It has a fresh banana-type aroma, which is gorgeous in Camoquin. The sweetness and acidity wrap around the full flavor and bring it all together in a cute way.
After opening the bottle, the passage of days and the decrease in volume and increase in the percentage of lees made it more rounded and to my liking.
The sake world during the year-end and New Year's holidays is festive with many zodiac sign labels and lees-related products, but the satisfaction level, including the price, is high. The green and red string was a hit with the kids.
