The sweet aroma is still there, and the attack is a bit sweet, but it is balanced with a light nigorigo and a mild acidity that gives it an elegant impression without being cloying.

Sake shop Yamada hanpukai for April.
When you include it, a fruity, refreshing sweetness and acidity arrive and disappear from the palate before you can feel the lingering aftertaste. I can't describe it well, but is it like fireworks?
It's a different route from the gassy, sweet and juicy, trendy low-alcohol. My wife, who tasted a bit of it, praised it as delicious, but I got the impression that it was a little unsatisfying to continue drinking.
I'm reserving my rating.
Staff recommended frame of mind for the Sake Sho Yamada Hanpukai.
Fruity sweet and sour schwarz and modern sake. The fine gasiness and lack of clutter give the impression of a light sweetness without clinginess.

Sake just as I imagined.
Purchased at Yamashiroya Sake Shop.
The standing aroma is modest, but I have the impression that this is the kind of aroma that is described as the aroma of freshly cooked rice.
When you drink it, you can taste the classic flavor of rice, but there is no lingering harshness or strange quirkiness. I drank it cold or chilled, but it would also be delicious as a heated sake.

Purchased at Fresta. In Hiroshima, you'll find more Taka than Yamazaru.
I wonder if it was the sake brewery that once had an episode on TV about how they built a school, town hall, and bridge in their hometown. I guess it is a nostalgic accent when drinking sake now that our parents were negative about it, saying that rice and water are all you need to make sake.
The nose has an orangey aroma with a light sourness. When drunk, it has a tight, gaseous feel with a fine acidity and sweetness, followed by a sweet and sour aftertaste. Drink it cold, and as time goes by, it becomes softer and more rounded, like a gentle orange.
The introduction of the sake says it has a bittersweet aftertaste like GF, but I didn't feel much bitterness.
It was good right after opening the bottle, but I liked it better with more sweetness and acidity after a few days.

I bought this wine in the hanpukai of Yamada Sake Brewery.
From here, it is my own impression, but "twilight" has an image of being somewhat sad, and the sake I have been drinking has an image of Tobiran's Saido or something like that, which is somewhat different from the impression I had.
The label is almost salmon pink orange, so if you ignore the name and other words, it looks like Haru Yoi or Haru Akane.
This is my first cup sake.
It has a slightly peculiar sweetness following the umami of the rice, but the sharpness is good and does not linger.
I took a sip at room temperature and then tried heating it up by rinsing it, but I personally preferred it at room temperature.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
A gift in addition to the above.
It has a gentle, clean, and refreshing top-fragrance, and a soft mouthfeel. When you drink it, you can taste the muscat aroma and the full flavor of the rice, but the aftertaste is very light.
I didn't drink much Kamotsuru because I didn't like nigori sake, and also because during the brewery tour, I felt that it was aimed at overseas and tourists due to its large scale, and that the local community was somewhat neglected, although there was a lot of distribution.

The standing aroma is thin rather than faint.
It is slightly sweet and has a refreshing quality. The aftertaste is clean and sharp, but it does not feel "super" dry.
When drunk cold, the acidity is quite assertive, and although it is a selfish image, I thought it did not match the name "Yuki-no-Kami" (snow goddess).
The label also lists examples of dishes it goes well with, but due to its acidity and sharpness, it went very well with simmered dishes such as meat and potatoes.

Purchased at Ishikawa Sake Shop.
Uppunbarashi Honjozo Dry Taste
A mellow umami-guchi sake with a gentle mouthfeel and a slight hint of koji.
It is a classically well-balanced honjozo sake, with none of the alcohol, acidity, or graininess being overly assertive. The deformed Kagura label gives it a souvenir feel, and the reasonable price is more than enough to satisfy the taste buds.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Purchased at a roadside station in Aki Takata.
It has sweetness, umami, and fullness, and the essence of Kangiku, which finishes with a light bitterness, is clearly felt, but in general, it has a beautiful mouthfeel.
It does not have the tropical aroma of Hashu Honor, another Kangiku sake we recently drank, nor does it have the complexity (→ drinkability) of Special Thanks, which may be a matter of taste differences.

