This product is brewed with sake rice produced in Kotani Village, Nagano Prefecture. It was a souvenir from my son, and was sold only at a roadside station. I was not so sure about an easy limited edition, but this is delicious. Perhaps it is because of its proximity to Hokushin and Niigata, or perhaps it is just my imagination, but it is a very light sake. I was impressed by the subtle ginjo aroma and the crisp and tight taste. I am grateful to my son for giving me a new encounter.

The view of the terraced rice paddies of Ueda Inakura here is wonderful, as we have the strongest drinkers, my son-in-law and my eldest son! The efforts to protect the area are wonderful and make the sake even better. The sweetness of the rice is delicious.

Somehow, 700 check-in is sogapert efis. Together with the Bon Festival guests. Miyamanishiki from Nagano, and also old yeast. Luxurious sake from a winery. Delicious and tasty. A luscious world unfolds. However, it is austere from the acidity at the end. Shinshu sake has deep nostalgia.

Love love mountain. Aaiyama🎵. This baby has been in the fridge for almost a year. I cherished it for a special occasion on a special day, but couldn't upload it as soon as I drank it. The fruity taste is subdued and the rice sweetness of Aiyama comes through properly. It is delicious.

Here is the end of my trip to Akita. I usually don't drink sake during the day, but I was able to enjoy Shinsei No. 6 at such a reasonable price. Akita is the best. It's an orthodox sake with a raw yeast yeast and wooden vat brewing, but it tastes so good. Shinmasa is the best!

The next step was to compare three types of Yuki no Bijin. Why Yuki no Bijin is momentum. First, a Junmai Daiginjo of Akita's main stream Misato Nishiki and Akita Sake Komachi 8 to 2. Muscat? Slightly sweet. I had a hint of sweetness when I drank Sake Komachi before. It is delicious.

Next up was a beautifully designed sake with a connection to Hyogo Prefecture's Yamada Nishiki. Of course, it must be the skill of the brewery, but Yamadanishiki is amazing. It has a subtle aroma, sweetness, and a taste that you will never get tired of drinking. Both are gems.

Next, I decided to use Akita's new sake rice, Ippozumi, and brewed Kakuemon Junmai Ginjyo Ippozumi. Akita Prefecture has a wide variety of sake rice, so it is a good time to show off the brewery's skills! The aroma is quite nice. It is light but has a strong shibuniga flavor. It is light, but still has a strong sibuniga. Delicious.

The fifth bottle at the Holy Land? Kariho, as it is a daiginjo drinking comparison. It is al-soaked, but the aroma is mild! It has a nice aroma. Compared to Ryoseki, it is drier and more refreshing.

Holy Land #3, posted anyway because the link will break if I leave Akita. I went to Eiraku Shokudo. Eiraku Shokudo. With my sake-loving coworkers. 900 yen for 3 kinds of sake is a super deal. I've never seen this before in Ryozeki. Ura-Setsugetsuka. And it's a daiginjo. It's gorgeous. Delicious, sweet, and tasty. Not that sweet?

A visit to a sacred place. We drank at Eiraku Shokudo, but I went to the brewery to take some pictures. It was too dark to make out much, but I liked the feeling of being on the edge of downtown! So it was as delicious as ever. Sweet, acidic, and a faint woody aroma. Shinsei.

The second bottle was my first black. What a great sushi place with a great lineup. It looks like a chain restaurant, but the sake! That's Akita. Sake that I want to drink someday is all over the place. Delicate, indeed pure, such an expression fits perfectly.
