1.8L, 2,970 yen, 16% alc. When opened, there was a slight feeling of gas, but the lid did not pop off🤣There was a slight carbonation, but it was well balanced with a little acidity, and the dryness spread slightly as it finished.

When opened, it is easy to drink, although it is a little gassy and a little dry, with a hint of acidity and slight carbonation. It is easy to drink, but the acidity and umami spread afterwards, and it finishes well.

1.8L 5610 yen Alcohol content 16% Raw material rice 100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree +4, Acidity 1.0, Yeast used: Yeast preserved in the brewery Last week I went to Morioka for the first time in 5-6 years and bought it at the only authorized distributor in Iwate Prefecture, a liquor store in front of Senboku Station. It is full and fruity, but the dryness spreads later and it finishes well. 👍️ I'm serving it with Matsumaezuke pickles, cod roe soup, and bonito sashimi. We will suspend this season's Koryu for now, but it will resume around the second half of November, so please look forward to it. ‼️

1.8L, 3,600 yen, 16-17% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori Prefecture Hwasoui rice, 55% milled rice ratio, -1 sake degree, 1.4 acidity, arrived last week on the 16th and was purchased at one of the seven stores in Aomori City on the 17th. It has a slightly dry taste, but not so much that it bothers me, and it is easy to drink and the umami flavor spreads. Incidentally, Shichiriki and Toyohai are very stable, but other sake brands in Aomori prefecture are too bland 🤔.

720ml only 11,000 yen Alcohol content 16% Raw material rice: 100% Hwasoi from Aomori prefecture Polishing ratio 30% Sake degree 0 Acidity 1.3 Amino acidity 0.9 I took the plunge and purchased it at an authorized distributor in January, and today it is finally ready to drink. It is sweet, refreshing, and easy to drink. I would like to comment on Miura Sake Brewery. ‼️ Recently, they have been doing limited editions of Hwasoi-type sake, but the price of 11,000 yen for 720ml only is too high. 1.8L is still a good price for some people to buy. Also, they should review the limited editions that are a staple every year 🤔I liked the ones like No.6 yeast before 🤔.

Although it is called "very dry," it is not so dry due to the 14% alcohol content, and the sourness can be felt, but it is well-balanced and finishes well. It goes well with meat and fish dishes.

Sake: +3, Acidity: 1.8 Today we had a party at Izakaya Tetsu in Hachinohe City to celebrate the birthday of one of our friends. The first sake was Suminoe from Miyagi Prefecture. It is delicious with a good balance between a nice acidity and a good dryness. ✌️What to drink next 😎In Hachinohe City, this is the home of Hachisen, but I liked this restaurant because it is the only place that does not have Hachisen. 👍️

Alcohol content: 15-16%, raw material rice: 100% Hwasoi from Aomori prefecture, rice polishing ratio: 55%, sake degree: -1, acidity: 1.6, purchased together with Sky Blue. I was lucky enough to have some left. ✌️ It is weakly carbonated and the acidity is not so great, and the flavor of the rice spreads out as it finishes. It's also delicious. 👍️The rest of the Shichiriki series is running low. ‼️

1.8L 3400yen, 16-17% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori grown Hanamoi rice, 55% rice polishing ratio, -1% sake, 1.5 acidity, limited magnum bottle usually sold in February every year, but this year ‼️ purchased it yesterday at one of the 7 official distributors in Aomori city because it arrived early the year before last. I bought it yesterday at one of the seven authorized dealers in Aomori City. It is also for spring in the magnum bottle series. It has no peculiarity at all and is so clean that it is like drinking water.

1.8L, 3,410 yen, 17% alcohol by volume, 100% Iwate Kakehashi rice, 55% milling ratio, Yuko no Moui yeast, 1.7 acidity, 1.9 amino acidity, purchased at Touda Sake Shop in Towada City. I was tired of "ogorami" or "nigori" type sake because many of them were too gaseous and carbonated, but this "Taxi Driver" is easy to drink and has a good sharpness, although it is not gaseous or carbonated and the pungency of the rice is weak and the acidity is a bit strong.

I went to the only authorized distributor in Hachinohe and found that last year's zodiac bottle was still available, but this year's Dragon was not, so I bought it on Rakuten. Kuroryu has a surprisingly dry taste, but unusually, it is sweet, refreshing, and easy to drink!

720ml 2980yen, 15% alcohol by volume, 100% Omachi rice, 50% polished rice, purchased on Rakuten because there are no authorized distributors in Aomori prefecture. It has a good balance of gasiness and acidity, with a slight carbonation mixed in, and the umami of the rice can be felt as it finishes. The Tasake, Kuroryu, and Toyobai limited editions that I drank at the end of the year had in common the pungency of the rice and the strength of the acidity. Tasake and Kuroryu were not so strong in acidity, but this year, I think acidity will be the key 🤔.

720ml only 2480yen Alcohol content 16% Raw material rice 100% Kame-no-o from Akita prefecture Polishing ratio 70% Sake degree +1 Acidity 1.5 It arrived with winter on December 28th, but I bought it the next day at an authorized distributor in Aomori city. I heard that laying it on its side is a perfect 🆖 and it will lose more than 1/3 of its value in a day due to gassing😱Also, if you store it outside of a refrigerator or a dark and cold place, it will explode. ‼️When you open the lid, it will spill out with the gas. ‼️It has a sour and dry taste, not bad at all. It's not bad. ✌️
