Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased on a trip to Nagano for a gathering of relatives 🍶. A bottle purchased for everyone to drink at a hot spring hotel. I asked my favorite liquor store for a recommendation and chose Zenkichi, which I personally trust and trust 💁. If it is easy to get in Nagano and tastes consistently good, it is Zenkichi 🤔. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great 😋. The mouthfeel is refreshing, the acidity is moderate, and the rice flavor is well pronounced 😄. It has a sweet umami taste that is more subdued than fresh 😊I can feel something of autumn 🍂. Again, the taste did not disappoint! I only had about a cup left when I got back 😭 I will go to Nagano to buy some more 💰. Thank you so much for the food 💰!

Akita Purchased at a liquor store The other day, I had my first 2-day weekend in a long time, so I took a drive to Akita 🚗It had been 2 years since I looked back 😊I had to buy some sake since I was there 🍶. Personally, Akita's sake is Haruka☘️ I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I can't find it in my neighborhood.... I couldn't find it even in Akita city, so I looked around for a while and finally bought it 💰. This time I bought the standard green label 🟢. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. The label on the back says it's a food sake, but both the mouthfeel and the sweetness are very subtle and very tasty on their own 😊. It has a slight petitiveness that makes it easy to drink 👍Great balance of sweetness and sourness. Tastes like a personal image of spring haze🤔. This is a taste I like a lot! Thanks for the treat 😋. I'm still looking forward to exploring this one! Harukaze!

Order from our online store Today is October 1, Sake Day 🌾. I want to drink special sake! 😆 So this time we opened a bottle of this one 🍶! Takeba made by Okazaki Sake Brewery! I was curious about Okazaki Shuzo's Gohyakumangoku sake, so I bought it 💰. This sake is a collaboration of rice from the Kazuma Sake Brewery and sake made by the Okazaki Sake Brewery. So many things have happened this year... It's nice to meet you, Kazuma Sake Brewery.... Nice to meet you 🎉. I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. I can't judge Takeba because I haven't had it yet, but I can feel the Shinshu Kamerei-like flavor: ☺️ Light mouthfeel and juicy fruity taste😊and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. I think it's a bit like Hitogokochi, which is a bit sweeter than Shinshu Kamerei. I'm not sure if I remember it right, but whatever it is, it's delicious 😋. I wonder if I would have had a different impression if I had also had Takeba? Next time, I would like to try Takeba by Kazuma Shuzo... Thank you very much for your hospitality...

Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop Purchased when I went to Fukushima to buy sake 🍶. I was looking for a brand I had never had before when I heard a liquor store talk about this one 💁. It's a new brand from Aihara Shuzo, the company that makes Amego no Tsuki, and not many stores carry it yet 🤔 But I didn't expect that I hadn't had Amego no Tsuki yet either ‼️ Nice to meet you Aihara Shuzo 🎉. I'm thrilled to be a newcomer! The label is so simple and stylish that you wouldn't expect it to be sake: ☺️ Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. The taste is light and light, reminiscent of juicy muscat on the palate😆It has a fruity taste but is well balanced with the acidity so you don't get tired of drinking it🤔This is delicious 😋. Thank you for the treat 😋. I'm not sure if it's "Ugo" or "Yugioh" after all... but when I look it up on the net, it comes up both ways... Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop Purchased while looking around a liquor store in Niigata for the first time in a while 💰. I had heard of Yoshida Kurau, but I had never bought or drank it before, so this was my first time 🎉Nice to meet you Yoshida Sake Brewery😊. I asked the liquor store what they thought the taste would be and this time I chose this Ishikawamon 💁. I didn't know Ishikawamon was the name of sake rice... I guess there are a lot of things you don't know just by crossing two prefectures... I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊. As the label says, soft, fresh, slightly effervescent and very easy to drink 😊☺️ But the sweetness and acidity are quite moderate, and the combination of the gentle, elegant umami and slight bubbles is very tasty 😋I don't usually buy this type of sake, but I like this one a lot! I like it a lot 🥰. Thanks for the treat 🥰.

