It's 2018BY so it's been 6 years! I bought it thinking it was a great find. The label on the back said it was good warmed up, but it tastes better at room temperature because it has a stronger sense of maturity👍. When heated, it was too soft and crisp, almost like a Shaoxing wine 😓.

This year I thought I would aggressively try heated and aged sake! To the uninitiated, it's very peculiar and surprising💦. First one of the New Year 🍶. A sake that is perfect for New Year's celebrations, both in name and taste! It's been a while since I've had Otters, but it's still delicious 👍.

Last sake of the year. First aged sake. My first Shinkame. I knew it was famous for its heated sake, but it was so good! It is impressively good both at room temperature and heated! It has a unique sweetness and umami that may not be to everyone's liking! It's as good as it gets! I wonder if other breweries have such good aged sake? I would like to try many other breweries!

I bought it because they were having a tasting and sales event. It has a unique aroma and taste. It's a taste you can tell at first sight that it's suitable for warming up! It's quite heavy and tastes better than hot sake! Surprisingly, it also tastes good chilled👍.

The first snowman Deliciously bitter calpis soda with aromatic ramune! I didn't think it was so schwashy! It's interesting! This is a hot topic! No wonder it's so popular! The second day, it loses a lot of the sizzle, so if I have a chance to drink it again, I'd like to finish it on the first day.

Mild melon aroma. Light mouthfeel. After the first sip, you can smell more alcohol than you expected. It is quite sweet. Maybe I waited too long before drinking it? Ah, but it tastes good as you go on drinking 😳. It tastes better on the second day! The alcohol smell is gone! This is good! Day 4 a little less tasty 😓.

Mild aroma. The aroma is mild, the flavor is rich and umami, and the acidity is strong! The sharpness is very good in spite of that. I often hear that it disappears quickly, but this is what I mean. Too much goodness and not enough aftertaste 😅. It's a delicious sake 🍶. I tried it warmed and at room temperature and both are 👍.

The one I've been wanting to drink for a while! I compared it with Reborn, which is also from Bunraku! Both are crisp and refreshing, but this one is more relaxed and mild, probably because it's fire-aged 👍But both are delicious!
