Clearly, it is good. The taste is not sweet, not too thick, not too acidic, and average? It has no distinctive characteristics, but if someone asked me if I wanted to drink a good sake, I would probably say "this one" without asking them what they liked. However, as I have written before in a drunken stupor, I wonder if this balance is really wonderful. I have no doubt that if it is made this well, there is no doubt about it, but if you ask me if I would like to drink it again, I feel that it would be a waste of my time because I have a stupid tongue. Well, whatever the case, I can recommend it without thinking, and if I say it was delicious, then it is good.

I'm not sure what people will read in what I write when I'm very drunk, but I'll think about it tomorrow. Takatsukiyo, compared to hiragana, it tastes more adventurous ... . There are many, many TYPEs, I'll just write that the concept alone is interesting. The official version, as you can see from the search, is a daytime daydream image. The person who gave me this image explained that it is the same as drinking in the daytime, but the image reminds you of the nighttime. I think it was the image of "drinking in the daytime". I can't give an educated person an image of today's wonderful sake, but I can tell you that the taste is more wonderful at night than in the daytime, and the more wonderful it is in the daytime, the more wonderful it is in the nighttime.

Serious, from left. Good at kudoi. Yes, it is usually good. It's really fine work to make people think this sake is good anytime and under any circumstances. Next, on the left. Iwanami. I think I wrote the same thing last time, but for an old man, not responding to this kanji is like denying something about myself, and even though I know it's not right, I can't leave any other impression than that it's delicious. I don't want to stop you from thinking, so please tell me what you think. I don't dare to read the last time, but compared to my memory, the alcohol residue is stronger than the sweet one, probably because of the long time I've been away from it. It is not an old leftover, but I think it is so for those who are not good at it. Now, now, Touhoku Izumi. This is the middle of the bottle. It has more acidity than sweetness, and it is delicious, but I think it is a little too strong to drink when you are drunk and want to read the next page. Today is too much to like, and I have nothing but gratitude for this life but to write a terrible sentence, and I will try to write "thank you" again today, and that is the last word.

Writing. I like to think that when I read my drunken writing in its bare form, I don't know what I wanted to say. I'm very drunk, and I'll be a youth for the rest of my life. I sometimes think about the taste of youth as I get older. I received a freshly opened bottle, and my impression is, of course, olive. I don't know what it means, I won't fool you with metaphors, but I think the lightness of it is rather balanced for an old man's taste. Well, I'm going to say something absurd, that those who are old enough to enjoy their youth don't drink alcohol. Now, the rest. Yamato Shizuku. Junmai Ginjo. It is a delicious sake. Is it almost over? Hiyoroshi. The balance of sweetness and the rest is wonderful. Now, Harukaze. Once upon a time, a long time ago, a hermit said. Kasumi is not something you eat, but something you drink. This one has a little bit of alcohol residue. It's not bad, but in terms of the language, I would have liked it to be a little more elusive, I write from the top. I don't know how long it's been since I opened it, but I'm going to let it sit a little longer, and then I'll write a quick drink to thank you for your further feedback.

Rough impression. That's how I would describe it. Today, the person drinking next to me was a man who makes his living, and it was a real nice moment. Drinking outside to enjoy the moment. The maturity to enjoy the moment. That's why I can't stop and don't want to stop. Now let's talk about this sake. Rough pressed, slightly cloudy. Yes, it is typical of the pain you can get if you think it is sweet. If you haven't had it in a while, you can't help but be thankful for being able to drink it, but you can't control how it tastes or how drunk you get, which is the charm. On a drunken day, thanks for a good day.

Now, I know what an empty thing it is to lament that life is so short. But numbers don't lie, and evidence? What are you talking about? I'm not going to make excuses like, "What are you talking about, I've heard that somewhere, the Japanese warehouse is about 1400. Yes, I heard somewhere that there are about 1,400 breweries in Japan. At this point, one cup a year is not enough, and I have to drink at least three cups a day to keep up. Yes, it is normally impossible. And if I were to talk about the number of different kinds of sake, it would be about 10,000. Yes, it is usually impossible. Well, enough of this nonsense, this sake is delicious. It is delicious. It's delicious. Well, it's not so subtle. I'm going to say that it's rather losing its edge and ouzo. The sweetness and balance are good, but when something is added to it, I can't imagine it tasting good. It's not that I have a stupid tongue, but it's plain. I am writing about a terrible thing. I am aware of it. I'll be clear, I think it needs more of a challenge. It's an experiment, yes, but it's a tradition. I am sorry for writing such a terrible thing. It's delicious. Thank you for today.

