Year-end party No. 3, the Hokuriku love never stops! This kura master award-winning sake was brewed by Haneya with Tominokou, an original Toyama variety that is extremely difficult to grow. It was a bit sweet, but it was easy to drink. I thought it would be the most popular sake, but I was wrong. But it is definitely delicious!

Year-end party, bring your own sake 2. If you want to enjoy purely the difference in sake rice, you need to unify the breweries, but in short, we selected this one for you to drink. We expanded the range from Ishikawa to Hokuriku love. Raku-fu-mai is a rice produced by a national research institute, the National Agricultural Research Institute in Joetsu City. It is a super rice suitable for shochu (Japanese distilled spirit), and Abe brews it. It is a pity that we lost a lot of the super rice due to trouble opening the bottle, but in Abe's opinion, it was very tasty with a moderate sweetness. By the way, there are many sake rice produced by the Agricultural Research Institute of Japan, including Koshigaraku, and besides rice, Shine Muscat is a masterpiece!

Bringing Sake to the Year-End Party (Part 1) Wanting to try a variety of sake rice, I took the plunge and brought sake to the company's year-end party: 8 bottles. Ishikawa was represented by the Ishikawa tag team of the Don't Stop Sake from Noto series. Taniizumi Junmai Ginjo-Hyakumangoku No, which could not be sold due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake, was made into a kijoshu, Yoshida Shuzo's specialty. The light sweetness and slight bitterness of this sake is TANIZUMI⁈Delicious.

Let's increase the Ishikawa love! Using the esteemed Jay & Nobby's Tochigi rate as a guide, I have determined the Ishikawa rate so far: 17.5%. Of course, this is the highest I've ever drank, but does that show the depth of my love? So, this is the Ishikawa sake I forgot to post. A blend of Hyakumangoku No Shiro and Hiroshima-grown Yatanishiki, made together by a local farmer and some sort of town revitalization team. Fruity and refreshing. The brewery is a well-known sake brewer who trained at the Takagi Brewery of the Jyushiyo generation. Nothing fancy, but delicious. So I forgot to post this last year...improving the Ishikawa sake ratio? But I still want to try more made with various rice from all over Japan.

Tokyo Business Trip Series: Akita Senpai and a Shop in Mie Part 3 The owner of the store, an old rice cake shop, was a graduate of the same university. I can feel the difference in talent. I'm sorry for drinking only locally brewed sake at a craft beer shop. This was my second visit to Hanzo's Kami no Ho. I thought I was going to learn about sake rice by drinking the sake made by Kami no Hoto, but all I've learned is that it's delicious, and I'm not making any progress. The strongest tag team of Kami no Ho MK3 is one of my favorite combinations. Each prefecture, rice and yeast, is interesting in its own way. When I go on a business trip, my recent pattern is to just check in at the location and finish up on the bullet train.

Tokyo Business Trip Series 2: Isekakunoya Beer, owned by a long-established rice cake shop in Mie. It's great to see the collaboration between local sake and craft beer. Now to Rumiko's sake. If you are a sake lover, you know where the label comes from. It's a brand that can be bought locally, so I was just going to have to wait until next time. I was surprised when I drank it. Even though it is made with No. 6 yeast, it is very robust. Mie sake is a sure thing. The rice is Hachitan-Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture and Yamadanishiki from Mie Prefecture. The toji is Rie Toyomoto. I would like to try No. 9 yeast and RIE STYLE.

This time, I went to a delicious restaurant in Mie by a certain chance. As you might expect, it is not Matsuzaka beef, but it is from Nigenjaya Mochikakunoya, a famous craft beer brewery in Ise. There is also a wide selection of locally brewed sake. First up is Tamitsu from Hime White, a craft beer. The tank pressing is said to use some sake rice to give it a stable taste. Calm taste. It is a well-balanced sake with a little sweetness of rice.

To show my appreciation for all the help and support I have always received. As it was my wife's birthday celebration, we went out for a delicious meal, albeit a little late. Ishikawa's famous sake is good, but I found something unusual. Here it is. Tatenogawa is one of the reasons I got into sake. It is different from the classics, but it is mainstream delicious. The mild ginjo aroma and the crispness of Miyamanishiki go perfectly with a meal.

Today I stored this one from the stock in the kitchen because it is fire-returned. The first-in-first-out principle is always ignored, and I always look forward to the next time. This time I opened the bottle without any particular reason. As I expected, it is undoubtedly delicious. Fresh and juicy despite being fire-roasted, but with the gentle sweetness of rice, this is Hitogokochi.

50th anniversary commemorative bottle, labeled "Junmai" even though it is 50% polished. Is this the spirit of Tasake? It certainly has a "pure rice" feel to it, and is very elegant. It is the first time for me to taste Tasake's Yamahai. It has a complex aroma of pineapple and nuts, and the aroma is mild but good. Sweet and lightly bitter. Delicious. I also had never tasted Kojo-nishiki before. Tasake is still amazing.

Toyama VS Fukui at private room Izakaya Shikisai Niigata Ekimae. From Fukui, Oka-no-Izumi and Summer Kirari. A refreshing type. Ichihomare is a brand of rice that Fukui is proud of. Delicious to eat, delicious to drink.

I wanted cosmos, but I couldn't find it. Drunkenemon after a long time. I brought it back from a locksmith on a business trip to Morioka. It has a fresh, clear taste that only a fresh beer can have. Nagano Souvenirs, Comparison of Drinks. The Rakurakuni Shinshu series comes in single-batch bottles, perfect for my weak drinking comparison. Compared to Kagamikazuki, it is a little less sweet and more refreshing. It is called dry.

It's completely winter. One year has already passed since that day. I will never forget Noto's sake. We must continue to support Noto! So, here is a sake brewed by Kaze no Mori and Aburacho Shuzo using an original recipe from Shirakiku in Okunoto. Hard water from Nara is filtered to match Noto's soft water, and Kanazawa yeast is used. I think Shirakiku brewery expresses the flavor of rice well. It is a gem that shows the high level of quality.
