My first Etsukaijin! It's firm and solid on the cold side, but sweeter and fruity than I thought it would be because it's raw 😳 It's bitter but easy to drink! When heated up to the brim, it explodes with acidity, spiciness, unique umami, and the aroma of maturity. ‼️ And when heated up and cooled down, it's delicious 🥳 It's as good as it's rumored to be!
