It is a heavy sake. The alcohol content is just for reference. Give me the data. I'm the one who's always saying it. Too many variables. Today is Friday. Yeah, I'm not stepping on it at all. I'm happy to be able to drink my favorite brewery. Friday's a hassle. Delicious sake, tasty snacks, and I'm thinking about how I wish I was a little younger. Yeast. It's difficult to make, isn't it? It's fun to pour it over the sake, but it's great to get rid of the sweetness of the Ogawa m310 Yamadanishiki while bringing out the spiciness. It is a good specification, not to mention the high alcohol content. Well, I feel like I'm drunk and want to write about the next one, so here I am today. I want to express my gratitude. If I were to say it with a straight face, it might not be too sweet, right? Sake, for those who prefer a spicier taste. Trial only. I think it's too strong for the nature of the contest, but I'm not sure from the top. It is a good sake. You can get drunk, but thank you for not being able to continue with words, and for being able to drink and ask for help.

It's wonderful to drink alcohol with a strong habit. I am really happy to be able to drink sake that is considered experimental. I mixed one strange photo because it was the most delicious sake I was interested in. The genre is Mirin. I think the best part of being served this kind of hidden drink is the chance to be served it by others. I write this so that I don't forget today, when I was blessed with the people next to me and the owner, and to express my gratitude for being able to get drunk. Thank you for the food. On a side note. Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) that has been left too long. How to use this in cooking, the assertion is strong and the taste is flat. Really, a fermentation is very deep.

Good sake. This is the first sake I had today and it was delicious. I think the reason I can't stop comparing sake is because of encounters like this. It has a moderate ripeness. It has a wonderful balance of sweetness and richness. On the train ride back, I remembered that it was a drink that was too good for a drunk who missed the train. Of course, Shichida is also delicious. This one is also basic. Sake is really delicious.

The importance of publicity. Not so long ago, old men would have kicked me out of the business for not making money even if it was a hot topic and I would have thought that was true. I'm old enough to think I'm giving up on being called a soft old man and accepting it when I write why. Yes, it is a delicious sake with a harsh edge. If anything, those who are used to drinking sake will like it, and those who don't drink much will laugh when I recommend it to them, saying that it is delicious. Yes, it is a favorite drink of mine, as an alcoholic. From the top to the end, it is more rich than sweet, which is really an odd design and a playful idea of the brewer. I feel the creator's playful spirit. It is a good job, isn't it? I am grateful to be able to drink sake today.

Haters and. I am happy today with gratitude that I can't tell the difference between tation of the meaning of alcohol. How about it, it is delicious, but I imagine that this is what the original It was a drink that makes me wonder what the original was like. Old wine is delicious. But it is only a variable, if you think you can make it. No, I'm an old man, so I should not bemoan my lack of vocabulary and say, "This is delicious," but rather, "It's delicious," and put an emoji on it and get excited. Oh, thank you for the food today.

Do you like Nigori? I like it. I have no further comment than that, it's delicious. The rest is just the ramblings of an old man. It is a drink that is strong in alcohol and you will not be able to leave if you ask for another one. It is not as sweet as the color, and this job of eliminating the smell of alcohol is a wonderful thing. This is a perverse taste, even if it involves the person who was drinking next door. Too nice. Yet again, sigh to drink, thank you for being alive to drink.

I'm sorry if it is a classy place to put food on the table. I'm sorry, but I think it's drunken. Sometimes, I don't say when, but 8 pieces, no, don't be terrible, up of raw materials, considering the fermentation. I think it is necessary to date. Sure, the variables of sweetness, sourness, etc. may go up. But I wonder if that is really the limit. If you think there is a limit and you don't get out of it, I wonder if it's the best you can do as a job and not as progress. What a terrible, terrible, flippant thing to write. Now, I'm sure you haven't read it already. I have the impression that the sweetness is weak for a rice based on Yamada-Nishiki. I think it would have been better if they had cut down on the sweetness. But if you want a dry taste, please wait a little longer. I was able to drink again today, and my impressions are in my drunkenness. Thank you very much for the food.

Acidity, low alcohol, Iron plate taste. If you ask me if I'm drunk, I am. I have nothing but gratitude for good drinks and good snacks. The addictive feeling for low alcohol is wonderful. However, it is my drunken impression that it is difficult to drink sake while eating. I am really thankful that I was able to drink it today. Thank you to those who love sake. I am so drunk that I can't even write a sentence. What a pity.

Rice: Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Yeast: Yamagata yeast Sake meter degree -5 Acidity 1.6 Alcohol 16.7 This is a primitive and lively sake. When you have all these ingredients, there is no other way to describe it except that it is delicious. However, I wonder if it is too good to be served sweet. On a different topic, do you like otsushi? No, I think it is generally correct to call it "ootoshi. I saw a news report that said, "Don't serve it without permission. I saw it, but it's a wild thing to deny culture. If you don't get the point, try to push capitalism. Yes, enjoy how much you like one dish. And don't complain over a drink. With gratitude.

I won't say that I wanted to drink something like this. The edges are really pretty, but the spiciness is not what it looks like, it is addictive and delicious. I know I'm being persistent, but I was really embarrassed by my lack of knowledge when I said it was an old Hokkaido sake. I am ashamed of my lack of knowledge, but yes, I would like to drink more.

Muddy, if you see it, do you have a choice but to drink it? It is not as sweet as it looks. It's not refreshing, of course, but it's not too sweet, so you can enjoy one more glass. As I get older and older, I think that I am getting old because I can't help thinking about that taste. I think I'm thinking of Hokkaido a long time ago. Sake is great, because you can get drunk and update your mind.

