Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop Today I opened a bottle of Niimasa's Colors series 🍶I happened to find it when I went to Fukushima to buy some sake 💡I had never had a Cosmos yet... so I bought it 💰. But when I read the label, it said it should be refrigerated and aged for 1-2 years 🤔. So here it is after a year and a half in the fridge 💁. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 It's delicious 😋. The sourness like lime on the palate combined with the woody flavor is delicious 🤤It's more like citrus than grape with its sourness and unique flavor. But to be honest, I personally don't like it very much... I wonder if my opinion will change if I let it sit a little longer? I'll let it sit for a while longer 💤. Toyama Purchased at a liquor store The other day, I heard about a sake tasting event at a liquor store in Toyama, so I bought some when I went to Toyama on a bullet tour 💰 It's been a while since I've been to Toyama 🚗. It was a very satisfying itinerary with a lot of sake to drink and buy 🍶. One of the bottles I bought this time was Chiyotsuru, which was one of the recommended bottles at the liquor store and my first purchase! Nice to meet you, Chiyotsuru Brewery🎊. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 It was delicious 😋. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry ☺️ The sweetness is subdued, but the soft acidity and flavor in the aftertaste is delicious 😊. For some reason, I personally have this image of Toyama's sake 🍶 🤔 For some reason, it has a taste that makes me want to drink it with seafood such as sashimi 🐟 irresistibly. It was a good encounter🙆. I look forward to working with you again! Thank you very much for the food 🙆

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased while on a solo trip to Nagano 💰. I was thinking "I heard that Hiran's kijoshu is delicious..." and bought it 🍶. After I bought it, I realized that kijoshu is not Reborn... the name is totally different... Well, I can't help thinking about that, so let's enjoy INFINITY too! I've never had an INFINITY before. I wonder if it's like a test brew? I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋. The mouthfeel is a clear, low-alcohol taste based on the acidity typical of Hiran: ☺️ But I wasn't sure about the INFINITY's unique character? But I couldn't understand about the unique character of INFINITY... I don't have enough experience 🍶. But this unique flavor is still very much a "Hiran"... a taste that makes you feel at ease 😋. It's still so delicious 🤤. Thank you so much for the food 😋🤤...

Yamagata Purchased from LaJomon Purchased on a run to Yamagata to buy sake 🍶. When it comes to sake in Yamagata, you can't go wrong with LaJomon! This time I chose Malo from LaJomon (brand name) 💁 By the way, this is my first time to try Malo 🍶. I'm still a beginner, so I don't really know how many types of LaJomon series there are 🤔. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. The smooth sweetness combined with the sourness is very tasty! This one is even my favorite in the series 🥰It tastes like a grape sweetness, but it's not a zesty acidity, it's a mellow and harmonious image ☺️ It has a very nice mouthfeel! I had heard it was good warmed up, but I finished it before I had time to do so 😳This is a repeat 🔁It was really good! Thanks for the treat â

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Another bottle opened today🍶! This one was supposed to be drunk on a family trip to Nagano 🍶! Yamaye Nishiki is made from our own rice 🌾As a Nagano sake lover, I can't help but be attracted by this word 😋. Somehow I think I often see the number 59 in Nagano's sake 🤔. I wonder if it has something to do with it? I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 It's delicious 😋. The juicy sweetness and moderate acidity are very delicious 🤤The balance between the flavor and drinkability is just right, fruity yet easy to drink 😁. Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop Purchased this when I went to Fukushima to buy some sake 💰. I had given this Hoshikai as a birthday gift to a friend in the past, but never drank it myself 🤔, so I bought it 🍶. The description already sounds delicious, doesn't it? I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 It's delicious 😋. The aroma and moist sweetness are very delicious 😋The taste is more sweet than juicy🤔What would you call it if I were to describe it in terms of fruit? Like a fresher persimmon? The acidity is moderate, and it is quite rare to find a summer sake with this kind of flavor. ☀️ I feel this mellow sweet taste is the reason why I like Kangiku so much: ☺️ Thank you for everything 😊. Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop Purchased while strolling around Niigata station 💰. I personally think that the hottest sake in Niigata right now is this Koshien series 🤔. Many of them are low in alcohol content, but this X-Wing is a whopping 7%! I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it's delicious! As the description says, it has sweetness and acidity like muscat juice 🍇It also has a fizzy feeling almost like carbonation, so you can drink it in huge gulps 😊It's like a juice, but there are definitely elements of sake that I can't quite put into words 🌾It's a strange sake 🍶. I imagine it is less acidic than death☆star which has a similar taste🤔. Personally, the balance of X-Wing is more to my taste 😚 and very tasty 😋. Thank you very much for the food 😋😋.

