I found this sake in the refrigerator of a local liquor store and bought it.
I was interested in this brand name in the first place, and also because the hotel I reserved for my trip to Ishigaki Island next month has a bar owned by the Yoshikawa Sake Brewery, so I chose it as a preliminary study.
Yellowish color and sweet aroma!
When you take a sip, you will notice a slight fizz (just a little) and a dry and very hard taste with a rich sweetness.
It has the weight of a bitter chocolate with a high cocoa concentration, but it has a great crispness.
The bottle specifications are cool with its crackly form, and the color is black so you can't see how much you've drunk, so I drank as much as I wanted and was surprised when I realized it was almost empty.
It was like a person (in visual and taste) who stands out wherever he is, but is gone before you know it.
