I visited Tsurunoe Sake Brewery in Fukushima this summer and drank the sake I purchased!
This one is delicious, just the way I like it.
The sourness and spiciness are felt at first, followed by a full-bodied aroma of rice. The alcohol flavor is also present and well balanced.
I wonder if this taste is due to Miyamanishiki sake rice!
I also bought a bottle of "Yuri" at the same time, so I am looking forward to drinking it next time!