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Opened while comparing with Green Label 🍶. Purchased at my favorite liquor store on the way home from buying the green label 💰. This is the first Junmai sake Hitogokochi I've had in a while. I didn't think I'd be lucky enough to go to Nagano and get two different kinds ✌️ Thanks again 🙇. I opened the bottle right away 🍶 and it's delicious 😋. The robust fruity sweetness of the rice is very delicious 😋 It has a different atmosphere from the Junmai Hitogokochi, which is very nice ☺️ I love Shinshu Kamerei because it has a consistent fruity taste including junmai and green label 🥰. The Hitogokochi Junmai Sake is so pricey that I'd like to drink it on a daily basis, but considering how quickly it's selling out now... it's still hard to find... Hope I can buy it again 🤲. Purchased from Okazaki Brewery Purchased when I went to Nagano to buy some sake💰. This time Shinshu Kamerei is green label🟢Now it's nice to meet you Shinshu Kamerei🐢Is it new on the market this year in the first place? It's still on sale at the sake brewery's direct sales outlets. Unlike the usual Shinshu Kamerei, the type of rice used for the sake is not specified, but the price is very reasonable at around 1,300 yen 💰. It's so cheap, I wonder if it's OK! I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It tastes great 😋. The taste is fruity and less gassy and lighter than the usual Jungin Shinshu Kamerei 🤔 delicious 😋. Since I was in the mood, I compared it with Junmai Hitogokochi 🍶 and drank them alternately. It seems to be similar to Junmai Hitogokochi? 🤔Is it a Junmai sake then? I'm not sure, so I'll leave it at that... Shinshu Kamerei is usually a cheap and tasty sake, but I felt this was a particularly cosy sake: ☺️ I want to go back and buy some more! Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased on a vacation to Nagano 🍶. When I was looking for sake to drink at the inn, I chose this one 💁. I thought it was the first time I had had a bottle of the same sake in June this year😅so recent... This time it's the fire-brewed Yamasan Hitogokochi! It's been a while (?) I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋. It has just the right amount of acidity, sweetness and freshly opened bits and pieces 😁. I have an image that Hitogochiki is a little more fruity than dry, and Yamazan is just like that 🤔. This one also has a fruity feeling but a little dryer and tighter 🤤 ☺️ Thank you for the treat 🤤🤤.

Order from our online store Today is the first time in a long time that I've had a spring haze ☘️ I chose the Wakimizu label, which is the one that got me hooked on Haruka 💁. It is now my favorite brewery in Akita 🍶. I wanted to go buy it again this year, but there is no distributor nearby and it would be sold out if I stayed idle... So I ordered it for the first time in a long time 🧳. I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋. I really like the juicy, clear sweetness and aftertaste 🤤I really like this unique and hard to describe juiciness of Harukasumi 🥰. The back label describes it as a food sake, but I personally think it is a delicious sake on its own 🤔. Perhaps, as I thought at the time of the chestnut label white, sake with Kameyama yeast is a hit with my taste buds 😌. Thanks again for your help! Thanks for the treat... ♪

Purchased at Niigata Sake-no-jin This was the last sake I purchased at the 2025 Niigata Sake Festival...or rather, I felt I had kept it too long, so I opened the bottle with a full bottle 🍶. I had done my homework before entering the Niigata Sake Festival, and the only sake I had my eye on during my homework was this one 💁 I love Shozora no Hoppe, but this is a slightly sparkling version that is only available at the Sake Festival 🫧 It's just so delicious, of course it is! It was a satisfaction-based paid tasting that day as well, so meh, it's so good! I said "It's so good!" three times and ended up spending 500 yen x 3 and buying a bottle 🍶. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it was delicious 😋. The aroma and taste match the refreshing taste of hops, and combined with the easy drinking of the fizzy feeling, it is very delicious 🤤 The flavor of hops and juicy, slightly dry grapes? The flavor is like a combination of hops and juicy, slightly dry grapes🤔Delicious! I hope to see you again somewhere in the future 😄Thanks for the treat! Purchased from a liquor store's online store Today is the last day of work before the Bon Festival🧳. Tomorrow is Obon vacation 🎌 three days in a row, but let's enjoy it! That's why I chose this one today 💁. Sake Mirai from Kangiku 🌾Lately I've been seeing a lot of Sake Mirai 🤔. I wanted to buy it last year but couldn't and regretted not buying it after drinking it at a pub 🍶. I was about to be unable to buy it again this year, so this time I ordered it 📦 Thank goodness! I immediately opened the bottle 🍶This is delicious 😋. First of all, the aroma is very delicious😊. The sweetness is a little less than other Kangiku. But the fruity and mellow flavors are a perfect match and very tasty 🤤. There is also a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and I think it would be better when paired with stewed vegetables rather than as a standalone item...? Personally, I like the balance very much. Tokyo Purchased at a liquor store I bought this 💰 on my way back to Tokyo the other day when I went to see a live concert. There was a guy at work who liked Mimuro Sugi and I had heard about it and wanted to try it, so I saw it at Tokyo Station and bought it 🍶 without a second thought 🌾. It was a bit expensive but I had to buy it 😊Nice to meet you Imanishi Shuzo 🎊. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶This is delicious 😋. The mouthfeel is very clear, but the umami flavor comes later: ☺️ I really like the refreshing feeling at the moment of drinking! It is also light at 13%, but the lightness and umami come at the same time 🤔. Very tasty! I'll have to try the different rice varieties when I see them 😁. Thank you very much for the drink!