Let's meet again in four years.
Purchased at Yamatoya Shuho.
This is a gorgeous sake, just as the name and label suggest.
The standing aroma is muscat and peachy and gorgeous. It is a bit more acidic than the other two, but the light, fruity taste makes it easy to drink like a sake juice. However, the light and fruity taste is just as easy to drink as sake juice.
Although the season has passed, it will make you happy if you drink it chilled and enjoy it at cherry-blossom viewing parties.
There are many brands of spring sake that make you want to drink various kinds of sake, and although the satisfaction level is high, the degree to which you want to drink it again is ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Purchased at Yamatoya Shuho.
The standing aroma is about 7 to 3 of fruit and koji. It has a classical flavor, with a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity. It is delicious both cold and at room temperature.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Purchased at Enoki Shuzo's brewery opening. It was my first time to go there, and I was very happy to go, even though I had my family waiting and it was a rushed tasting. I tasted several limited edition brewery opening sake and sake that I cannot usually drink, but I liked this brand the best for me 😆.
Luscious but clean-eyed, with no unpleasant overtone. The texture is smooth, with a honeyed juiciness of fruit, but no heaviness or cloying taste, and the lingering finish is clean and clean.

This is the commemorative 200th check-in.
There are many factors that make it easier to drink for me personally, such as gassiness, lower alcohol content, sweetness, acidity, etc. I like trendy sake, but I didn't care about those things and just thought it was delicious.
I've always wanted to try it someday, thanks for the encounter.
The standing aroma is faintly apple + banana. The beautiful umami flavor flows smoothly and crisply, and the apple aroma passes through to the nose.
It has a dignified impression with a solid core rather than florid.

Souvenir.
This sake has a fresh and clean taste, which is typical of a nama-zakoro-zaké and aluzaké. It was a little sweeter than the Chifuku unpasteurized sake we had previously tasted, which made it a more pleasant sake to drink.
If you don't drink it on a trip to Dogo Onsen or get it as a souvenir, the impact may be a little weak.

Purchased at Fresta.
The standing aroma is apricot and tangerine? Nuance. The cute sweetness and mouthfeel of the aroma as it is, and the acidity and gasiness at the back end, brewed with white malted rice, give it an exquisite balance.
It was my favorite of all the Saga sakes I tasted. Budding and SPRING SUN were also delicious.
I had the impression that the sweetness remained a little after the bottle was opened and the gassiness was gone, but it might have been better if it was warmed up to lukewarm.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I bought it at WINE &sake ITO.
It has a rich, mellow, sweet taste with a thick mouthfeel. The standing aroma is of koji mold and a slight vanilla nuance. As with freshly squeezed sake, it also has a fresh and chili pepper flavor.
To be honest, I am not a fan of sake that is only sweet, and would like to see a balance achieved by adding acidity, bitterness, and sharpness, but this sake, with its 20% alcohol content, seems to have achieved that balance through the strength of its alcohol. It has a peculiar taste, and I don't dislike it.
It was just the right size for home drinking, as I felt that a four-pack bottle size would be a bit tiring to drink.

Purchased at Ide Sake Brewery.
One of the strongest gassinesses of any home brewed sake I've ever had. The standing aroma is grapefruit citrusy but weak.
The balance between alcohol strength, umami, and sweetness is good, and it finishes dry in the aftertaste, so it is hard to feel the harshness that is commensurate with the alcohol content.
It is not overpowered by meat or well-seasoned dishes, and on the contrary, it did not go well with potatoes.
It is a good food sake, but it is also delicious on its own. I drank it cold to take advantage of the gasiness, but it would be interesting to drink it warmed.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Purchased at Yamada Sake Shop.
There is little or no top notes. The clear, flavorless taste, combined with the refreshing mouthfeel, was personally enjoyable, but there may be those who find it insufficient or too thin.
It is good to drink it cold, but I think it is better to drink it slowly and enjoy the aroma that spreads on the palate after drinking it.

Purchased at Ide Sake Brewery.
The name Horohoro reminds me of the Yumemakura Vague's Onmyoji, where Seimei and Hiromasa were drinking Horohoro sake while feeling the seasons at the wet edge.
This sake can be enjoyed in a wide range of temperatures, from cold to warmed. The cold sake we tasted had a slightly more modern finish, with a slightly rounded flavor and acidity. When heated, it has a richness that is similar to that of a sake made from the traditional sake yeast, and it is very tasty.
It was my favorite among the many excellent Saga sake that I tasted.
I thought that if I were to do research at university, I would enjoy making sake from a "sake yeast" yeast rather than a "fast brewing" yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. I have a degree in agriculture as well, but I guess it's not an easy choice to go to university unless you have a relative in the sake industry.

wine &sake ITO I bought it at Ito Sake Shop.
I was on a trip and had bought a lot of draft sake, so I chose the fire-brewed version.