Delusion advances and judgment wanes. And when I write, I shall be sane and not say if what I am writing is a lie. What a meaningless thing to write. Now, about sake. From right to left, Kokoyama and Choharashi. It is well known that spiciness is not a taste but a stimulus. First, the stimulation. I don't know about top notes in sake, but this is one drink that seems to depend on being able to handle this. I'm not sure what the description Kokusake means, but let's call it a toast anyway. Yes, next, Iwanami. Junmai Ginjo Ginjo. Yamada Nishiki. In the past, my uncle would react to this kanji. I can't believe that in this day and age, I can't be sure of this ... . Please ask the elderly around you what I am talking about. It is usually in the middle. No, a little sweet. This balance, yes, it is good. But I'm sorry it's a difficult job to make it like this, but I can't do it. It's a job that's hard to appreciate. Now, this is a brand I like. I don't know if there is a correlation between the long, warm days this year and hiyaoroshi, but it is a nice reminder of the short autumn. Junmai Ginjo, Aiyama, Akita Komachi, brands. Ah, wasted words.

Was it a little fizzy? It has a well-balanced eye and yes, I like this sake. There is not much to search for, and sake is really, really hard to find. I am sure you need to know a lot to be able to tell the difference. But if you drink too much, your body and brain will be damaged. So, what to do? I wonder how it is that I can't figure it out, and I wonder how it is that my senses are smelling and misrepresenting my impressions, and I think, "Ah, I could drink today, too.

Well, well, well. Three days of rest. Yes, you guessed it when I wrote this. Today, after serving two interesting drinks, I was served one with a stronger habit. Yes, it is good. As it looks, if you ask me if this is sake, it is more like a liqueur. I would have thought that I would want to drink it with something else. But, like last time, the color, followed by the careful explanation, ah, good job. Unlike last time, the alcohol content is a bit high for sake. But it's nice that it goes down so easily. Now, the first sake in 96 hours. Oh, what can I say about this, but thank God for sake today.

Handa Township I had a freshly opened one. Yes, the roundness is wonderful. Oh, it's so nice today that I want to drink another cup. The mansaku flower on the right. This is the same one we drank last time, and it's also good today, sweet and tasty, a little higher in alcohol. I don't know, I don't think I've said it tastes good today. Now, Kidoizumi. Banana smell. A phrase I hear often. I don't say it, I don't say that banana smell is rotten. What is the boundary between sweetness and odor? It is written that it is after autumn! My drunken head reads the description to see if I would like to drink it warmer than this time of year, when it gets even colder. I couldn't do the words today, but I put happiness into gratitude. Oh, thank you for the food, wondering when the next time will be.

Natural. Good. Yes. When I think about where to put the balance, there is no better flavor. Not sweet, not strong, acidic, true! Delicious. But the reason why this came first is because the other two were, per today. First up was Genmai. Junmai Ginjo. Aizan. The taste of sweetness exiting. Oh, the easy, no, exquisite texture on the tongue. It's wonderful. What a wonderful day today, the drunken person thinks. Now, the last one. Miyazumi. A cup with a spine for the rice polishing ratio. I like anime, but I don't cover this part of the world, so I'm thankful to have learned something I didn't know before. The description says it's mellow, but it lingers anyway for the last cup. I like experimental things, but not so much for me, but I think this kind of challenge and collaboration is interesting and I would like to drink it again if I have the chance.

Ki, Fukamari. A little more relaxed than the last time I drank it, but easy to drink. It is a good sake. However, it is too much alcohol left in the bottle. Heiwa Nishiki, Tokubetsu Junmai. I am thinking about what to drink at the end of the year. I think about what to drink at the end of the year. This is one of the edge sakes I like to drink when I feel like I had a good year. A little high in alcohol. Well, rainfall. It is pink. The ingredients are rice and rice malt. It seems that they are using red yeast, and I am looking forward to seeing how many more colors they can make. It is certainly delicious to increase the rate of rice polishing, but in this day and age, I think something like this is totally wonderful. Oh, to know what you don't know, what a good day to be thankful for.

It is human nature to do the same thing, and to avoid looking at the good parts and the bad parts. I don't know the kanji for "saga," but let's start with my impressions. Yes, this is important. Personally, I think the entrance is important, especially when you are drunk. Olive is just like that. Olives are used in many dishes and ingredients, but I have the impression that they don't play a leading role. They are delicious, and they are a nice addition, but that doesn't mean they should be the main ingredient. But that's why I'm not too proud to say this. I feel it has potential, but it's just not enough, and that's what I'm going to come back to next. As a type of drink, it's like an aperitif. I've heard that there are other drinks that have been tried, so I'd like to go there and try them all. Oh, I want to live drinking every day. This time, today is the end, and I thank you.

