In Aomori City and other areas, it is sold out immediately, including the four-pack bottles. It is sometimes found in supermarkets, but do not buy it because it is completely resold. ‼️ It has a slightly dry taste, but you can not feel the strong acidity characteristic of Tasake. 👍️ This year's Tasake had gas in everything, but this Yamahai brewing has no gas feeling. Even if you can't get it this time, if you are lucky, it may be in stock in March. ‼️

The first time I drank Jyushiyo in half a year, I had never had it before, so I ordered it immediately at a sake bar in Aomori City. The regular price is about 4,000 yen, but since it was purchased on Rakuten, it is 5,000 yen. I am glad that I was able to finally purchase it because it had something to do with Jyushiyo. It is easy to drink and has a good balance of acidity, rice sweetness and umami. 👍️

1.8L, 3,600 yen, 18% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori rice, 50% milled rice, Today we had Ando Suigun Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate from Ozaki Shuzo in Ajigasawa City, Aomori Prefecture. It is easily available at liquor stores in the Tsugaru region of Aomori Prefecture, but is rarely sold in the Nanbu region, so I was lucky enough to get it. When drunk chilled, it has a strong dry taste, but when drunk at room temperature, the dry taste is suppressed and the rice flavor is enhanced.
