Depending on the timing of drinking, the standing aroma seems to have the gorgeousness of strawberries, mangoes, etc. and the cleanness of pears. It is light on the palate, but also has a good aftertaste with a strong umami and alcohol. This is only my third bottle, but I liked the balance the best among Eiko Fuji's many gorgeous, sweet, and beautiful sakes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought it at Aeon where it was sold at a fixed price along with Hoshitenkouro. It's nice for home drinkers to be able to pick up these kinds of sakes easily. ☺️

I was deeply impressed as I drank it, thinking that if I had encountered it when I was a college student or when I was not used to drinking sake, I probably wouldn't have thought it was delicious. It was a bit choosy about the food, but it was delicious cold or chilled. Buy half price discount at Fresta.

The standing aroma is more like unripe peaches than GF. When you drink it, the refreshing acidity, umami, and aroma on the nose give it a GF-like impression. There is a light bitterness in the aftertaste, and it is not too sweet, so it is easy to drink. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake Shop Yamada's hanpukai for June, recommended by the staff. It was the last bottle of three consecutive months' hanpukai, but the staff didn't seem to have the same sense of taste, perhaps because of the limited budget 🤪I guess 5,000 yen for three months would be more flexible.

The color is a beautiful golden hue. The standing aroma gives the impression of having both caramel-like liquor nuances and Shaoxing liquor-like medicinal nuances. When you drink it, you can sense a slightly thickened rice sweetness and umami, which quickly fades away in the aftertaste. There is not much sourness or bitterness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wonder if this kind of sake has more merit if it is heated up. Tasted at Hitoshizuku, a sake bar in Tamatsukuri Onsen. I was curious about this sake because of the impact of its naming, but was hesitant to put it in my cellar due to bad luck, so I was glad to try it at the restaurant😃.

It has a beautiful aftertaste with no harshness from the alcohol. It was a half-bottle tasting, but it tasted so good that I could drink it as much as I wanted. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tasted at Hitoshizuku Sake Bar in Tamatsukuri Onsen. The 5,000 yen four-packs of sake are not too expensive, but as a home-drinker, I would like to see more price reductions, such as 4,000 yen or 4,500 yen, rather than a uniform price. I guess there would be more demand for a more prestigious gift.

Since it is served cold, the standing aroma is not so noticeable. When you drink it, it has a smooth mouthfeel, and the chiri-chiri-ness and apple/pineapple type aroma makes it seem like a sweet and juicy, easy-to-drink, easy-to-understand drink, but the bitterness and astringent taste pull the taste down and it is not so gorgeous. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was interested in this sake because it was the 2023 IWC Champion Sake🍶, but immediately afterward I thought it was too expensive and avoided it. Bought it at the sake shop Yamada.

It has a pleasant aroma of banana and melon. The fresh lemon-like acidity and crisp taste are impressive when you drink it, and while it retains the spiciness and strength of alcohol, it will keep you going without tiring you out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the June edition of the Sake Sho Yamada Hanpukai. I personally prefer Hakurakusei as a food sake, as it is a little more selective when viewed as a food sake. My impression of "one summer love" was a bit different from mine, as I had the impression that it was an intense, burning but fleeting love that lasted only during the summer. Perhaps the nuance of a cute sake that makes you fall in love during this season is more appropriate!

From the gentle mouthfeel, one can enjoy a clean, square flavor with a refreshing aftertaste. This sake has the charm of Drunken Heart. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Aeon. It was said to be limited to only 10 companies in Japan, but if it is wholesaled to Aeon, I don't think it is very limited. I have the impression that there are so many varieties of Drunken Heart that I wonder if there is anyone who can taste the sake.

When you drink it, the gasiness and rice-derived umami are accented by the astringency, bitterness, and acidity typical of low-polished rice, giving it a mellow, thick, and complex flavor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Daylink. It has a half price sticker on it, but the selling price is almost twice the regular price, so it's not 500 yen cheaper, but I'm happy with the cosmetics.

The gasiness is strong, and while it has a light mouthfeel typical of low-alcoholic wines, it also has acidity and umami, giving it a rounded impression. Compared to the popular low-alcoholic beverages, the sweetness is moderate and a little off. As you drink it over time, the temperature of the sake rises, and the milky flavor becomes thicker as the ori (ori) gets involved, making it a sake that can be drunk slowly and leisurely, just as the name implies. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ May's installment of the Sake Sho Yamada hanpukai. There are few Hiroshima sake types with a strong sense of gas, but I was told that this is the kind of sake quality they were aiming for.

I thought it was like ice wine at first, but I guess that's an exaggeration. It is similar to a very sweet white wine. It has an aroma of ripe fruits such as lychee and peach. The acidity is a bit distinctive, with the essence of fruit, grains (vinegar), and lactic acid all mixed together. The complexity of rice, which is typical of low-polished rice, is still there as an accent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️ Purchased at Huis Ten Bosch. It is a sake from Mori Sake Brewery, which brews my personal favorite, Hiran, and I was hoping to have a connection with them when I decided to go on a trip to Nagasaki, so I was very happy to be able to purchase it as a souvenir. You might want to be careful at the Huis Ten Bosch store, as there was quite a mix of different dates of manufacture.

When you drink it, the umami of rice and green apple-like aroma comes through. and green apple-like aroma, and combined with the transparency typical of jun-dai, it makes the cup go down smoothly. In terms of aroma, I felt it was somewhat similar to Tomikyucho's HENPEI. I also thought of Kaze no Mori's Rusuba Kaze, but I wonder if it has a slightly astringent taste among the five flavors. ⭐️⭐️ Staff recommendation for May from the Sake Sho Yamada hanpukai. Personally, I paid a lot of money for this hanpukai's secret slot, so my satisfaction level is a little low because I inevitably want more. Besides Kaze no Mori, Mimuro Sugi and my personal favorite sake breweries, Nara has many other sake that I would like to drink: ☺️

This is a different spec from the Jun Dai sake served at last year's G7. It's great for home drinking in terms of cost.

When you drink it, the beautiful flavor flows without any cloying taste, and the taste makes you feel that it is an expensive sake 😊. We had it standing at a festival drinking in a light rain, and it was the kind of sake I would like to have as a gift or with food at a reasonable restaurant, rather than buying it for home drinking.
