Miyagi Purchased at a liquor store Purchased during a solo trip to Sendai💰. I used to go to Sendai often, but I haven't been there recently. I thought I wanted to try it, so I made a solo trip to Sendai 🚗 and when I asked for a local sake recommendation, this was the one! I asked for a local sake recommendation and was told to buy this one 💰! I bought it! It's been a while since I've had Miyakanbai! I don't think I've seen this brand outside of Miyagi 🤔. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 It's delicious 😋. The juicy sweetness and clean taste is very delicious 🤤. I like this kind 🥰. This kind of sweetness? I like this kind of sweetness or astringency? I like sake with this kind of sweetness or astringency 🤔. (Personally, I think it's mostly in spring sake. I don't know how to describe it in terms of taste because I don't have the vocabulary 🤨) Thank you for the food... I hope to visit Miyagi again too: ✈️

Purchased at Niigata Sake-no-jin Purchased at the 2024 Niigata Sake no Jin 🍶. Personally, this year's Sake no Jin new discovery series 🎯. Himenoi was a complete no-mark this year, but I was allowed to taste it on the day of the event and was completely taken by the ishoni🍴 of Himenoi. Nice to meet you, Ishizuka Shuzo🎊. This kind of new discovery every year is why I can't stop going to Niigata Sake no Yama 😊. The naming and label are so cute 👍 I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. It claims to be a food sake, but the taste is slightly sweet and slightly fizzy with a crisp aftertaste 😊. I have an image that sake made with white malted rice has more acidity, but this one is not so assertive and is in good harmony with the sweetness 🤔. This is so good 😆. Thank you so much for the food 😊.

Yamagata Purchase at Wakano-ya Purchased when I went to Yamagata with a friend for cold meat soba noodles 💰. Nice to meet you Wakanoi Sake Brewery! I knew Wakanoi Sake Brewery from the sake lees pudding I got from an old man at work, but I didn't know they had a sake brewery here! So I stopped by 🛣️ The kitten cups are delicious 🍮. The atmosphere at the sake brewery is very nice and I'll stop by again when I pass by again! I'll stop by again! It has a delicious mild sweetness and mouthfeel 😋. The aroma and flavor is quite unique 🤔. Thanks for the treat 😋.

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased when I went to Nagano to buy sake 🍶. It's been a while since I've been to Yamazan ⛰️ Yamazan is becoming more and more popular lately and I haven't caught up with it yet, so I chose Hitogokochi this time 💁. I thought it was hard to buy in the first place 🤔. I still have a strong image of Hitogokochi or Yamaye Nishiki when it comes to Nagano sake rice 💪. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. The gasiness at the mouth and the flavor when you drink it is very delicious 😋 The sweetness is less than expected and it tastes dry and fruity 🌾. It tastes like grapefruit with less sweetness 🍊I think it's better to drink it as a food wine than on its own. I was drinking it so fast and now it's gone... Thank you very much for the drink 😋😋.

Miyazaki Purchase at a convenience store Today is the Miyazaki business trip edition 🗾. I was determined to drink sake in Miyazaki 🍶 until I went on a business trip ☺️ However! Miyazaki is indeed the place to be! There are so many shochu (Japanese liquor) 😌 and you can drink shochu very cheaply.... I think I'll become a shochu drinker if I stay here for a year or so 🤔I didn't think it would be this much! Anyway, I asked if there was any sake in Miyazaki, and the sake I heard about was this Sentoku💁. It's nice to meet you, Sentoku Shuzo! I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 It's delicious 😋. A little bit mellow and easy to drink 🤔This drinkability in a single cup is quite good 😁. I'm starting to wonder about Junmai too. I might buy some if I see it on my way home. Thank you very much for the drink!

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Today is my first time checking in at Huayou in a long time ✅. I always buy them without caring, but despite this being my 6th check-in, I've never had any type of cover up until now! There really is a lot of variety🍶. This time it was Ginpu 🌾, which is also the name of a sake rice 🤔 I've had a lot of sake, but this is the first time I've had sake rice 🌾. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it was delicious 😋. The flavor on the palate is very aromatic and the acidity is a bit subdued with a delicious mouthfeel. ☺️ I can't say for sure because I've been drinking Huayoukuso for a long time, but I think this might be my favorite of all the Huayoukuso I've had 🥰. The pineapple-like aftertaste is still the same, but the balance of aroma, flavor and umami is very delicious 🤤. I loved this kind of sake! Thanks for the treat... Tomorrow I'm going on a business trip to Miyazaki: ✈️ Can we drink sake in Miyazaki too?

