Since it is local, this brand is often found on all-you-can-drink menus at restaurants, mass merchandisers, convenience stores, etc. Until now, perhaps because I had been drinking pure rice spec sake, I had not dared to buy it again because of its graininess and miscellaneous tastes. This sake is a gem that has a deep, full-bodied flavor without the grain smell and other unpleasant tastes, while still retaining the acidity and bitterness, and the cleanliness that is typical of junmai. It was easy to drink on its own or with a meal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A souvenir from my wife. It is good to be able to buy it at a convenience store.

Commemorative sake brewed with Hachinohe Shuzo's original sake rice. The attack is more refreshingly bitter than sweet and sour. The standing aroma, reminiscent of muscat and citrus fruits, and the distinct gasiness tightened the flavor profile, and it seemed to be universally appealing and enjoyable to both modern and classical drinkers. As the temperature range rises, the flavor becomes gentler, but I also thought it lacked a little thickness. This area may be a matter of taste. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at the liquor store Yamada. I got the impression that the anniversary type was more of a celebration than a sake brewed by the seller and the brewer with no regard for profit. The liquid has a beautiful pink color, and when you drink it, you get the impression that it is sweet and sour juice of strawberry or berry type. When tasted blind, it is a sake that does not taste like sake. When the red yeast issue became a hot topic, I think the pop-ups of sake brewed with red yeast said that it was not red yeast, but I have not seen such annotations recently. It is often said that a person's rumor lasts 75 days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Yamatoya Sake Brewery. I personally don't dislike the kitchen name, the label that reminds me of Pindon, etc., but I felt that this sake, which is extremely sweet without being dry, is not a rival to champagne.

The last time I drank a bottle of Tokujun was one of my favorites, so I bought a small bottle when I saw it. The initial aroma was mild, apple and banana type. When you drink it, the deep rice flavor and sweetness rush in, and your first impression is "sweet. As is typical of junodai, there is almost no hint of miscellaneous or complex flavors, and the aftertaste is clean and delicate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Hiroshima Station. It tasted like a model of classical Jun Dai, but compared to Tokujundai, it did not have a unique or distinctive character.

A sweet and juicy sake that is typical of Eiko Fuji. The nose is melon-like and slightly refreshing with a hint of sourness. When you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and umami, but it has a firm outline and the sweetness does not spread too much. ⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Yamatoya Shuho. It is not the sharpest of the Eikoufuji varieties, and although it is not my favorite, it has an honorable image. It's overwhelmingly cosy when you buy it by the bottle.

I wonder if the top aroma is more white grape or lychee than apple-based. On the palate, it is clean and gassy, with a refreshing acidity that keeps the juicy sweetness from spreading too far. The aftertaste is also clean and accented by a gentle bitterness. As the label suggests, this was an easy summer drinker. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When I think of aerial, I think of candy aerials rather than surfing or aerial-type tricks or performances. I decided to drink a brand that I don't usually drink, and while I had several options, I ended up buying the label. I bought it at the liquor store Yamada.

I felt that this was not to my taste, as I tend to look for flamboyance and cleanliness in jun-dai. After a few days of opening the bottle, the flavor became rounder, juicier, and lighter in the aftertaste. ⭐️⭐️⭐️➖⭐️⭐️ Purchased at a local liquor store. It came in a set with chocolate and a boar for Valentine's Day. The chocolate was quickly eaten by my children, the boar cup was started by me, and only the sake lay in my home cellar for almost 6 months. In my opinion, there are many chocolates made with sake for Valentine's Day, so I would have been happier if they had made the sake to match the chocolates, or if it was a small bottle, if it was Rokugi or something like that, instead of just changing the label to Valentine's Day specifications.

The mild standing aroma reminds me of mango🥭 as described in the product description. However, when drunk on its own, the sake has less sweetness and acidity, and more minerality? nourishment? I picked up an astringent taste and honestly did not find it tasty. However, as a second or third sake to be consumed during a meal, it does not interfere with the meal, and the umami flavor spreads quickly after drinking, and the lingering aftertaste is refreshing, changing my impression, if not 180 degrees. ⭐️+⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Ishikawa Sake Shop. I bought this one, which is a different brand from Tatomo, because I thought I should buy a brand that I don't see often in my hometown sometimes.

