It has a nice sweetness, but the acidity and a bit of dryness are well balanced and spread out, with a nice sharpness. It is easy to drink!

I drink it cold with ankou nabe and sashimi, it is easy to drink and the acidity is well balanced, the umami spreads and finishes well. 👍️ It can be heated up, so I would like to drink it heated next time!

Alcohol: 16%, Raw material rice: 100% Hitanishiki from Ibaraki, Polishing ratio: 50%, Yeast: SYS yeast, Sake degree: -3, Acidity: 1.5. The first sake of the year 2025 is Gokeijo Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi, which was included in a whisky grab bag. It is a limited edition product sold only in the fall every year. The acidity is a bit strong and there is a bit of spiciness, but it finishes with a spread of umami later on. This year's post will be irregular, so please check back often!

This is the last post for this year. I bought this Kuroryu at an authorized store when I visited Morioka in September and kept it until today. It is the third most expensive Kuroryu. Of course, it goes well with seafood and has a mild and clean dry taste among all the Kuroryu so far. It has a mild dryness and a clean taste, while the sweetness and umami of the rice are mixed together. We wish you all a happy New Year. 👍️

In Aomori City and other areas, it is sold out immediately, including the four-pack bottles. It is sometimes found in supermarkets, but do not buy it because it is completely resold. ‼️ It has a slightly dry taste, but you can not feel the strong acidity characteristic of Tasake. 👍️ This year's Tasake had gas in everything, but this Yamahai brewing has no gas feeling. Even if you can't get it this time, if you are lucky, it may be in stock in March. ‼️

The second glass is a Kuroryu Shizuku😎I didn't think it was possible😲Kuroryu is known for its dryness, but this Shizuku is the only Kuroryu I've had so far that doesn't emphasize the dryness, making it easy to drink and of course delicious. 👍️ This is a perfect sashimi😎.

The first time I drank Jyushiyo in half a year, I had never had it before, so I ordered it immediately at a sake bar in Aomori City. 1.8L 5000 yen, 16% alcohol by volume, 100% Akita Sake Komachi, 50% rice polishing ratio, -7% Sake degree -7, 1.3-1.6 acidity, Hana Yuu is also rare. The regular price is about 4,000 yen, but since it was purchased on Rakuten, it is 5,000 yen. I am glad that I was able to finally purchase it because it had something to do with Jyushiyo. It is easy to drink and has a good balance of acidity, rice sweetness and umami. 👍️