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased during my Nagano Sake Trip💰. Spring Urara while cicadas are already starting to appear in stores (even sold out)☘️ It's already summer ☀️ My prohibition of alcohol is causing the seasons to shift 🤪. Following last week's check-in, a bottle of Nagano's most memorable sake 🍶. It's no exaggeration to say that Kame no Umi Haruura and Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi got me hooked on the Nagano sake swamp 🌾. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it was delicious 😋. As soon as you drink it, you can taste the rich rice flavor and aroma! But it's not overpowering, it's juicy and very tasty 😋 It's like an explosion of flavor 💥. I like sweet fruity sake, so Haru-urara is right up my alley 🎯. I drink it every year, and every year I can't remember when it was this good! I've been drinking it every year and I can't remember the last time it was this good. ☺️ I can't miss this one in a year! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Yesterday I finished my first blood test in 3 months and my period of sobriety is over! I'm going to start drinking again from today 🍶. So today I chose my favorite Shinshu Kamerei 💁, which is my favorite sake 🐢 when something good happens. I haven't had a drink for dinner recently, so I forgot when I bought it... oh well! I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋. The fresh mouthfeel, umami, and slight bitterness in the aftertaste are very delicious 😋. I could buy it at Nagano station back then... I was so impressed with such a fresh and fruity sake in Nagano! I was so impressed at the time! It's still so good that I keep drinking it even now 😋Please keep it coming 🙇. Thank you very much for your kindness! I hope I can check in again at least once a week in the future ✅.

Personally, I prefer the ecru to the No.6 😄. Opened the bottle right away 🍶Beautiful 😋. The mouthfeel is very delicious with complex flavor, muscat-like acidity and slight bitterness in the aftertaste 😆. The flavor when you drink it has a unique atmosphere, it's kind of hard to describe in words 🤨. But it's delicious all the same ☺️ The alcohol content is also low at 13 degrees, but I feel like it's not easy to drink 🤔. Birthday present from a friend🎁. One of my friends gave me this bottle as a birthday present when I celebrated my birthday in February 🍶. Thank you so much! I have never bought much Sentori myself, and at this price range, it is even more of an unknown territory 😨. I've always liked the taste of Sentori's Naturals series, so I thought, how about this one? I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋. Sweet mouthfeel, complex and full-bodied 🤔. It has a hint of acidity, but also a lot of umami! I don't find it hard to drink, and it goes down quite smoothly 😄This has a rice polishing ratio of 90%? I'm really thankful to be able to enjoy a sake that I wouldn't have had the chance to try myself 😁I love sake recommendations from people who drink sake.... Thank you very much!

Nagano Purchased from Okazaki Sake Brewery Shinshu Kamerei again today 🐢. This time it's my personal favorite Yamaye Nishiki 🌾. I heard about the release and made a solo trip to Nagano to drink some sake 🏃. Here's why I wanted to buy it even if it took me 6 hours one way 💰 I'm glad I was able to buy it again this year 😁. I bought it safe and sound and opened the bottle 🍶 when I got back to the hotel 🍶 delicious 😋. The fresh fruity sweetness and clean aftertaste is so delicious! The gentle sweetness and this unique fruity taste are already my personal strike 🎯. The freshly opened Shinshu Kamereizan Eishiki is the best 😋. I wish I could keep it unopened in the fridge and enjoy it all year round... I am looking forward to the Mari label as well! Thank you for the treat...

Buy from our online store This time Shinshu Kamerei is Miyamanishiki 🌾. I happened to see it on sale at an online store and bought it immediately 💰. The last Ginkame we drank was also Miyamanishiki🐢. Unlike Ginkame, this one has a 55% polished rice ratio. I'm sure it'll be delicious either way 😌. Opened the bottle immediately 🍶This is delicious 😋. Fresh sweet taste with a nice mouthfeel 😁. Also, the slight fizziness is a great match and very tasty 😋. I compared it to the Jungin Yamane Nishiki, but the Miyamanishiki seems to have a more mellow flavor 🤔 and there is also a slight bitterness in the aftertaste 🌾. I am sure they are both very tasty, but if I had to say, I would say I prefer the Yamane Nishiki 😁. Thank you very much for your help!