Now, now. It's in your hands if you can make something that tastes good in a normal way taste good by processing it. I don't say that, but I don't say that it's the right thing in the right place, or TPO, but it's Hitomebore, which tastes good this time, too, but I can't think that it's not this one. It is my favorite brand. The owner who recommended it to me said that it lacked sweetness compared to the Tai-ta-mai, but I remembered from my search that it is a cousin of Sasashiki, which is a refreshing type of rice. I am embarrassed by my unreliable knowledge and my ignorance, but for the time being, I will continue with my writing. There are so many variables in today's food products that it seems like processing can be done somehow, right? But I think that a lot of variables can make something that I think is really this. Yes, in the end, my drunken mind doesn't care about logic, and I'm happy if I can simply enjoy a good drink and say something for which I have nothing but gratitude. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

19 degrees. A drink that gives the feeling of strong alcohol rather than the smell of alcohol. The terrible Japanese is charming. Yes, it's lovely. Anyway, it's a throw-away, jammy sake that plays on the palate and after you drink it, your impression is like, please work on my liver. When you get used to it, you want to say thank you for this too, but it's like you might be too adventurous with the stones, but you like it too much to stop. Yes, once I remember, I want to do this kind of work. I want to do a job like this. Rather than tailoring that will be liked by everyone, I want to do a job that I can't stop doing because I have to do this. Ah, I regret and thank God that I drank my favorite sake again even though I had taken two days off from drinking.

Recommendation. Yes, there is no better drink than one recommended by others. I don't trust my own tongue. It seems I am an outlaw. However, I think this drink is a good one to recommend to anyone without regard to its balance, in my opinion. Is it the latest trend? No, it has sweetness, but there is still alcohol in it, but the balance is just a little bit too much, and that's what makes it so wonderful. Yes, I feel like I have a lot of things I wanted to write about today, but with a nice drink like this, I can think that tomorrow will be fun again. Yes, today, too, I was able to drink, and this morning was peaceful. Thank you for having a normal day as usual.

Also from the middle. Mansaku flowers. Toji selection. Junmai Ginjo. Once-fired sake. Yeah, it's long. There is a lot of data on it, but the only thing I can read is the alcohol content, and I'm drunk. The sweetness and weight are nice. I think it's a little thick, but that might be because of the alcohol content. Now, right. Tedorigawa. This is another sake brewery that I ask for when they have it. Yamahai, Junmai Daiginjo. Unfiltered raw sake. Oh, it's long again. What can I say, it is delicious. But I try to explain that the reason I can't describe how it tastes in manual terms is because of my lack of vocabulary and the lengthy explanation. It is fizzy. There is no smell of alcohol, and it tastes more like an aperitif. It is a drink that seems to go well with light, or even salty, snacks rather than heavy food. Now, finally, the title. Let's not use the word "title" because it is a word used by me who can't do the job. This drink was described as "full tea. There is no kind of sweetness, but I dare say it has a sharpness. Junmai Ginjo. I am thankful for the answer, or rather, the fact that I was able to ask for a sake that I didn't know about. Now, what shall I drink at the end of the day?

A day with many favorite brands. From the middle, Bon.15 degrees, Junmai Ginjo. Easy to drink. I really like this brand. I don't want to search the meaning of hiyaoroshi, but I thought it was very autumnal. It is refreshing. Right, Mutsu Hachisen. Orange label, 16%. It sounds fizzy when you open it, but the feeling of drinking it is rather rich and full. Yes, it tastes good as usual. This is also hiyaoroshi. Now, Ki. The first cup is hiya-odoroshi, which is written on the label. I can understand why. I understand. Well, I don't like hot sake, so I can't say, but it probably has a strong smell. I can't say for sure, but I'm sure it smells good. I'd like to work with something playful like this. No alcohol smell. But the smell is not present in the hot water. I wonder what happens when it is heated. But I won't ask. It's the most fun when I imagine it. What a surprise. Oops, a postscript. The Brahma in the middle seems to be a blend. This is rather common in other sake, and I recall that a sake I wanted to buy recently used this method. I don't think my values are right. My drunken head reminds me to write thank you, while writing a terrible sentence.

Bae? Bae? Ei ne. Japanese is difficult. I was drunk and thinking, why, not the taste, but a drink recommended to me as a good reflection. I felt like I had had this drink before, but I couldn't remember it. The taste is normal and tasty. I don't know how many times I've used that word, but it fits perfectly. If I had to choose which shouchouchon I would drink it with, I would say it's a nazake. I have the impression that it is more about the richness than the sweetness. Ah, I was able to drink it again today. Thank you, and I can say thank you too much.

White? Black? My preference is black. For drinkability, white. The two choices are interesting, and they remind me of good, interesting sake, not to mention that it seems impossible that this world could be not only double but multiple. Black is truly shochu. Unlike shochu, it is very interesting in the sense that it does not leave a sweet taste. Now, white, to say the least, is just delicious. Indeed, it seems to be an odd kind of shochu, but it has a weak punch. It would be more interesting if it were a little sweeter.