Purchased from Niigata Hasegawa Store Purchased when I visited Niigata 💰. First time I drank it as a free sake at a music event where they were serving sake in front of Niigata station 🎉. I tried to buy it on the day of the event, but it was sold out, and I was so disheartened that I saw it being sold at a later date 🫢 I had no choice but to buy it! Koshizuki is my personal favorite sake from Niigata these days 🍶. It's all delicious! I guess "death star" is the name of a certain star war.... I'm starting to think that's part of the Echigo-Tsumari character 😆. I'll open the bottle right away 😊.... The taste is a little dry with grapefruit-like acidity and sweetness 🍋 and a nice fizziness 🫧. The aftertaste is like a Yonglian aftertaste 🤔The low alcohol content of 11% makes for a refreshing taste that can be drunk in large gulps. This kind of thing is just perfect for summer! Thank you very much for the drink!

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased when I went to Nagano to buy sake 💰. Long time no see HANA-YOSHU! It's been a while 💰. This time it's Sake Musashi. I didn't think it was the name of sake rice at first😅. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😊. Both the aroma and taste are like pineapple 🍍. There are many sweet juicy sake, but I think the only one that makes me feel "pineapple..." at first when I drink it is Hana-yoso 🤔. It kind of reminds me of the flavor of the part near the core of a pineapple 🍍 strange... but that's what makes it so delicious 😋. I think it's juicier than the last Yamadanishiki I drank...? Is it because it has been a while since it was opened? Hard to judge without comparing the two, but I think it's more to my liking than any of the other Hana-yosu I've had 🤔. Thanks for the treat 🤔.

I think the label on the back is well written and worth reading 😊I heard that if the sake is past the quality retention period, it can become a SAKE with a very maniacal aroma-taste 😁 period is guttedly past... I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It's delicious😊. Looks and tastes like wine 🍷. No astringency, juicy fruity flavor and sweetness is very good😙It seems it's not getting super maniacal, which is a relief 😮‍💨 I personally prefer this balance of acidity and umami... Personally, I feel a similar vibe to Semishigure😊. Thank you for the treat... 😊

Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop Purchased at a liquor store in Niigata 💰. I originally tasted this at the Niigata Sake Festival and was impressed with one of the sakes 🍶. I saw it at a liquor store and bought it 😌. The price was 1100 yen (tax included) 😳. The price was amazing, but the taste was also amazing 😙. So I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊. The flavor is exactly like Koshino-Kanbai, but the clarity and sharpness when you drink it is outstanding 😋. It has a clear taste but with a hint of rice flavor 🌾. Delicious water that is intoxicating 💧. I haven't had this kind of sake recently. It makes me want to eat sashimi so bad 🐟. Thank you for the food 😋.

Tochigi Purchased at liquor store Purchased during a recent solo trip to Tochigi💰. -No one in the Niigata area carries it. -An affordable price that I could drink on my trip. -A brand that I have never had before. I chose this one because of these three factors. I didn't open it on my trip... The last Hana Sumi was delicious, so I have high expectations for it 😌. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. It has a fruity sweetness like strawberries and a very refreshing taste 😋. Very little fizz, moist sweet umami image 🤔. Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop Wandering around Niigata City today! I had to pick up some sake on my way home, so I bought some of this Koshuya. I'm still looking forward to discovering more of Koshuya. I've had C3 and kasumi made with Koshien's Yamahanishiki, and now Episode 3.2 is coming. Because it's so good... I immediately opened the bottle 😊.... It tastes like grapefruit or Japanese pear with a fresh flavor, acidity and a bit of bitterness. It seems that this one is fire-roasted, so it is a bit tame, and the fizz and freshness are relatively modest 🤔. But it tastes good enough even if it's fire-brewed 😋. A bottle that satisfies both aroma and taste 🍶. Thank you very much for the treat 🍶.

Yamagata Purchased from LaJomon This one was purchased on a day trip to Yamagata for dumplings 💰 This time I chose LaJomon's Six, a PB from LaJomon, a liquor store in Yamagata City that I am a regular customer of 💁. All the PB sake here are delicious 😋. Corked it right away 🍶This is delicious😊. The last time I drank the LaJomon series Takumon was delicious, but this time the Six is also very tasty 😋. The low alcohol content and moderate acidity makes it both easy to drink and tasty 😊. I personally think it would definitely go well with fries or something 🍤. I read the instructions every time I drink it and I always think you make it really well 😄... Thanks again 😊. Thanks for the food 😊.

Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop This time I bought it on the way to Tochigi on a personal errand 💰 This time I decided to buy it at Jiuran, which I don't see many stores selling around me 🎯. Last time I drank Nikomaru, which was very good, so this time I bought this Saido 💰. I didn't know it was a Nagasaki sake... No wonder you don't see it around Niigata! I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊. It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, just a little sour 🤔. Not too fizzy, more like a food sake 🍶. Tochigi Purchased at Mashidaya Today I came to Tochigi to visit the prefecture🥟. I think of Mashidaya as the best liquor store in Tochigi ‼️ Tochigi for the sake shop, Gunma for the sake brewery. Machida Sake Brewery is also my personal favorite brewery, so I finally bought a bottle that I have been curious about for a while 🍶 Nice to meet you Mr. M.M. Spider! Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😊. The mouthfeel is very shwashy 🫧. But it has a solid 16% alcohol content, so it's a solid drink 🥃. It goes around pretty quickly due to its drinkability. The fizziness and flavor make it drink like crazy... The price doesn't exceed 1500 yen, which is scary 😨 cheap and delicious 😊. Thank you for the food 😊... Somehow MM reminds me of a weapons generator because it's an internet old people's group...

Too many series to keep up 😭 This time I chose TureWhite which I thought I couldn't buy anymore 💁 This is the one I got last year too 🤤. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. It has a sweet and savory taste with a slight tangy flavor that is very good 😋. It's mainly sweet, but not too sweet and tasty, but it's also very easy to drink: ☺️ This is still really good 😋. Yamasan doesn't have any stores in Niigata that carry it either...or I don't think I've ever seen Nagano sake in Niigata? Maybe only wine places? I was especially interested in this Yamane-Nishiki - Hitogokochi 🌾The first two that come to mind when I think of Nagano sake rice personally! That's a good thing I'm interested in it 😊. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊. The mouthfeel is soft and refreshing with a slight sweet umami 🤔I personally love this kind of taste 🥰. I can't help but think it has a similar sweetness to Yamaye Nishiki, a sake brewery I drink a lot: ☺️ That's because I like it 😊. I liked it enough to buy it if I see it again😃This is delicious 😋. Nagano Purchased at a liquor store I'm going to drink today because I finished one big job today! 🍶Today is Cicadasigure from Kame no Umi! A bottle of sake that I can personally say is the sake of the summer ‼️ 🍶It's here again this year... I heard from a sake shop that the rice used for sake has changed this year. I heard at the liquor store that the rice used for sake has changed this year🤔This year it seems to be Yamada Nishiki? I mean, I always had an image of Yamahonishiki... I don't know because the label is not on the back of the bottle😔I wonder why only Semishigure is not on the back of the Four Seasons series? The cicada on the label is cute! Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😊. Muscat-like acidity and flavor just right for the hot summer 🍇 but very tasty without any lingering aftertaste 😋. I wonder if it's my imagination or my preconceived notions that the acidity is mellowing 😋☺️ I personally like it as one of the best sake with a muscat flavor 🥰. It's a charm that I can't buy it in the height of summer. Thanks for the treat 😋.

Yamamoto also thought it would be a good idea to drink only the ones he has had before, so he chose this Indigo Blue 💁. This is my first time to try the Beaumichel series 😆 I have seen the stylish labels and bottles before but never won again 🍶. Nice to meet you Banno Brewery 🎉. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. The mouthfeel is very tasty 😋, with a light shwashiness, green apple-like acidity and sweetness. Sour but not too sour, a great balance of sweet and sour 😊I love this one ‼️ And the alcohol content is an amazing 9%😳. I can recommend it to people who are new to sake ☺️ but also to people who are used to drinking sake 😆. Thank you for the treat!

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Health checkup finally over 🏥. Here is my first bottle after 2 weeks of sobriety 💁Tanada from Shinshu Kamerei I couldn't buy it when it first came out this year, so I thought I'd have to cry my way through it, but I happened to find it at a liquor store I frequent 💡 and bought it 💰. I can't get a good picture every time 📷 I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it's delicious 😊. Compared to regular jungin hitogochi, it has a mildly sweet mouthfeel ☺️ but the slight bitterness in the aftertaste is something that hitogochi and jungin hitogochi have in common. Tanada, a sweet-tasting Jungin with a freshness. It is sweet-umami, but the sweetness doesn't make you feel drained, and the clean and crisp taste is as good as ever👍. The price is reasonable, but I like it so much that it ranks high among Shinshu Kamerei 🍶. Thank you very much for your service. I hope your health checkup is uneventful 😣.