Purchased at Niigata Yoshinogawa Sake Museum Actually went to the brewery to purchase 💰. I've been to Nagaoka for a while but this is the first time I've seen a sake museum 🤔. There is a store, an exhibition, a bar where you can drink sake, and games to try 😊. Next time I want to go there by train because it's close to the station 😆. I bought a bottle of Yoshinogawa for myself as a souvenir 🍶! I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. A little dry and fruity 🤔. The image is totally different from the Yoshinogawa I drank in the past! It tastes like sake, but I think it's easier to drink than before 😊. There are still so many things I don't know about my hometown Niigata! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I'm going to compare it with the raw stored sake Asahitaka that I opened the other day 🦅I have to admit that the raw sake has a slightly more pronounced flavor...? But was it because I opened the bottle too late? I don't think the taste is that much different between the two 🤔. Yamagata Purchased at a liquor store A glass of Ni-Utsuno today 🍶. Recently, a new store opened in front of Niigata station where you can drink sake from outside of Niigata Prefecture. I found it at a liquor store in Yamagata, so I bought it 💰. I like Ni-Rabbit because you can tell it's Ni-Rabbit just by looking at the label, and it's cute! I love it because I can tell by the first glance that it's Ni-Rabbit and it's cute 😊. Happy 10th anniversary to Ni-Rabbit 🎉! Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. The aroma is mellow and the acidity-umami is well balanced and very delicious 😆. I got a different impression from when I drank it at the store, what was the difference? 🤔 I still want to chase two rabbits more 🐇. Thank you for the treat 🐇.

Nagano Purchased from Okazaki Sake Brewery It's been a long time since I've had a Shinshu Kamerei. It's been even longer since I've had Ginkame. This is not the recently shipped Ginkame, but a bottle I bought on the way home from a family reunion in Nagano last fall 🍶. I've been through the recently shipped ones... I just can't get to it in time to drink it😅. Shinshu Kamerei is still hard to find these days, so I tend to lose track of when to open it... So I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋. The juicy sweetness and mellow aftertaste are very delicious 🤤The flavor atmosphere gives the impression of something elegant ☺️ really delicious! Both kinkame and ginkame are really good, but I still hesitate to buy them because of the price 🐣. But when I drank it, it was so good that I was glad I bought it then! Thanks for the treat 😋.

Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop A bottle of sake that was included in the sake goodie bag purchased at our favorite liquor store on New Year's Day. One of the bottles was Kaze no Mori, which I checked in the other day, but what is this one...? What's with the label design? 🖼️ After much research, all I could find out was that it was made by the Takeda Sake Brewery, which brews "Katafune" in Niigata... 🌾. I've never had such an uninformed sake before 😳 First time checking in at Sake-no-wa too...? Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. The mouthfeel is juicy, but the acidity is moderate, and the not-too-assertive sweetness and a little bit of a strong fizziness are very tasty! It's hard to believe that I've been enjoying this kind of flavor lately! Nice to meet you, but I enjoyed it very much. ☺️ It was a very good grab bag 🎉. Thank you very much!

Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop This year I bought a sake fukubukuro at the first sale of my favorite liquor store 💰. There were 2 bottles in the bag, one of which was this Kaze no Mori 🌳 and the other was a sake that I really didn't know about and didn't even look up 😳. I think it was a 💯 combination for a grab bag. This time I opened the bottle from the Wind Forest 🍶. This is my second time with ALPHA1 but last time it was Summer Night Breeze and the specs are quite different 🌾. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. My first check-in of the new year starts with this one 💁I had decided to make it my partner for the New Year's holiday from the moment I bought it. I've been chasing it as much as possible this year, so I'm satisfied with the end of the year 😊. I'll have it with sukiyaki for dinner on New Year's Eve 😋. I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋. It is very delicious with a moist sweet taste and the unique flavor of Kangiku 😚. The sweetness is less than I expected among Kangiku 🤔but the aroma is still very elegant and refined, but the crisp and clean feeling is very delicious 😋. Thank you very much for the treat 😚.
