1600 yen/unit, 16% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori Prefecture Kojo-nishiki raw material rice, 50% rice polishing ratio, Sake meter value +1, Acidity 1.7, Amino acidity 1.0, drunk at an izakaya in Towada City. I really wanted to drink Toyobai, but it is almost destroyed in restaurants because of the bottle problem since ‼️ spring 😨 It is clear and has a little acidity but no carbonation, so it is easy to drink. 👍️ I was tired of Tasake because they want to carbonate everything anyway 🤣.
