This year, we again purchased this collaboration product from Nagano Prefectural University and Toshimaya.
This sake was developed to make it easier for sake beginners to drink sake in response to the theme that young people are losing interest in sake, and we heard that it was going on sale this year as well.
It is true that there are still a few people around me who drink a lot of sake, and as a sake drinker myself, I find this kind of initiative wonderful👍.
Anyway, I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊.
It tastes like a fruity white wine 😙It has an acidity and sweetness like muscat 🍇.
The moderate acidity makes it hard to feel the alcohol 🤔.
I wonder if this is a feature that makes it easy to take to it even if it's your first time. Even if it's not your first time, you can still enjoy the taste 😊.
