I bought it at an authorized distributor because there were only 2 bottles left or less ✨There is a lot of carbonation. It's easy to drink but you can feel the citric acidity in its own way. The first sake of the year 2025 is Gokeijo Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi, which was included in a whisky grab bag. It is a limited edition product sold only in the fall every year. This is the last post for this year. I bought this Kuroryu at an authorized store when I visited Morioka in September and kept it until today. It is the third most expensive Kuroryu. Of course, it goes well with seafood and has a mild and clean dry taste among all the Kuroryu so far. It has a strong acidity characteristic of rice wine and a dry taste. The dryness is unique to Hanafukuyuki.
