Checking in for the second time in Zenkichi ✅.
I looked at the label and assumed it was the same Yamaye Nishiki I bought last time, but this one says it's a test rice brew 🤔.
From the front it looks exactly the same so I made a mistake 😝The name sounds cool 🌾.
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it's delicious 😊.
Fresh sweet umami and crisp acidity is very tasty 😋I have the impression that it has more acidity and less bitterness than the Yamahoe Nishiki I had last time 🤔.
But the base fruity umami is still the same and very tasty 😊.
I personally prefer this one!
Zenkichi also strikes my taste buds, so I'm looking forward to seeing when it will make noise, but I'm also anxious about it: ☺️ Maybe it's already making noise if I'm just not aware of it...?
