The aroma is mild, the flavor is rich and umami, and the acidity is strong! The sharpness is very good in spite of that. I often hear that it disappears quickly, but this is what I mean.
Too much goodness and not enough aftertaste 😅.
It's a delicious sake 🍶.
I tried it warmed and at room temperature and both are 👍.

My first Kido!
The clerk recommended this one among Kido's products, so I bought it. The price is expensive for Kido.
The fruity aroma is amazing! The sweetness and acidity are also great 👍It cuts through quickly and goes down well! This is good!
I prefer the classic type, but the modern type is great in the summer time.

The aroma was fruity, but the sweetness, sourness, and bitterness were all mixed up and not very good 😓The liquor store owner said it would taste better on the second or third day, but not so much 😓.
