It has a standing aroma of berries and white peaches. When you drink it, you will taste the juicy flavor typical of Omachi and the sweet aroma that escapes into the nose. As the bottle is opened, the aroma and bitterness become milder, but the flavor seems to become more balanced. It is a little difficult to pair it with food. It is best to drink it as an aperitif or with strong-flavored snacks such as cheese or salted fish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It would be a shame to say that this sake is made with out-quality rice and not to drink it.

Gorgeous melon-like aroma. It tastes a little sweet on the palate, but the clarity and clean aftertaste make it not bothersome at all. It is best drunk cold. Purchased at a major supermarket in Higashihiroshima, Chugoku and Shikoku. My wife bought it for me as a souvenir, but I was fed up with the way it was sold at a wagon sale with a price tag attached, and the price was well over the regular price. It was a pity that the impression of the supermarket as well as the sake was not good enough for me to buy it at the regular price at other liquor stores in the city.

Daiginjo Bizen Omachi The sweetness is quite strong, but the aftertaste is dry and crisp, and it is hard to get tired of drinking it. To be honest, I cannot tell how much of an omachi it is. I was not bothered by the fresh old aroma, which is common in inexpensive sweet sake, and felt that the sake was carefully made or that the craftsmanship was very high. I drank it cold or at room temperature, but I have a feeling it will become old style when heated. I think it is excellent for a sake in this price range. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Sogo.

This sake is less habitual than the Tokusen we purchased together, and can be drunk like water. It is not as sweet as many of the soft-water brews from Hiroshima, nor as dry as Kamerei or Baoken, but just right. As recommended by the manufacturer, it is best served chilled as a toast or aperitif. One thing that bothered me was the plastic stopper. The plastic stopper was rather hard and difficult to open. I was worried about Kubota and bought it at a half price sale, and this is my first bottle. When you put it in your mouth, the beautiful aroma spreads quickly, but the taste of koji (malted rice) also spreads without a pause. I had an image of it being light and dry, but I was not sure if it was light or not. I had an impression that it was light and dry, but I was not so sure. I prefer to drink it at room temperature and enjoy the flavor of the rice slowly. I was able to finish the bottle without getting tired of drinking it, which is probably due to the high quality of the sake.
