Bose Kota
This evening I will be drinking a limited edition junmai sake from Kaegakura, which I purchased at the Suehiro Shuzo brewery I visited at the end of August!
It is not too sweet and has a rich aroma. It has just the right amount of acidity, almost like a junmai ginjo. Suehiro's sake is really stable! Delicious!
The bonito tataki went very well with it!
I will visit Suehiro Sake Brewery again someday to buy sake that can only be purchased locally!
