake. It's good if you let it sit for a few days.

Purchased at a liquor store called the "sacred place" of sake. Gunma Izumi is a definite favorite of mine, so I bought a bottle this time as well. It's cheap because it's a honjozo sake. It is good from room temperature to hot sake! It's gentle but robust and not too rich, perfect for a regular sake! I could drink it all the time 😊. It's really great that it tastes good at room temperature! It's really good at room temperature, no need to keep it cold, and you can drink it quickly without heating it up! Thank you!

Another brand of "Tsuki no I". I bought it because I heard that the number of stores that carry it is quite limited. The aroma is mild, and the taste is gentle, clean, and clean at room temperature. I was surprised when I heated it up! It's better than hot sake. It tastes bland when heated to lukewarm. COLD Cold x

What the heck is this! 😳It's too good! It's rich and super thick, sweet and tasty, yet strangely refreshing! It says it's supposed to be served on the rocks, but I definitely prefer it chilled 👍It's too rich to be diluted! Next year, I'll have a bottle for sure. ◎+++

I wanted a good classic sake that was well chilled and tasty, so I asked the guy at the store and he recommended this one 🍶. It's so good! I haven't been able to find a classic type summer sake that I like, so even though it's not a summer sake, it's very good during the hot season! The richness of the umami and sweetness is amazing! It's great warmed up, but I prefer it chilled 👍 ◎++

A gentle classic type. If this type of summer sake is cooled too much, it will be too hard and the astringency will be noticeable and not so good. It tastes best when it is slightly warmed up! It tastes better when it is slightly warmed up. I like it better when it's heated up.
