Gassan裏月山 しぼりたて無濾過生原酒
けいけい
From the soft mouthfeel, the mellow aroma and rice flavor typical of nama-shu spread out, and the lingering finish is crisp and not overly heavy to the point of being mellow. To put it simply, it is a mellow umakuchi.
Because of its robust flavor, it is good on its own or as a mid-meal sake, and is easy to pair with food. I prefer it when the bottle is cold, just after opening, when the flavor profile is well-defined.
