1600 yen/unit, 16% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori Prefecture Kojo-nishiki raw material rice, 50% rice polishing ratio, Sake meter value +1, Acidity 1.7, Amino acidity 1.0, drunk at an izakaya in Towada City. I really wanted to drink Toyobai, but it is almost destroyed in restaurants because of the bottle problem since ‼️ spring 😨 It is clear and has a little acidity but no carbonation, so it is easy to drink. 👍️ I was tired of Tasake because they want to carbonate everything anyway 🤣.

1.8L 3300 yen, 15% alcohol by volume, 100% raw material rice (produced in Yamagata Prefecture), 60% rice polishing ratio, Sake degree +8 Purchased at Kizu Sake Shop, a sake shop in front of the east exit of Hachinohe Station in Hachinohe City, Hachinohe, Japan. A member of the Japan Sake Association ‼️ Surprisingly, for a sake degree of +8, it was easy to drink like water and had a slight dry taste afterwards. It was a rare dry type of sake.

1.8L 4370 yen Alcohol content 16% Raw material rice 100% Akaban Omachi from Okayama Prefecture, Polishing ratio 47% Yeast used: Kyokai 1001 yeast Sake degree +2 Acidity 1.6 One time fire-firing In Aomori Prefecture, the only authorized distributor is a sake shop in Misawa City, which I purchased yesterday. The wife of the president of this brewery is the toji (chief brewer), and it is rare to find a female toji in Japan. When opening the bottle, you have to hold the lid down while opening the bottle to get the gassy feeling. It has a dry taste because of the gasiness, but the acidity is not as strong as I had expected. It can be served cold to lukewarm 🆗.

1.8L ¥4230 Alcohol content 15% Raw material rice: 100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio: 50%, Fire-aged, Yeast used: In-house cultivated yeast Purchased with Rakuten. When opening the lid, it is better to hold the lid while opening the bottle because it has a gaseous taste. Surprisingly, there is no pungent gaseous taste and it is easy to drink. You can also taste the flavor of rice. (By the way, this is the brewer of Tominohouzan, a well-known sweetpotato shochu liqueur.

720ml only 4,000 yen Alcohol content 16% Raw material rice Toyobai rice Polishing ratio 39% Yeast used In-house yeast Sake degree -1 Acidity 1.3 Last month, Shichiriki Junmai Daiginjo Platinum was in stock at the same time, so we bought it together. It was finally released today. It has a great rice flavor and sweetness, and it finishes crisp and clean. It was said to be a summer version of Rainbow, but Rainbow is almost like water with just a hint of sweetness, so this one is better 👍At authorized distributors in Aomori, there are still some left depending on the location 🤔Please visit ‼️

500ml 3000yen Alcohol content 17-18% Raw material rice 100% Hanasoui, Rice polishing ratio 40%, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.3, Amino acidity 1.2 The last limited edition Shichiriki was like a Gin-Karaboshi, but this time it is an ordinary Hanasoui. Depending on the yeast used, the rice may have a dry taste, but this limited edition is easy to drink like water and has a slightly dry taste, but not so much that it bothers me. It is already completely sold out!

1.8L 3850 yen Alcohol content 16% Raw material rice 100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree +5 The only authorized store in Aomori prefecture is in Goshogawara city, and I bought it in Goshogawara the day before yesterday. The moment I opened the lid, the gasiness was too strong, so it flew away immediately. It has a slight carbonation, but it also has a spiciness from the rice and a fruity part that comes through later on.

1.8L, 3300 yen, 15% alcohol, 100% Miyamanishiki raw material rice, 55% polishing ratio, Kanazawa yeast, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.6 Like yesterday's Hirai Rokuemon from Iwate Prefecture, this sake was purchased. This sake has a strong acidity and pungency from the rice, so it is not recommended for beginners. The pungency of the rice flavor remains quite a bit while it finishes off.

1.8L 2200 yen, 14% alcohol by volume, 60% polished rice, 60% Iwate-grown Hitomebore, Sake degree +3, Acidity 1.5, I bought a bottle of Las 1 at an authorized store in Aomori City. It seems that the taste has changed due to a change in the management of the Kikunoji Sake Brewery, and it is no longer sold at this liquor store. It was great to finally find it in Aomori Prefecture, especially in Iwate Prefecture, where there are very few authorized stores in the six prefectures of Tohoku. It is easy to drink and has a sharp taste, although you may feel a little sourness and pungency of rice at the beginning.

It is an annual limited edition summer sake. I drink it with squid tempura and sashimi. It is refreshing and has a sweetness and umami of rice without the pungent taste of rice. It is very easy to drink as it does not have much acidity👍.

1.8L 4000 yen Alcohol content 17% Raw material rice 100% Aomori Prefecture Hana-Sayaka, Rice polishing ratio 55% Sake degree -1 Acidity 1.7 Amino acidity 0.45 Today is Father's Day, so I stopped by a certain sake store in Towada City on my way home from buying 300g of Kami-Sashimi. Since the Kami-Sashimi alone was not enough, I also added some bonito sashimi. There is some pungency from the rice, but it is refreshing and goes well with bonito👍This Inamuraya also won a gold medal at a recent sake competition, so it will be watched closely in the future!
