Pineapple + melon type fruity standing aroma + sweet and dark aroma has the same taste as the Kinjaku we have been drinking, but also has a strength commensurate with its alcohol content. I think a little about pairing it with meals. I often drank it in a boar cup while cooking dinner, but I avoided strong flavored food and it went well with dashi or light flavored food without any problem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I think I prefer Shiboritate or Jungin in Kinjaku. Purchased at Horie Sake Brewery. It is well far from Iwakuni IC. I stopped by first thing in the afternoon after the kids' playtime, but they were sold out of cup sake, kuromine, yamahai, etc., and only had one Daiginjo and one Tobisho. Although the specs of the sake are different, I think Hana-yoso is closer to the other sake I have had so far.

There is no standing aroma. When you drink it, you will taste sweetness derived from koji and strong bitterness in the aftertaste. The flavor seems to be different when it is warmed up, but we didn't try it because of the season. I drank it as a highball, mixing it 1:1 with soda water. ⭐️ The price is very cheap for a pure Dai Dai, but I wouldn't buy it again. My impression was very different from the product description, and it may have been due to the poor storage conditions, which I believe it was kept at room temperature.

Sake from the roadside station is a very special kind of sake. At the tasting, we had the opportunity to try four different types of sake, including fire-brewed and unpasteurized, and heard various stories about them. The brand name is from the address of the rice field. The sake is made from risotto rice, a crossbreed of Italian rice, rather than ordinary sake rice, to reflect the terroir, and the rice is milled at a low 90% to bring out the true flavor of the rice. (I guess it is a difference in approach, but in terms of terroir, I personally have a stronger impression of Tomikunaga, which has revived the cultivation of yatancho grass nearby). As for my impression of the wine, there is little of the miscellaneous flavors that are generally felt with low-polished rice, but the umami, bitterness, and other good qualities are also reasonably thin. The refreshing aroma and acidity are combined with a flavor that is close to that of white wine. However, the price is very expensive. At 5,500 yen for a No. 4 bottle, it is priced the same as the signature products of most sake breweries, and I don't think there is anything in it that would make me want to buy it over those products yet. ⭐️

The nose is slightly alcoholic and has a moderate aroma. On the palate, it has a sweet and sour taste that is close to muscat, with a mineral aftertaste that is very sharp. On the other hand, I thought it was not my favorite sake from Omine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️ Purchased at the sake shop Yamada. My daughter loves it when I use the empty glass.

Strong gasiness. Immediately after opening the bottle, the strong acidity from the white malted rice as well as the hint of malted rice was too strong for my taste, and I felt that I would prefer a sparkling wine in the same price range. After the second day, the balance of flavors settled down, and when I paired it with small sardine tempura, it was very drinkable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️ Purchased at Fresta.

Standing aroma of white peaches. When tasted slowly in cold water, it has a complex mixture of several fruity aromas and sweetness, which makes one think of the journey that has been made over the past ten years. The slightly firm acidity and sweetness are well balanced, and it is hard to get tired of drinking it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I enjoyed it very much, but I preferred Jungin and Sake Mirai which I drank last year. Purchased at Sake Sho Yamada.

The melon taste is more pronounced after a little time has passed than right after the bottle is opened↑. On the other hand, I think the competition of this kind of alcohol is shochu. On the other hand, I think the competition for this kind of alcohol is shochu high. It has a strength commensurate with its alcohol content, so I felt that there might be a difference in taste when compared to melon-flavored shochu highs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hanpukai by sake dealer Yamada.

Sweet and sour aroma of apple and melon. In the mouth, it has a cute sweet and sour taste, accented by a lingering bitterness. As the saké is drunk, the lees thickens and the flavor becomes richer. It is a modern sake with the essence of Kangiku, but I preferred Leap Day or something like that. Maybe I was setting the bar too high, thinking it would be very tasty. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought it at Yamatoya Shuho last fall and kept it in my cellar. I'll drink the orange one again if I have a chance.

Melon and banana type aroma. The sweetness and umami spread to the round mouthfeel, but then a rather strong lactic acidity tightens them up, giving a different impression at the attack and the finish. In addition, I personally felt that the cute name and label design did not match the taste. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The nose is fresh, with a hint of rummy, perhaps drawn by the visual appeal of the blue bottle. When you drink it, you can taste the firm umami and acidity, and the lingering aftertaste is more like a savory finish than a strong alcohol taste or bitterness that gives it a sharp edge. The balance of acidity, sweetness and spiciness is very good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is from the June edition of the Sake Sho Yamada hanpukai. It is not a summer sake that is dry and sharp or low-alcohol and light, but it is one of the best summer sake I have had so far.

