The standing aroma is pear and muscat-like, but not that strong. The bubbles are a little strong for a Kamogane. When you drink it, it has a fresh lightness typical of low-alcoholic sake, with a slight grain-like classical nuance, and is easy to drink.
Perhaps it is because it is not watered down, or perhaps it is just because I like my hometown, but the lightness‡ of low-alcoholic sake is well suppressed and can be enjoyed on its own or with a meal.

It is available all year round and is not too expensive. It is a sake from Hiroshima that is not too trendy and is competitive even in Japan.
