It seems that the taste has changed due to a change in the management of the Kikunoji Sake Brewery, and it is no longer sold at this liquor store. It was great to finally find it in Aomori Prefecture, especially in Iwate Prefecture, where there are very few authorized stores in the six prefectures of Tohoku. It is easy to drink and has a sharp taste, although you may feel a little sourness and pungency of rice at the beginning.

Since the Kami-Sashimi alone was not enough, I also added some bonito sashimi. There is some pungency from the rice, but it is refreshing and goes well with bonito👍This Inamuraya also won a gold medal at a recent sake competition, so it will be watched closely in the future!

The acidity is also mixed with the umami of the rice, and it finishes with a kick. Every time I think about it, ‼️ recommended AI is often completely different from what I am looking for. ‼️
