Purchased from Niigata DHC Brewery I bought this when I went to DHC Sake Brewery the other day to drink their new sake 💰 I have to go there at least once when they have new sake 😝 I don't know of any other place where you can drink almost any kind of sake at a reasonable price and bring your own 🤔 What a great sake brewery! I don't know any sake brewery where you can drink almost all kinds of sake at a reasonable price and you can bring your own 🤔What a nice brewery... My personal favorite and close to the station 😊. I always buy what I think is the best I've had there 🍶. This time I chose this Junmai Daiginjo, freshly squeezed new sake 🌾. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it was delicious 😋. The taste is sweet and mild 😝. It has a peculiar taste in a good way. It has an image that is not typical of Niigata sake, but I like it 😊and combined with the freshness of freshly squeezed sake, it is delicious 🤤. Thank you for the treat 🤤!

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store I went to my favorite liquor store in Nagano and saw they were selling a spare bottle of Hanpukai sake. I'd like to join the hanpukai.... This time, I chose Toyokabi, which has a good reputation among them 💁. The label design is simple 🐦‍⬛ I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋. The mouthfeel is clean and tasty! It has a clean and refreshing taste! I really like the way it finishes cleanly and without any cloying taste after the first sip 😊I really like this one ‼️ I'd like to repeat it if it were a regular product 🔁I can feel the high level of the hanpukai 😆I wish...I'd like to join the Shinshu hanpukai at least once after all! Thanks for the treat...

Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop I bought this on the way back to Yamagata when I went to the Imojikai (stewed potato stew) party the other day. I think the label has changed since I last bought it. I think the label used to be a little more yellowish 🤔I'm a beginner at Jikin, so I may be mistaken... This is my third check-in for Jikin Special Junmai ✅ Thanks for your help 🙇. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😋. The taste is well-balanced with juicy acidity and robust umami: ☺️ I think this acidity and the uniqueness of the flavor is what makes it unique 😌😋. The first time I drank the first special junmai, I was like, "Hmm? But the more I drink it, the more I think it's delicious 🤔I want to drink a bottle of it every year ☺️ Thank you for the food!

Yamagata Purchased at a liquor store Haruka is a little bit my boom lately ☘️ We started with the standard sake, so following the previous green label, this time it's the red label 🟥. The rest are white, black, seasonal and... I can't believe I'm still allowed to chase them down 😁. I'm so thankful that I don't have to go to Akita to get it in Yamagata City 😊. I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. This one...compared to the green label, I think the atmosphere is similar but the taste is completely different! The green had a softer sweetness to it, but the red is more crisp and less sweet? If anything, the red one seems more like a food sake... but the atmosphere seems kind of similar 🤔This is delicious ‼️ I think both of them are really food wine, and yet they are well differentiated drinks: ☺️ I personally prefer the green one 🟢. I can't really verbalize it, but I still like the atmosphere of Haruka... Thank you for the food...

Nagano Sake Shop? Purchased at I went to Obuse on a family vacation and found a store that sold Yonezawa Sake Brewery's Imanishiki and bought it there 🍶. This was my first purchase of Imanishiki 💰. Nice to meet you Yonezawa Shuzo🎊. I was torn between the Imanishiki Yamae Nishiki and this one, but this time I chose the Umei 💁 I liked its size, its modern look, and I wanted to try something a little different with a low alcohol content.... I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. The first image I had when I drank it was how juicy it was 🍎It tasted like apple juice! But even though it tastes sweet and juicy, there is no aftertaste, it is delicious 😆. I think I can recommend this to people who are not good at sake 🤔I personally like the taste even if you are not 🥰Sweet 🥰Sweet 🥰Sweet! Thank you very much for the treat!

Akita Purchased at a liquor store The other day, I went to Akita for the first time in a while because I had a rare 2-day weekend for my work. There I bought a couple of sake from Akita, Harukasumi and Wakanami 😅 not related to Akita. But I had never had Wakanami before, and there was no store near me that sold it... I asked the liquor store for a recommendation and chose this Yamadanishiki. Nice to meet you Wakanami Brewery! I opened the bottle right away 🍶 and it tastes great 😋! The aroma is a little subdued, with a little gasiness and umami when you drink it, and a dry aftertaste and a little bitterness that is very delicious. ☺️ It has a clear and distinct flavor image and tastes great after the first sip! But it also has a clean aftertaste! 😆 I can't stop drinking this 🍶. I personally think it's a taste that sticks out to my taste buds 🤔I wonder if there are any more stores near me that carry it? I'd like to find a place that carries it and try some of the others 😄. Thank you very much for the food!

