Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased when I went to Nagano to buy sake 🍶. Kangiku has been my personal boom lately, but they don't sell it in Niigata 😢. This time it's Nagi from the OCEAN99 series! Spring sake is my personal favorite sake ☺️ Nice to meet you ‼️ I immediately opened the bottle 🍶This is delicious😊. Slightly effervescent...stronger than effervescent and the sweetness of the rice is very delicious 😋 The sweetness is also very smooth and easy to drink 😆. This is what I wanted to drink! I can't believe it's 15% alcohol, it's so easy to drink... I almost finished it on the first day of the war... dangerous... Thanks for the treat...

Purchased at Niigata Sake-no-jin Limited edition Kikusui Funaguchi presented at Niigata Sake-no-jin🍶Kikusui Funaguchi is a sake that can be drunk anywhere - cheap - delicious 🌾. The taste is the origin of sake in my opinion 😊. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tasted delicious😊. I felt it was really a more powerful version of FUNAGUCHI when I tasted it 😆 The alcohol content is very low! The alcohol content is high at 19 degrees and powerful 😊The flavor is rich and very tasty 😋. It is less oily than regular Funaguchi but still has the same delicious flavor 🤔. It's a shame it's only available in limited editions: ☺️ I'm surprised you can drink this in one cup.... Thank you very much for the food....

Nagano Purchased from Okazaki Sake Brewery Purchased when I stopped by on my way to Nagano to pick up some sake💰. Is this the second time I've checked in for Miyamanishiki, a limited edition from the brewery? When I stop by Okazaki Sake Brewery on my way to buy Shinshu Kamerei at the liquor store, I usually find Shinshu Kamerei with a different rice, but I wonder how they make it? I wonder how they make it 🤔. In any case, I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😊. For some reason it tastes better than the last time I drank it🤔I wonder why...? Soft umami and flavor with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste😊. Shinshu Kamerei is as delicious as ever 😋. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased on an expedition to Nagano 💰. I want to drink it! I was thinking "I want to drink it!" and then I realized that there is a store in Nagano that carries it, so I bought it 💰. I can find most of the brands when I go to Nagano 🤔. This is my first time to drink Sairai! Nice to meet you from Northwest Shuzo😊I opened the bottle right away🍶and it tastes great😊. The mouthfeel is refreshing but you can still taste the umami 🤔It has few habits, elegant umami and slight bubbles 😁If it were a fruit, it would be like strawberries 🍓This is delicious 😋. It looks like a bitterness but there is no astringency at all, it is really delicious! Would love to try the other varieties 😊. Thanks for the treat 🍓!

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store This time, a bottle recommended by a liquor store that has been a great help to us 🍶. I am personally indebted to the Matsuse Sake Brewery, who has been a great help to me recently😊. I've only had Raku or Raku Shiboritate until now. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 It tastes great! The acidity is less pronounced than Raku 🤔. But the sake here has a strong umami but no really bad aftertaste at all 😊. I thought because it's arabashiri it would be a more habitual sake... very tasty 😊. It's not fruity, but it has a strong umami 🤔. Thank you very much!

Aomori Purchased at a liquor store I landed in Aomori for the first time the other day for personal business! When I went there, I thought that I often see Hachisen and Toyobai there 🤔. I told the liquor store I stopped by on my trip about my preferences and this time I chose Hachisen 💁. I would like to try Toyobai next time 🍶. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It tastes great😊. Fresh flavor, acidity and a bit of petitiveness are very good 😊‼️ There is also a slight grapefruit bitterness in the aftertaste, very tasty 😋. It has a gorgeous taste, but it also has the image of sake-like taste 😁 Hmmm, I like it! Thanks for the treat 😋! I was surprised at the variety of Hachisen when I went there 🫨. I was surprised to see so many different kinds of Hakusen ↪FAFA8↩... It's interesting just looking at the liquor stores in a new place...

