I like sweet sake, but I sandwiched this super-dry one between courses.
It was an eye-opening drink that made my mouth, which had been delirious with my favorite alcohol, feel refreshed.
It has low alcohol content and is almost a juice! Calpis for adults.
We drank it during the course, but also ordered it during dessert (last order) for a sake dessert.
Sake recommended by the owner at a bar after work

But the acidity is delicious!

It is very gentle!
Even if your throat is burnt by sake, it goes down smoothly.
It is too gentle and scary sake.
After work, I went into a stylish counter bar I had been curious about by myself and saw on the menu that they had sake, so I asked about it! I asked about it, and they said, "This one!

It was sweet and fruity, and went down easy.
It was a good choice.
It is sweet and light.
I got the impression that Ippo Kami and Kudokyuu Ute are more light and delicate than Ippo Kami and Kudokyuu Ute.
But they are equally delicious!
I like this one.
