Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop
We went to the Niigata Sake Festival again this year.
Every year the line at Abe Sake Brewery is huge, so I went to the liquor store the day before and bought a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo Hi-ire 💰, apparently a hi-ire version of the Junmai Daiginjo that was served at the Sake no Jin 🤔.
Opened the bottle immediately 🍶It tastes great😊.
The balance between the slight fizziness, umami and acidity is very tasty 😋It has a sweet image among the Abe series, but I personally prefer it this much 😁It has a good sweetness and a dry aftertaste 🌾I think this aftertaste is what makes it hard to get tired of drinking it 🌾.
Thank you for the treat 🌾.
In fact, the Niigata Sake Festival has improved a lot this year, and it was relatively easy to purchase 💰.
Three waiting lines would have been a quandary...
I think it's the result of solid Abe Sake Brewery's measures 🤔Thank you so much for your hard work!
I hope to see you again next year 🙇.

Good evening Jay & Nobby!
The Niigata Sake Festival is the most famous sake event in Niigata, after all 🎉The draft sake was great to try, but the fire-brewed sake was also delicious 😋 I think it is a stone's throw 🌾.