Yamagata Purchased from LaJomon Tonight's dinner is Yamagata's Imoni (stewed potatoes) 🍽️ So I saved some Nanuka-Nanuka-Nanuka to go with the Imoni‼️ The name is unique and easy to remember 😊. PB sake from LaJomon in Yamagata City🍶. I personally often go to Nanoka-machi in Yamagata to drink sake, so the name has a special meaning to me! Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. As the description says, the overall image is of a delicious mouthfeel, but there is also a spiciness and a slight acidity that is also delicious 😋. It is not so much balanced as it is a deliciousness with each flavor asserting itself 🤔. It surely goes well with sweet potato stew 🍠🍠. Thank you very much for the food!

Purchased from a liquor store's online store Checking in for the second time in Zenkichi ✅. I looked at the label and assumed it was the same Yamaye Nishiki I bought last time, but this one says it's a test rice brew 🤔. From the front it looks exactly the same so I made a mistake 😝The name sounds cool 🌾. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it's delicious 😊. Fresh sweet umami and crisp acidity is very tasty 😋I have the impression that it has more acidity and less bitterness than the Yamahoe Nishiki I had last time 🤔. But the base fruity umami is still the same and very tasty 😊. I personally prefer this one! Zenkichi also strikes my taste buds, so I'm looking forward to seeing when it will make noise, but I'm also anxious about it: ☺️ Maybe it's already making noise if I'm just not aware of it...? Thanks for the treat...

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store This year, we again purchased this collaboration product from Nagano Prefectural University and Toshimaya. This sake was developed to make it easier for sake beginners to drink sake in response to the theme that young people are losing interest in sake, and we heard that it was going on sale this year as well. It is true that there are still a few people around me who drink a lot of sake, and as a sake drinker myself, I find this kind of initiative wonderful👍. Anyway, I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊. It tastes like a fruity white wine 😙It has an acidity and sweetness like muscat 🍇. The moderate acidity makes it hard to feel the alcohol 🤔. I wonder if this is a feature that makes it easy to take to it even if it's your first time. Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased when I went to Nagano the day before yesterday to stock up on sake This is my second time checking in to Kouko ✅. One of my personal new favorite brands 🍶. I wish I could buy this in Niigata 😌 this time I went to Nagano again to buy it 💰. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😊. Fresh and fruity, it's right up my alley ☺️ The gasiness is less than I expected, but the slight petitiveness is also pleasant 😊. It's a good taste but not too rich and balanced. I'm not sure why this isn't talked about more often! I don't know if my antennae are too short or if it's really not that well known 🤔. I don't really know what other kinds of Koshi there are because of my short history with Koshi, but I will continue to buy it when I see it 😙. Thanks for the treat 🍶.

Nagano Purchased from Okazaki Sake Brewery Today is my birthday 🎂 so I opened a special bottle 🍶. When I went to Nagano to buy a new bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Hitogokochi, I visited the brewery and found this Kinmon Nishiki on sale, so I bought it 💰. I love Shinshu Kamerei, but I really like this Kinmonniki along with the Junmai Hitogokochi and the Junmai Ginjyo Yamae Nishiki 😊. From this time? I love this Kinmon-nishiki along with my favorite Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjyo Yamae-nishiki and Hitogochi 😊! It comes with a stylish hexagonal sticker 🤔. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. Juicy, fruity sweetness with a refreshing aftertaste that's crazy good 😋. The atmosphere of the flavor seems a bit similar to the Junmai Ginjo Yamamon Nishiki 🤔 I'd like to drink a little to compare the two, but there's not much opportunity for the two to be side by side, and there's only about 30% more of this delicious Kinmon Nishiki 😭. It was as delicious as ever! Thanks for the treat...

Buy from our online store I've been traveling a little bit recently and I've seen a lot of Ji Lan. I bought it because I didn't have a chance to get my hands on it. This is the second time I bought Hiran. This time I bought Nikkomaru rice! I've never seen this rice before, but it's not originally sake rice but edible rice 🤔I've never even heard of it in Niigata! Opened the bottle immediately 🍶It tastes great 😊. I was a little bit afraid of the acidity of the sake yeast, but this one has less acidity, a little bit of gas and the umami of rice are in harmony 😊It is easy to drink with the low alcohol content of 14 degrees. Image of sweetness and refreshing, easy to drink 🤔. No wonder it's seen here and there: ☺️ Thank you very much for your visit!

Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop Purchased on the way back from a ski trip to Niigata 💰. I feel like I'm seeing more and more stores selling Nabeshima in Niigata these days 😋. I chose Gohyakumangoku, which I have not had yet 💁There are so many varieties of Nabeshima that it must be hard to keep track of them all! I opened the bottle right away 😊. The fruity flavor and slight acidity is delicious! There is also a slight citrus-like bitterness in the aftertaste! I imagined it to be sweeter, but it has a balanced taste with just the right amount of sweetness and cleanness 🤔Delicious 😋. Thank you for the treat 😋!

Yamagata Where did you buy it? Where did I buy it? I forgot 😋. Asahitaka in an unusual green bottle 🍶. I bought it when there was a shortage of black sake bottles for a while, which caused Asahi Taka's bottles to turn green 🦅. Now it's already black. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It's delicious 😊. Still the same sweet umami 👅 but with a refreshing aftertaste. This aftertaste is what got me hooked on Asahitaka. It's a versatile sake that can be served cold or warmed up 🍶. It's also cosy and keeps well for a long time. The best balanced sake to keep in the fridge at home 🍶 I want to have a bottle at home after all 😋. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Yamagata Purchased from LaJomon Purchased on a ski trip to Yamagata 💰. LaJomon is my go-to place for sake in Yamagata City! But this is the first time I've bought PB LaJomon 🎉. I've never even seen them in four-packs 😝. Nice to meet you ‼️ I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it's delicious😊. Very good acidity and flavor with a touch of muscat 😊. The balance of fruity flavor and acidity is so good that it can be served with food or on its own 😋. It is one of my favorites among Yamagata's sake! Delicious 😊 LaJomon also has many varieties! I want to try another kind next time! Thank you for the food!

Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop I wanted to drink this sake, so I looked for it and bought it 💰. I had heard that Echigo Den'emon had gone out of business due to the Corona disaster, but I heard that a new person had taken over the business and was making new sake 💰. I had bought a bottle of Echigo Den'emon's sake at the Niigata Sake Festival before the Corona disaster, so I had a personal attachment to this sake... I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊. I thought it had a refreshing taste when I first opened the bottle, but after a while after opening it, a muscat-like acidity also came out and it was delicious 😋. Personally, I think I prefer it if I let it sit for a while. 🤔 The label design is also very good with all brands having a modern or stylish label 😊. Please keep up the good work 🙇. And I bought another bottle after I bought a 4-pack last time 🍶 It's a little over 3,000 yen for a bottle, so it's very cost-effective! I'm pretty sure I liked Kame no Umi no Haruura at first and when I asked for a similar recommendation, this one was recommended to me 🤔. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It's delicious 😊. It's very tasty with a sweet fruity flavor and a gassy mouthfeel 😋It has a robust flavor but not too heavy? I personally like this kind of taste a lot! I was under the impression that it was low in alcohol content, but when I looked at it I saw that it was slightly higher in alcohol content at 17% ‼️ and I didn't think it was that high... I'll have to go back to Nagano to buy some more. Thank you for the treat...

Tokyo Purchase at Tokyo Station I bought this as a souvenir when I went to see a live concert in Tokyo 🍶. There are so many kinds of sake in Tokyo, it's hard to decide which one to buy 🤭. The last time I drank Raku I really liked it, so this time I chose this one 💁 You can only drink freshly squeezed sake this time of year... I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😊. Sourness and umami with a refreshing muscat flavor. The flavor is not too assertive, but it is certainly delicious! Above all, I really like the way the aftertaste goes away quickly 😋. I have a very good impression of this genre of taste 😎. I will be back for more! I would like to drink more than just Raku😊. Thank you very much for your service!

Turtle Sea Seasonal Series Hososoyuki in Winter⛄️ Personally I like Haru-ura and Hosoyuki equally ‼️ Went to Nagano to buy this one! Opened the bottle right away 🍶It's delicious😊. I love the freshness and umami 😊. I really like this lively umami sweetness ❤️ I loved the silky snowy ❄️ look of the bottle when I bought it, but it disappeared after a while...
