1.8L 4400 yen Alcohol content 16% Raw material rice Akita Akita Sake Komachi 100% Polishing ratio 50% Sake degree 0 Acidity 1.7 It arrived yesterday and was purchased at Nakai Sake Shop in Misawa City after work today. It was priced at 4,400 yen this time, but until recently it was almost 5,000 yen for a bottle. It is easy to drink, but has a dryness due to the subtle gasiness, but it also has a nice crispness mixed with acidity. I heard Junmai Ginjo Yamahai is coming out next week 🤔.

1.8L 4100 yen, 15% alcohol by volume, 55% rice polishing ratio, sake degree +6, acidity 1.3, purchased yesterday at Kami Sake Shop in Aomori City. Aomori Prefecture has a few official bottles, but Iwate and Miyagi prefectures have few. It is easy to drink and sweet at first, but the dryness slowly spreads and finishes later.

1.8L, 3,960 yen, 16% alcohol by volume, 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture, 55% rice polishing ratio, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.6, purchased on Sunday at Mirokuya in Hachinohe City. When opening the bottle, the gasiness is so strong that if you do not open the bottle while holding the lid down, the gas will fly out. It is clear, but because of the gassy feeling, you can also feel the dryness, but the dryness is weak and sharp. What should I try next 🤔?

Around 1,000 yen per 1 gou? The last is Collage Sakemirai. I have never had it before, and my friends had ordered it, so I took some and drank it 🤣 It was the cleanest and easiest to drink among the ones I had yesterday. I'm not sure if it's the same as the other two, but I'm sure it's the same as the other two.

The second glass is a Kuroryu Shizuku😎I didn't think it was possible😲Kuroryu is known for its dryness, but this Shizuku is the only Kuroryu I've had so far that doesn't emphasize the dryness, making it easy to drink and of course delicious. 👍️ This is a perfect sashimi😎.

The first time I drank Jyushiyo in half a year, I had never had it before, so I ordered it immediately at a sake bar in Aomori City. It has a slightly dry taste, but it goes down your throat nicely and the flavor is spreading well. 👍️I was glad to drink Jyushidai for the first time in six months. ✌️

1.8L 5000 yen, 16% alcohol by volume, 100% Akita Sake Komachi, 50% rice polishing ratio, -7% Sake degree -7, 1.3-1.6 acidity, Hana Yuu is also rare. The regular price is about 4,000 yen, but since it was purchased on Rakuten, it is 5,000 yen. I am glad that I was able to finally purchase it because it had something to do with Jyushiyo. It is easy to drink and has a good balance of acidity, rice sweetness and umami. 👍️

1.8L, 3,600 yen, 18% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori rice, 50% milled rice, Today we had Ando Suigun Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate from Ozaki Shuzo in Ajigasawa City, Aomori Prefecture. It is easily available at liquor stores in the Tsugaru region of Aomori Prefecture, but is rarely sold in the Nanbu region, so I was lucky enough to get it. When drunk chilled, it has a strong dry taste, but when drunk at room temperature, the dry taste is suppressed and the rice flavor is enhanced.

From the moment you drink it, the dryness of the sake is fully emphasized, and it immediately starts to lose its sharpness. This is a perfect meat dish 😎.

The first drink at a popular izakaya in Aomori city where reservations are hard to get 😎 is a good match for the scallops of Oshiooshi 👍️ It is easy to drink even with a moderately dry taste and the balance of sweetness and umami of the rice afterwards makes it easy to drink. 👍️

1.8L, 3,850 yen, 16-17% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori Prefecture Hwasoi rice, 55% polished rice ratio, Sake degree +5, Acidity 1.6. It is easy to drink, although a little sourness can be felt. Last summer was really hot and it seemed to sell like hotcakes 🤔It's perfect for summer sake. 👍️With this, I've completely conquered all the varieties of Shichiriki, so I'll see what I can post about the next Aomori sake 😎‼️

1.8L only 4,950 yen Alcohol content 16 degrees Raw material rice 100% Yamadaho from Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 50% Sake degree +1 Acidity 1.6 It arrived yesterday and I immediately bought it at Nakai Sake Shop in Misawa City. It has the acidity characteristic of rice wine, but this Yamadaho is easier to drink than the previous Watabune No. 2. The sweetness and umami of the rice spreads later and finishes well. A bottle costs 5,000 yen. ‼️ This year's tasake is calmer and easier to drink after it has been open for a few days since the ban was lifted 😎.

The alcohol content is 16 degrees. The raw material rice is koji rice and kake rice, Toyobai rice. The set of all the varieties cost 9,250 yen and above all, Hachisen and Hato Masamune are clearly not tasty. ‼️Toyobai's unique and refreshing drinkability is of course easy to enjoy 👌umami spreads slowly while it finishes. 👍️

When opened, it has a gaseous feeling and if you don't hold the lid down, it will fly away. It is also carbonated. It has a refreshing feeling, but without the carbonation, it is normally easy to drink.

1.8L 4950yen Alcohol content 16% Raw material rice 100% Watafune2 from Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 50% Sake degree +0 Acidity 1.5 Amino acidity 1.3 It was on sale yesterday, so I bought it immediately after work today at a regular distributor. It's been 4 years since I started drinking Tasake 😎 When I first started drinking it, the carbonation and acidity were both too strong and I couldn't tell the difference in taste at all, and it tasted like crap. ‼️Hiire, the yeast used has been changed, and the carbonation has been reduced and the sake is now easier to drink. But the balance of acidity is the same as ever🤣To everyone in the country, ‼️ don't follow the bad example of Tsugaru people without comparing other sake as well‼️ it is good to visit Aomori, but don't just buy Tasake and Hachisen on your way home, buy Toyobai and other good sake too 💢They raised the price again and made Junmai Ginjyo. They raised the price again and now Junmai Ginjyo is 5,000 yen a bottle.......no way!
