デイデイ
A day with many favorite brands.
From the middle, Bon.15 degrees, Junmai Ginjo.
Easy to drink. I really like this brand. I don't want to search the meaning of hiyaoroshi, but I thought it was very autumnal. It is refreshing.
Right, Mutsu Hachisen. Orange label, 16%. It sounds fizzy when you open it, but the feeling of drinking it is rather rich and full. Yes, it tastes good as usual. This is also hiyaoroshi.
Now, Ki.
The first cup is hiya-odoroshi, which is written on the label. I can understand why. I understand. Well, I don't like hot sake, so I can't say, but it probably has a strong smell. I can't say for sure, but I'm sure it smells good.
I'd like to work with something playful like this.
No alcohol smell. But the smell is not present in the hot water. I wonder what happens when it is heated. But I won't ask. It's the most fun when I imagine it. What a surprise.
Oops, a postscript. The Brahma in the middle seems to be a blend. This is rather common in other sake, and I recall that a sake I wanted to buy recently used this method.
I don't think my values are right. My drunken head reminds me to write thank you, while writing a terrible sentence.