Yamagata Purchased from LaJomon Purchased as a souvenir for myself when I went to Yamagata's famous "Japan's Best Imoni Festival" the other day 💰 PB sake from LaJomon, a sake shop in Yamagata City. I really wanted to go to the Yamagata Sake and Snacks of Yamagata sake event too..! This is the Nanuca Terrestrial (tentative) 🍶The center of the label is not a sticker ⁉️ that's the kind of label ‼️ that was unveiled there. Last year's Nanukah-Nanukah-Nanukah was quite good, so we're looking forward to another bottle this year 💁. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it's delicious 😋. Mild taste with a bit of sourness ☺️ Delicious 😋Image of cherry 🍒🤔. This is the only place I've heard of that sells sake in assemblage, I'm impressed that they can still make such a beautiful taste 🤔. It's delicious on its own, but I think it would be absolutely delicious with a soy sauce sweet potato stew 🤤I wonder if there will be any left by then? Thank you for the food....

Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop Purchased when I went to Fukushima to buy some sake I had reserved 💰 Lately the prefectures I go to and the sake I buy are so different that I'm starting to lose track of which prefecture I'm going to 🗾. I asked at a store that carries Machida Sake Brewery's sake and to no avail, they have it! So they have it! So I bought it 🍶. Personally, when I think of a good-cost sake, this is the one I can't pass up ✅. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 It tastes great 😋. Slightly gassy, umami and a little bitterness, very tasty 🍶 ☺️ I really like the light but strong flavor of the sake here 😊. I drink it every year thinking it's delicious and tasty? I'm not sure if it's a different taste every year as far as I'm concerned. The specs are as undisclosed as ever 🤔. I can't even compare them because they only come out once a year 😋 Anyway, it's delicious this year too 😋. Thanks for the treat !

Purchased from a liquor store's online store This is my memorable 300th check-in🎉. I feel deeply that I never thought it would last this long😊. Today is a celebration! So for my 300th check-in, I'm proud to present the number 1 check-in Shinshu Kamerei 🐢 and also my favorite Yamae Nishiki 🌾. I couldn't find the right time to open the bottle, so I let it sit for a while 🍶. Shinshu Kamerei is a waste of time and I tend to forget when I bought it 🤔. I opened it right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋. The fruity flavor, aroma, and clean aftertaste are very delicious 😊I love the freshness of the mouthfeel, but the rich sweetness! Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased on a trip to Nagano for a gathering of relatives 🍶. A bottle purchased for everyone to drink at a hot spring hotel. I asked my favorite liquor store for a recommendation and chose Zenkichi, which I personally trust and trust 💁. If it is easy to get in Nagano and tastes consistently good, it is Zenkichi 🤔. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great 😋. The mouthfeel is refreshing, the acidity is moderate, and the rice flavor is well pronounced 😄. It has a sweet umami taste that is more subdued than fresh 😊I can feel something of autumn 🍂. Again, the taste did not disappoint! I only had about a cup left when I got back 😭 I will go to Nagano to buy some more 💰. Thank you so much for the food 💰!

Akita Purchased at a liquor store The other day, I had my first 2-day weekend in a long time, so I took a drive to Akita 🚗It had been 2 years since I looked back 😊I had to buy some sake since I was there 🍶. Personally, Akita's sake is Haruka☘️ I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I can't find it in my neighborhood.... I couldn't find it even in Akita city, so I looked around for a while and finally bought it 💰. This time I bought the standard green label 🟢. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋. The label on the back says it's a food sake, but both the mouthfeel and the sweetness are very subtle and very tasty on their own 😊. It has a slight petitiveness that makes it easy to drink 👍Great balance of sweetness and sourness. Tastes like a personal image of spring haze🤔. This is a taste I like a lot! Thanks for the treat 😋. I'm still looking forward to exploring this one! Harukaze!

Order from our online store Today is October 1, Sake Day 🌾. I want to drink special sake! 😆 So this time we opened a bottle of this one 🍶! Takeba made by Okazaki Sake Brewery! I was curious about Okazaki Shuzo's Gohyakumangoku sake, so I bought it 💰. This sake is a collaboration of rice from the Kazuma Sake Brewery and sake made by the Okazaki Sake Brewery. So many things have happened this year... It's nice to meet you, Kazuma Sake Brewery.... Nice to meet you 🎉. I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. I can't judge Takeba because I haven't had it yet, but I can feel the Shinshu Kamerei-like flavor: ☺️ Light mouthfeel and juicy fruity taste😊and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. I think it's a bit like Hitogokochi, which is a bit sweeter than Shinshu Kamerei. I'm not sure if I remember it right, but whatever it is, it's delicious 😋. I wonder if I would have had a different impression if I had also had Takeba? Next time, I would like to try Takeba by Kazuma Shuzo... Thank you very much for your hospitality...

It's a new brand from Aihara Shuzo, the company that makes Amego no Tsuki, and not many stores carry it yet 🤔 But I didn't expect that I hadn't had Amego no Tsuki yet either ‼️ Nice to meet you Aihara Shuzo 🎉. I'm thrilled to be a newcomer! The label is so simple and stylish that you wouldn't expect it to be sake: ☺️ Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. The taste is light and light, reminiscent of juicy muscat on the palate😆It has a fruity taste but is well balanced with the acidity so you don't get tired of drinking it🤔This is delicious 😋. Thank you for the treat 😋. I'm not sure if it's "Ugo" or "Yugioh" after all... but when I look it up on the net, it comes up both ways... I think it's Ugo because it's the month after the rain, but...

Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop Purchased while looking around a liquor store in Niigata for the first time in a while 💰. I had heard of Yoshida Kurau, but I had never bought or drank it before, so this was my first time 🎉Nice to meet you Yoshida Sake Brewery😊. I asked the liquor store what they thought the taste would be and this time I chose this Ishikawamon 💁. I didn't know Ishikawamon was the name of sake rice... I guess there are a lot of things you don't know just by crossing two prefectures... I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊. As the label says, soft, fresh, slightly effervescent and very easy to drink 😊☺️ But the sweetness and acidity are quite moderate, and the combination of the gentle, elegant umami and slight bubbles is very tasty 😋I don't usually buy this type of sake, but I like this one a lot! I like it a lot 🥰. Thanks for the treat 🥰.

Purchased from Niigata Hasegawa Store Purchased when I visited Niigata 💰. First time I drank it as a free sake at a music event where they were serving sake in front of Niigata station 🎉. I tried to buy it on the day of the event, but it was sold out, and I was so disheartened that I saw it being sold at a later date 🫢 I had no choice but to buy it! Koshizuki is my personal favorite sake from Niigata these days 🍶. It's all delicious! I guess "death star" is the name of a certain star war.... I'm starting to think that's part of the Echigo-Tsumari character 😆. I'll open the bottle right away 😊.... The taste is a little dry with grapefruit-like acidity and sweetness 🍋 and a nice fizziness 🫧. The aftertaste is like a Yonglian aftertaste 🤔The low alcohol content of 11% makes for a refreshing taste that can be drunk in large gulps. This kind of thing is just perfect for summer! Thank you very much for the drink!

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased when I went to Nagano to buy sake 💰. Long time no see HANA-YOSHU! It's been a while 💰. This time it's Sake Musashi. I didn't think it was the name of sake rice at first😅. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😊. Both the aroma and taste are like pineapple 🍍. There are many sweet juicy sake, but I think the only one that makes me feel "pineapple..." at first when I drink it is Hana-yoso 🤔. It kind of reminds me of the flavor of the part near the core of a pineapple 🍍 strange... but that's what makes it so delicious 😋. I think it's juicier than the last Yamadanishiki I drank...? Is it because it has been a while since it was opened? Hard to judge without comparing the two, but I think it's more to my liking than any of the other Hana-yosu I've had 🤔. Thanks for the treat 🤔.

I think the label on the back is well written and worth reading 😊I heard that if the sake is past the quality retention period, it can become a SAKE with a very maniacal aroma-taste 😁 period is guttedly past... I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It's delicious😊. Looks and tastes like wine 🍷. No astringency, juicy fruity flavor and sweetness is very good😙It seems it's not getting super maniacal, which is a relief 😮‍💨 I personally prefer this balance of acidity and umami... Personally, I feel a similar vibe to Semishigure😊. Thank you for the treat... 😊

Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop Purchased at a liquor store in Niigata 💰. I originally tasted this at the Niigata Sake Festival and was impressed with one of the sakes 🍶. I saw it at a liquor store and bought it 😌. The price was 1100 yen (tax included) 😳. The price was amazing, but the taste was also amazing 😙. So I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊. The flavor is exactly like Koshino-Kanbai, but the clarity and sharpness when you drink it is outstanding 😋. It has a clear taste but with a hint of rice flavor 🌾. Delicious water that is intoxicating 💧. I haven't had this kind of sake recently. It makes me want to eat sashimi so bad 🐟. Thank you for the food 😋.

Tochigi Purchased at liquor store Purchased during a recent solo trip to Tochigi💰. -No one in the Niigata area carries it. -An affordable price that I could drink on my trip. -A brand that I have never had before. I chose this one because of these three factors. I didn't open it on my trip... The last Hana Sumi was delicious, so I have high expectations for it 😌. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. It has a fruity sweetness like strawberries and a very refreshing taste 😋. Very little fizz, moist sweet umami image 🤔. I love how good this tastes for the price👍 Thanks for the treat...

Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop Wandering around Niigata City today! I had to pick up some sake on my way home, so I bought some of this Koshuya. I'm still looking forward to discovering more of Koshuya. I've had C3 and kasumi made with Koshien's Yamahanishiki, and now Episode 3.2 is coming. Because it's so good... I immediately opened the bottle 😊.... It tastes like grapefruit or Japanese pear with a fresh flavor, acidity and a bit of bitterness. It seems that this one is fire-roasted, so it is a bit tame, and the fizz and freshness are relatively modest 🤔. But it tastes good enough even if it's fire-brewed 😋. A bottle that satisfies both aroma and taste 🍶. Thank you very much for the treat 🍶.
