けいけい
Junmai Daiginjo
A collaboration between Yamawa Sake Brewery and Shinzawa Brewery. This year, it was the turn of the Shinzawa Brewery.
From the faint pineapple aroma and acidity, it has a gentle sweetness and a beautiful lingering taste that disappears in a flash 🫥.
It can be drunk on its own as well, not to mention as a mealtime sake that doesn't interfere with meals. I have the impression that it strikes people who prefer Jungin to Hakurakusei's Tokujun.
⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️
Purchased at the sake shop Yamada.
I personally liked the gradation of this year's label design, as it seemed more upscale than ever.
