けいけい
Melon nuances from the standing aroma to the end of the bottle. The lees are a bit low for an orikara sake. To put it roughly, it is a sweet and juicy sake with a gaseous taste, and like Kangiku from the same prefecture, it is a less fashionable sake. Perhaps due to the 16% alcohol content, it also has a bit of spiciness and complexity in the aftertaste.

Purchased at the sake shop Yamada.
I was allowed to try a variety of sake at the tasting, and when I told them I liked Oumachi Purple, they recommended this one 🥰.