Yunagi. I wrote that kana is beautiful, and I am stuck on my few words after this. Nagi, yes, it is really a perfect taste to express this beauty. It is really delicious, isn't it? I didn't realize that it is so hard not to be able to verbalize how delicious it is. It is more than sweetness. It's not sharp, but it's not too thick either. I wonder what it is. It's too good to write about with a drunken head. If I had to say so, I would say it is a sake to forget. It was delicious, and I couldn't have asked for a better sake. Thank you very much.

I don't know how many kinds of sake were lined up in the fridge, but I chose the one I preferred. It was a delicious sake that was relatively not sweet and focused on sharpness. I spend my days thinking about recommending sake. Recommending sake has become a responsibility, but at what cost? No. I am sad that the effort, or rather the time, is no longer appreciated. I won't say now then. But the old man fantasizes about a society where there can be appreciation for time consumed. I heard that there was something else that was sweet. I fantasize about the difference between polish or rice, and the rest is just long-winded German and cold wording. I'll try to fool him and thank him again for the food today.

Registration is a hassle, isn't it? What can I say? It was a rather old-fashioned drink. My neighbor took the form of a not-so-sweet order, and yes, it's usually delicious. They say there are about 1,600 breweries in the country today. I wonder how many of them, combined, are ponzake, which is only available at that time. I can't drink them all, but that's why they are called famous and delicious? I can't drink all of them, but that doesn't mean that I don't like the ones that are called famous and delicious, as an old man who has grown old. I do drunken work. Yes, please try it once, and the impression is dull. I won't say that the old man and his memory forgive him for forgetting the postscript. Certainly, of sentences, duplications are increasing. But an idea? No, write that impressions are what can excuse you from still being able to live in this world. Yes, it's terrible, so I want to write to thank you for registering a good sake and a sake brewery. Yes, thank you.

I don't admit to wonder. I am an old man who thinks that if I increase my knowledge, I will be able to create what I imagine. I can't make any more effort. I want to stop pretending to be young and start fighting for the goodness of my excuses for giving up. What a surprise, Yes, it's a bit old-fashioned. But I think it's really amazing that they can make a classical music still be accepted even nowadays. If I had to describe it in a different way, I would say that I added a touch of sourness. Also, it was a drink that eliminated the smell of alcohol. It's really not easy to take on a challenge from a saturated diet, but it's too good to be true. Yes, today, too, I am not sure whether to drink for myself who did nothing, but ah, I am happy. It was a treat.

I remember that once upon a time, I was scolded for being a flowery person when I used to compare my words with decorations. I like murkiness. But I'm wondering which way to describe this type that is not sweet. I was served it second to last in the order, so it may have tasted sweet away, but I can't verbalize this type other than nice. It looks too sweet, but the richness is weak. But that doesn't mean it's not strong. I don't know what to say about it, but it really is delicious. I can't really put it into words other than "delicious," but please forgive me and drink it first.

I had this drink once before the new year. I have not written about the impression I had of the sake, which was strong in alcohol, but not lingering, and I was able to enjoy it again today and think it was a good drink. It is an old-fashioned sake that has evolved, not to say old-fashioned. It has been more than 10 days since it was opened, but it is a strong sake that has not lost its strength. I searched for the brewery without much interest, thinking that it was a rounded sake with little assertiveness, but the toji was so nice that my drunken mind thought I had no choice but to write about it. I was so drunk that I felt I had no choice but to write about it. The trend in sake is to somehow add variations of sweetness, but when I think about what kind of sake I really want to drink, I think this is the kind of sake I want to drink. Anyway, it should be hard, sharp, and not smelly. I think it is a difficult job. I am grateful for the fact that I was able to get drunk again tonight. I really recommend you to drink it once.

It was a cup of possibility, a cup that I would like to pretend, a cup that I would not have asked for myself. Mazel. No, it's a blend. I feel ok with distilled forms of alcohol, but with alcohol that ferments as you put it down, there are too many variables and it's like, yeah, I'm not going to say more. It was an old wine, with a distinctly difficult taste.

When did Sunday nights stop feeling special? Every day I fool myself with alcohol to cover up my sorrow of working shifts. How happy I am to be able to drink good sake, even today. This is a pattern of changing rice. It's interesting, isn't it? Is it the same? I feel it's special to be able to drink it only at that time. Two bottles side by side! I was given a choice between the two, so I chose both. The order is the opposite of the picture, but I started with Hitachi-Nishiki. It's refreshing. I thought it was a Sasanishiki type because of the name "Nishiki," but I was not aware that it was a Koshihikari type, a well-known type of rice. The most recent was Tsuki no Hikari. I had a taste of it before dinner, which I don't seem to remember drinking. Now, I think I prefer this one. Omachi. I won't say that they are too robust to be drunk side by side. It's not so much that it's too strong, but it's more like a sake, and I think it's really nice that it's so refreshing. If you prefer sweetness, this is the one for you. Sake is really great. And today, too, I would like to express my gratitude.

The logo is cute. When I look at it again sober, the design is a little more scary than cute, but it's nice in that I won't forget it. My impression of the sake here is that it is a little sweet, but it goes down easy. This time, the sake was thick, and I think that's all there is to it. This time of year, there are a lot of muddy sake, but this one is not that cloudy, but rather highly viscous. It is like ramen, but with just the right amount of flavor. I think it has a texture that is not to everyone's liking in terms of sake. It is not too sweet, but of course there is no cut-off point of cleanliness. I like it. But I am happy to have had another sake tonight, having learned about a drink that I am not sure if I would recommend to others.