The color is light amber, the taste is deep, rich and acidic, and it is a classic sake that stands out like an outlier in the recent Jun Dai trend of being fruity or having no miscellaneous flavors. I bought it at a half price sale, but I think it is a sake in this direction, not in terms of the state of management of the sake. I enjoyed it at room temperature because of the season. ⭐️⭐️+⭐️ Purchased at Fresta. Personally, I preferred the Murashige, but this one looks better as a heated sake to drink in the cold season!

Aroma of banana + rice aroma, not like cooked rice, but like rice itself before it is cooked. When you drink it, you can feel the umami of rice from the light mouthfeel, and the aftertaste is sharp. The taste is well-balanced, and I never got tired of drinking this sake. I was happy to buy a four-pack bottle to take home as a memento of my trip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Hitoshizuku in Tamatsukuri Onsen.

The nose is fresh and fragrant, like white peaches, and has a slight chilliness. When you drink it, you will be pleasantly surprised by the beautiful acidity of white grapes. I preferred this to the R-type. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️-⭐️ At a sake bar in Fukuromachi, Naka-ku, Tokyo. Until last year, you could buy Niimasa's Colors and Private Labo at some stores, but since the beginning of this year, I haven't been able to find them in stores. Kinjaku and Tobiroki are also available. As a private home drinker, I have recently begun to think that it would be nice to be able to find sake that I want to drink again among those that are easy to find.

Depending on the timing of drinking, the standing aroma seems to have the gorgeousness of strawberries, mangoes, etc. and the cleanness of pears. It is light on the palate, but also has a good aftertaste with a strong umami and alcohol. This is only my third bottle, but I liked the balance the best among Eiko Fuji's many gorgeous, sweet, and beautiful sakes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought it at Aeon where it was sold at a fixed price along with Hoshitenkouro. It's nice for home drinkers to be able to pick up these kinds of sakes easily. ☺️

The aroma is mild, and the flavor of rice and gentle sweetness is balanced by the addition of alcohol to prevent it from becoming too heavy. It has a classical flavor with a strong grain-derived miscellaneous taste, acidity, etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️ This is a sake for evening drinking that would also be delicious heated in the cold season. I was deeply impressed as I drank it, thinking that if I had encountered it when I was a college student or when I was not used to drinking sake, I probably wouldn't have thought it was delicious. It was a bit choosy about the food, but it was delicious cold or chilled. Buy half price discount at Fresta.

The standing aroma is more like unripe peaches than GF. When you drink it, the refreshing acidity, umami, and aroma on the nose give it a GF-like impression. There is a light bitterness in the aftertaste, and it is not too sweet, so it is easy to drink. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sake Shop Yamada's hanpukai for June, recommended by the staff. It was the last bottle of three consecutive months' hanpukai, but the staff didn't seem to have the same sense of taste, perhaps because of the limited budget 🤪I guess 5,000 yen for three months would be more flexible.

The color is a beautiful golden hue. The standing aroma gives the impression of having both caramel-like liquor nuances and Shaoxing liquor-like medicinal nuances. When you drink it, you can sense a slightly thickened rice sweetness and umami, which quickly fades away in the aftertaste. There is not much sourness or bitterness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wonder if this kind of sake has more merit if it is heated up. Tasted at Hitoshizuku, a sake bar in Tamatsukuri Onsen. I was curious about this sake because of the impact of its naming, but was hesitant to put it in my cellar due to bad luck, so I was glad to try it at the restaurant😃.

The nose has a refreshing apple-like aroma, but it is not very strong. When you drink it, it has a round mouthfeel with a rich sweetness and a mellow aroma that spreads through the nose. It has a beautiful aftertaste with no harshness from the alcohol. It was a half-bottle tasting, but it tasted so good that I could drink it as much as I wanted. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tasted at Hitoshizuku Sake Bar in Tamatsukuri Onsen. The 5,000 yen four-packs of sake are not too expensive, but as a home-drinker, I would like to see more price reductions, such as 4,000 yen or 4,500 yen, rather than a uniform price. I guess there would be more demand for a more prestigious gift.

Since it is served cold, the standing aroma is not so noticeable. When you drink it, it has a smooth mouthfeel, and the chiri-chiri-ness and apple/pineapple type aroma makes it seem like a sweet and juicy, easy-to-drink, easy-to-understand drink, but the bitterness and astringent taste pull the taste down and it is not so gorgeous. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was interested in this sake because it was the 2023 IWC Champion Sake🍶, but immediately afterward I thought it was too expensive and avoided it. Bought it at the sake shop Yamada.