The aftertaste is good, but the dark flavor lingers until just before the finish, and this kind of sake quality made me feel that it was more luxurious than it appeared at first glance. This sake was not mellow, but I didn't think it was as light as it is said to be. Is this another dichotomy? ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Yamatoya Shuho. It's still more expensive than a bottle of sake.

When poured into an indigo-colored cup, the fine bubbles and lees look like the starry sky of the Tanabata star festival, the theme of the brewery. When you drink it, it has a milky nuance with a nice acidity that seems to seep in deep and smoothly. It has a grapefruit-like aroma with a refreshing aftertaste. The taste is less bloated than Saido, and there is also a healthy gasiness, so perhaps this is easier to drink in summer. Available at ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Sake Sho Yamada. Renamed Asahiran? It was renamed Adams this year. The price was raised by almost 30% from less than 2,000 yen for Asahiran, and the four-pack bottles are a little longer-sided than most bottles.

It has little sweetness, and the impression is that it is fermented well, but you can taste the umami of the rice, miscellaneous flavors, and complex flavors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Buy it at Daylink. There are many good dry sake locally, so I would like to repeat this brand among them! I didn't find it attractive enough to make me want to repeat this brand. It's for everyday sake.

However, I personally did not find Omachi to be a good match for me 😪 I did not feel the fullness of flavor that only Omachi can offer, and the lingering taste was a bit bitter and pungent at times. Purchased at Yamatoya Shuho. ⭐️⭐️ I think I'll spend the extra 1000 yen next time and try Mizuho no Yume or Jun Dai.

The aroma is fresh and melon-like. When you drink it, the juicy melon flavor spreads out as the aroma does. The lingering finish is light, and the sake is easy to drink. It has a modern taste for a Saijo sake. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Sake Brewery Sumitaya. I have always wanted to try it if I had the chance, but I got a great deal on it so I bought it this time. As with Geyo Otokoyama, as a local, it would be easier for me to pick it up if it were one more pricey, but when I visited the brewery on a weekday the other day after a long absence, no one was there, and I guess that's just the way it is. The beautiful label, with its image of the night sky over the Seto Inland Sea and the torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine, is well written in English, and I would be happy to receive it as a souvenir!

This sake has a very good balance of the five tastes. The taste is clear and clean, although you can enjoy the umami of the rice without any of the flavors being assertive. I had a chance to drink it at home. It was a very satisfying sake even if you consider it as a 3,000 yen jun-dai, but I guess the overwhelming brand power along with Jyushiyo makes it an explosion of satisfaction. To put it in a colloquial way, I am drinking the sake that everyone wants at home at a fixed price, and it makes me feel good. I have the impression that I have only seen the Chinese character for "而今" in Chinese characters, but on a smartphone, you can find it more quickly by searching for "じ" (じ).

The Yamada-Nishiki was the first to be compared. The aroma is mild, with hints of muscat and Japanese pear, but it is mild like the Yumachi. The sweetness of the rice spreads beautifully when you drink it, and I preferred it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at a hotel in Okayama. Unlike Omine's cup sake, the label comes off easily when washed, but my child wanted a cup after drinking it. The label is very Okayama-like, so it is suitable as a souvenir. If I wanted to compare the sake, I would have appreciated the 180 ml small bottle type rather than the cup type.

A sake that brings out the flavor of the rice while also pursuing cleanliness. I have often seen "Hanasou," a sake made from Aomori Prefecture's rice suitable for sake brewing, and I wonder if it is along the same lines. The sweet, melon-like aroma is very pleasant on the palate, and the sweetness lingers in the aftertaste while giving the impression of being surprisingly sharp. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Personally, I prefer Koshiro Nishiki, but it is more than worth the price. Delicious!
