I have an image that Hisada-san has many classic flavored brands when it comes to sake. ばんばんぶーI think the definition of "dry" is "not sweet" rather than "spicy," but many of them are spicy because the sweetness is neutralized by some flavor that exceeds the sweetness, whether it is sourness, bitterness, or alcohol stimulation.
This brand is the most "non-sweet" sake I have ever tasted.
The only other element that eliminates the sweetness is a hint of bitterness, and there is really very little sweetness.
There is no alcohol stimulation at all, and it is so clear that it is hard to believe that you are drinking a 15 degree sake.
