Mansaku flowers. Toji selection. Junmai Ginjo. Once-fired sake.
Yeah, it's long. There is a lot of data on it, but the only thing I can read is the alcohol content, and I'm drunk.
The sweetness and weight are nice. I think it's a little thick, but that might be because of the alcohol content.

This is another sake brewery that I ask for when they have it. Yamahai, Junmai Daiginjo. Unfiltered raw sake. Oh, it's long again.
What can I say, it is delicious. But I try to explain that the reason I can't describe how it tastes in manual terms is because of my lack of vocabulary and the lengthy explanation. It is fizzy. There is no smell of alcohol, and it tastes more like an aperitif. It is a drink that seems to go well with light, or even salty, snacks rather than heavy food.
Now, finally, the title. Let's not use the word "title" because it is a word used by me who can't do the job.
This drink was described as "full tea. There is no kind of sweetness, but I dare say it has a sharpness.
Junmai Ginjo. I am thankful for the answer, or rather, the fact that I was able to ask for a sake that I didn't know about. Now, what shall I drink at the end of the day?
