Sake made by Miyazumi Meikozo is still delicious!
The balance of acidity, sweetness and sharpness is the best! The balance between acidity, sweetness and sharpness is great. I love both of them!
The third kind today. It is light on the palate, with a pleasant sweetness and acidity. It is also easy to drink. I had a chance to meet many enjoyable sake today!
The second kind today.
This one is much more refreshing. It has a lychee aroma and goes down the throat smoothly. It is a completely different sake from the first one we had, a Junmai Daiginjo from Tedorigawa. This kind of sake is also good.
Tonight we come to a restaurant called "Udatsu" near Shinbashi station to drink sake!
The first type is a Junmai Daiginjo from Tedorigawa.
As the label on the back says, it has a grape-like aroma and sweetness. The sweetness is not unpleasant, and the clean taste lingers afterward.
It goes well with sashimi! Delicious!
Rare sake only available locally.
Drinking it with my 88 year old father!
At first, it is sweet! But later on, the rice spreads and becomes crisp! As expected of Miyazumi! Delicious!
After the dry and guttural taste, it has a sharpness and a deep aroma of rice. This is the sake. It is delicious and to my liking! Went well with grilled fish and barracuda!
The sixth and final type of the day.
Soft aroma with a crisp aftertaste.
The sweetness gives the impression of a ginjo!
Slightly schwarziness. This is delicious!
This is the fifth kind that day!
This one was sweet! I felt so sweet that I thought it was apple juice. I was surprised! Is this sake? I was surprised!
It might be a fun drink if you don't think of it as sake.
The fourth type of the day.
Mansyuusen TORON Junmai Daiginjo from Masuda Sake Brewery in Toyama Prefecture. It is a PB product of 48 Fishery.
It is a crisp sake that is typical of daiginjos.
This is a delicious sake to drink with fish!
The third kind on this day.
It claims to be "super spicy," but I didn't feel it was that spicy. It is a refreshing drink that goes down surprisingly smoothly.
This is the second type of sake of the day.
Yamakawa Mitsuo is a sake brewed jointly by four breweries in Yamagata Prefecture.
The name was taken from a single letter of each of the four participating breweries. Yamagata Masamune" for the mountain, "Tatenokawa" for the river, "Toko" for the light, and "Hanyo Otokoyama" for the man.
It is full of playfulness, isn't it?
This year's "2025 Aki" marks the 10th anniversary of the brand's launch, and Kojima Sohonten is the host brewer.
It has a muscat-like acidity and is refreshing. It is an Aki-version, but it is somehow summery. I was able to drink it without hesitation!
On this day, too, we came to the 48 Fishery Uchisaiwaicho Branch!
The "F" in AKABU F is for "For you". The name "AKABU F" is apparently derived from the idea of brewing sake that can be enjoyed daily.
The sweet rice aroma spreads and is pleasant to the palate. It is sharp and well balanced. This is good!
The sweet aroma spreads and the balance between the thickening and the spiciness that follows is perfect. It really is a delicious sake! I'm glad I bought it!
I drank this after Mutsu Hachisen.
Suehiro with a sense of stability! The sweetness spreads after the sweetness. The taste is just the right amount of spicy and crisp. It is delicious!
When I returned from a 16-day business trip to India, my son bought me a souvenir from his trip to Aomori! Mutsu Hachisen special junmai!
At first, it was very acidic and spicy. It is well-balanced!
I'm glad I was born Japanese!
