That's amazing!
As the brand name says, it is dry.
Moreover, the alcohol is strong.
The deliciousness of the rice and the spiciness of the sake linger on the tongue for a long time.
I usually drink sweet, mellow sake, but sometimes I like this kind of sake.
It is good with spicy delicacies and dried foods.
A little while ago, I received this sake as a gift.
It was a sake called Omon from Niigata. It was from Shinobata City, Niigata Prefecture.
It is cold today, so I will drink it heated.
I bought it at the Kintetsu Department Store Abeno Harukas Niigata Sake-no-jin (Niigata Sake Festival). I tasted various kinds of sake, but I chose this one because it was smooth and had no peculiar taste, and I could drink it in large gulps. I like light, dry sake, but this sake had a sake level of -1.
Fruit 🥭MIX
It starts off with a gentle sweetness, but the sweetness rises in your mouth. Then the caramel appears and disappears quickly 🍶.
It went well with fish 🐟& burdock cooked in sweet & spicy sauce, and broccoli🥦 with mayo & soy sauce 🤤.
A little bit of schwarziness.
Momo🍑 and strawberries🍓 boiled down. And finally, caramel 🤤.
It was such a Junmai Daiginjo that goes well with meat 🍖 dishes 😊.
