Sweet low-alcohol sake! It also has a faint blue cheese taste. It surely goes well with Iburi Goko (pickled ginger) and cream cheese!

Rice used: Yamadanishiki (produced in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture) Polishing ratio 70%. 15% alcohol content On New Year's Eve, we were so excited to take home some delicious meat that we felt so good that we decided to serve a very special sashimi of sea bream as well. Then we opened the bottle. The bubbles are stronger than I had imagined, and then comes the light sweetness and acidity. Or rather, the bubbles are really strong! Even though it is cloudy, it seems rather clear.

Rice : Aiyama Rice Polishing Ratio : 40 Alcohol content : 15%. M310 yeast A New Year's Eve dinner, a meat-and-sake reward for a year of hard work! Chateaubriand prepared for New Year's Eve! I opened a bottle of my favorite Kangiku to go with it! Fresh and sweet aroma, gentle acidity, refreshing aftertaste. I still love it. This year was a year in which I was able to clearly understand my sake preferences. It was also the year I met Kangiku Meikozo at a sake bar in Hiroshima on a trip and fell in love with one sip. I worked hard at my job! I think I was able to improve my skills in many areas, I was able to accomplish what I wanted to do, and I also had my own trials and challenges (which, yes, I will work hard on). A good year, good drinks and meat to end it. 2024 was a fulfilling year, thank you.

I took a sip and thought, "This is delicious! Pineapple Roux" and I was buoyed. The aroma was sweet, and when you tasted it, it had a complex fullness and disappeared quickly. I slowly enjoyed two glasses without a knob.

Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15 Miyamanishiki This is a sake from the back of "Ekimae Momodori Shokudo" which I visited with my family members who live in Morioka. What kind of sake is this? They offered us three bottles and we chose this one! I was so happy to find it was so full (they served it to me until it spilled out of the bottle)! I love the taste, just a little sweetness, a bit of a kick, and a nice sharpness! I want to buy some as souvenirs!

Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16 100% Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture Sake degree +4.5 Acidity 1.6 I found this sake in the refrigerator of a local liquor store and bought it. I was interested in this brand name in the first place, and also because the hotel I reserved for my trip to Ishigaki Island next month has a bar owned by the Yoshikawa Sake Brewery, so I chose it as a preliminary study. Yellowish color and sweet aroma! When you take a sip, you will notice a slight fizz (just a little) and a dry and very hard taste with a rich sweetness. It has the weight of a bitter chocolate with a high cocoa concentration, but it has a great crispness. The bottle specifications are cool with its crackly form, and the color is black so you can't see how much you've drunk, so I drank as much as I wanted and was surprised when I realized it was almost empty. It was like a person (in visual and taste) who stands out wherever he is, but is gone before you know it.

Rice:Yamashu No.4 Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15 When I drank ocean99 Hoshikai at a sake bar during my trip to Hiroshima in October, it was so delicious that my eyes widened. I heard a bubbling sound when I opened the bottle, but the bubbles were subtle and delicate. It has a slight golden color. And the overwhelming pressure of sweetness in the mouth is amazing. I like it! Maybe it's because I have a dull sense of smell, or maybe it's because the pressure of sweetness is so strong, but the aroma seemed thin. Although the taste is so sweet, after a slight acidity aftertaste, it is not sticky and disappears easily. I have only had two brands of Kangiku Meikozo, but I am very interested in them. I would like to taste the new brand in each season.

Sake rice: Nagano Prefecture new sake rice, Shinko 555 (Yamamizuki) Polishing ratio: 55 Nagano D yeast Alcohol content: 16%. I enjoyed just looking at the wall-to-wall refrigerator at a local liquor store. After selecting two brands by myself, I told them my preference and they selected one for me. Kameizumi Cell is right in the middle of my tastes, and I like most of the tastes that come with the word "pineapple," so I requested a sake that fits that description, and this was recommended to me. It was my first time to try this sake brewery. But when I googled it, I found only highly praised comments. I was so excited that I opened the bottle before I made my choice. Yellowish color. I have a dull sense of smell, so I got the impression that it was pale The taste is sweet-umami! Modest piquancy, and acidity. Rather acidic. But the sharpness is great. There is also a slight lingering bitterness. It's not just an easy-drinking sake, but it's an assertion of its character. The shopkeeper said, "It's a pineapple type, then this is it. It has a good acidity and fruity taste, and it has a nice sharpness. and pointed out a draft sake from the three bottles in the showcase. I had a great encounter! I will never forget this brewery. I will buy again.