Nagano Purchased from Okazaki Sake Brewery Checking in after a long time ✅. I've been on a 2 week alcohol abstinence recently due to a medical checkup 😭 and I've also been busy with work 🧳. Today is the end of that, and I'm back to the sake life after a long absence 🍶, so today I chose the best sake in the fridge 💁. I went to Nagano this year and bought a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei (aka Kin Kame🐢) from Okazaki Sake Brewery 🤔 I probably would have lost track of when to open it if I didn't open it today. I opened the bottle immediately 🍶 and it was delicious 😋. It has a juicy sweet umami taste and a slight gaseous sensation that is very delicious 😋I think Junmai Daiginjo has a strong umami taste, but it has a very elegant or clear taste that is very delicious 🤤. Personally, I prefer this Kinkame to Ginkame 😚 I will go back next year to buy more 🚗. Thank you very much for your service... Also, on a side note, I just bought a new sake fridge that I've been using for 4 years 🍶 It's a cooler box type with a larger size so it can be cooled without worrying about the outside temperature 🥶. Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop Long time no cargo tag sake 🏷️ Purchased when I went to Fukushima to buy some sake 💰. I was very impressed with the sake I had recently when I went to Yamagata to drink sake, so when I went to Koriyama I found it and bought it 😊. No longer a jumble of prefectures 🌾. I've never seen it in Niigata 🤔 even though I'm also a Niigata Prefecture resident drinking from Niigata ❓ Well, if it tastes good, I'll just go buy it 🏃. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. The mouthfeel is juicy and mellow, but as soon as you take a sip, you can feel the taste of the wine 😊. The clarity of the aftertaste is amazing, but even at the lower 13%, the umami is still there 🌾. I don't feel it's lacking at all. ☺️ It's very crisp and very tasty 😋. Very frustrating, but still delicious... Thank you very much for your hospitality...

I thought I wanted to try it, so I made a solo trip to Sendai 🚗 and when I asked for a local sake recommendation, this was the one! I asked for a local sake recommendation and was told to buy this one 💰! I bought it! It's been a while since I've had Miyakanbai! I don't think I've seen this brand outside of Miyagi 🤔. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 It's delicious 😋. The juicy sweetness and clean taste is very delicious 🤤. I like this kind 🥰. This kind of sweetness? I like this kind of sweetness or astringency? I like sake with this kind of sweetness or astringency 🤔. (Personally, I think it's mostly in spring sake. I don't know how to describe it in terms of taste because I don't have the vocabulary 🤨) Thank you for the food... I hope to visit Miyagi again too: ✈️

Purchased at Niigata Sake-no-jin Purchased at the 2024 Niigata Sake no Jin 🍶. Personally, this year's Sake no Jin new discovery series 🎯. Himenoi was a complete no-mark this year, but I was allowed to taste it on the day of the event and was completely taken by the ishoni🍴 of Himenoi. Nice to meet you, Ishizuka Shuzo🎊. This kind of new discovery every year is why I can't stop going to Niigata Sake no Yama 😊. The naming and label are so cute 👍 I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. It claims to be a food sake, but the taste is slightly sweet and slightly fizzy with a crisp aftertaste 😊. I have an image that sake made with white malted rice has more acidity, but this one is not so assertive and is in good harmony with the sweetness 🤔. This is so good 😆. I knew Wakanoi Sake Brewery from the sake lees pudding I got from an old man at work, but I didn't know they had a sake brewery here! So I stopped by 🛣️ The kitten cups are delicious 🍮. The atmosphere at the sake brewery is very nice and I'll stop by again when I pass by again! I'll stop by again! It has a delicious mild sweetness and mouthfeel 😋. The aroma and flavor is quite unique 🤔. Thanks for the treat 😋.

It's been a while since I've been to Yamazan ⛰️ Yamazan is becoming more and more popular lately and I haven't caught up with it yet, so I chose Hitogokochi this time 💁. I thought it was hard to buy in the first place 🤔. I still have a strong image of Hitogokochi or Yamaye Nishiki when it comes to Nagano sake rice 💪. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. The gasiness at the mouth and the flavor when you drink it is very delicious 😋 The sweetness is less than expected and it tastes dry and fruity 🌾. It tastes like grapefruit with less sweetness 🍊I think it's better to drink it as a food wine than on its own. I was drinking it so fast and now it's gone... Thank you very much for the drink 😋😋.
