Purchased from Niigata DHC Brewery Purchased at DHC Sake Brewery when I went for a tasting 💰. I was curious about Kameguchi Directly Tasted because I was not able to taste it! I had always had an image of Kayama as sweet and delicious, so when you combine that with the fizziness, it's the best of both worlds! I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It's delicious😊. The sweet-umami taste, similar to pineapple, combined with the fizziness is just as I expected 😋. Usually Kayama has an image of a subdued taste, but this one is very assertive 💪. I thought it might be higher in alcohol content due to the fizzy taste and habit, but it is the same 17% as the regular Kayama? But the fizzy feeling also makes the drink go further 🍶. Thank you very much!

Toyama Purchased at a liquor store Purchased on my first solo trip to Toyama💰. Personally, I have an image of Haneya when it comes to sake in Toyama! I think it is the fruity representative of Toyama 🤔. This time I chose this Tomi no Kou brewed sake based on the recommendation at the liquor store 💁Is this my first time to drink Tomi no Kou? I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. Very nice aroma from opening the bottle to the beginning of drinking! Fruity with a banana feel and a sweet taste with low acidity 🌾. I really like the mild fruity taste! Thank you for the treat...

Yamagata Purchased at a liquor store Today is the weekend, so I opened a bottle of this one that I went to Yamagata the other day to buy! Personally, when I say new sake, I mean this! I go to buy it every year and managed to buy it again this year... thank goodness 🙏. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. Sweetness of rice with a fluffy mouthfeel and a crisp aftertaste. The sweetness and the sweetness that cuts through after drinking is what got me hooked on Asahitaka, so it's still as tasty as ever! This is the taste that attracted me to buy sake all over Japan 😋. I personally think that Asahi hawk has its own unique taste 🤔. Let's compare it with the usual Asahitaka at the end of the year! Thank you very much for your kindness.

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Kawanakajima Genmai after a long time. This time we chose this ginjo-nama sake. The sake rice is 100% Kinmon-Nishiki. What is it? What is the difference from the green labeled Genmai? I wondered what the difference was between the green labeled Genmai and the green labeled Genmai, but that one is Junmai Ginjo and this one is Ginjo with some brewing alcohol. The rice polishing ratio is the same 55%🌾. Opened the bottle immediately 🍶This is delicious 😊. Sweet and fruity taste with a firm, calm and sweet taste. The acidity is moderate and the emphasis is on a full-bodied sweetness. Sweet, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp with a slight bitterness More rounded and easier to drink than the Junmai Ginjos I've had. As always, everything I've had of Genmai is delicious 😋. Thank you for the treat 😋!

Yamagata Purchased at a liquor store Purchased on a recent trip to Yamagata 💰. Every time I go to a liquor store, I find that there is a tremendous variety of Kamikigen series... It's hard to keep up with them... Among them, I was personally interested in this O👴. I was especially interested in the price, which is rumored to be very cost-effective, but I was scared to death that a four-pack of it costs less than 1,200 yen! I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It's delicious😊. Gorgeous rice aroma and a hint of sweetness. Low acidity and more beautiful than I expected 🤔Easy to drink and delicious 😋. I wonder if the taste is different every year as it is made from a blend of various sake? Thank you very much for the drink! There are other sake from Yamagata with good cost performance, but I don't think I've seen such a good cost performance sake in other prefectures 🤔I just don't know about it?

Toyama Purchased at a liquor store This post was made during an expedition. I don't know why, but because my company had two consecutive holidays, This time we went to Toyama ✈️ I asked for a recommendation for sake to go with trout sushi for dinner, and this is what I bought. It was my first time to visit Kurobe Gorge‼️ and it was nice to meet Hayashi Sake Brewery‼️ I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It tastes great😊. It has a grape-like acidity and umami at first, but the moderate acidity makes it a great match for trout sushi! I think I'm going to finish the whole bottle! The acidity is not too assertive, so it can be served as a mealtime sake or on its own. But it definitely goes well with fish-based snacks. Thank you very much for the sake!

Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop I finally bought a bottle of Jyushiyo. It's my first time to buy it in a bottle! The one they had on sale when I went to buy it was Akaban Omachi, so I chose this one 💁. In retrospect, it was also the first time for me to drink it! I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It tastes delicious😊. Softly spreading umami and a clean aftertaste I can sense the Jushiyo in the aroma and flavor 🤔. It has a mellow flavor and umami, but with a clean aftertaste, it's my favorite flavor that I don't get tired of drinking: ☺️ I haven't compared them, but I like it a lot among the Jyushiyo 😊. I wonder when I can buy it next... Thank you for the treat.......

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased during a shopping trip to Nagano💰. I've been asked for a dry recommendation recently, and I've been exploring the dry genre lately 🌱 When I was asked for a dry sake recommendation, this was the one I was most attracted to, so I chose this one 💁. I've had CEL24 before, but I've never had a dry junmai before! I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It's delicious😊. The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, but the umami opens up later 🤔The gap between this and CEL24 is amazing! I realized after I bought it that this is not a Kirin pattern? Personally, I have a strong image of Kurei as a Kirin pattern 💪. I'm pairing it with oden, and it's really good 😋. The dry Toyo Bijin I drank last time was quite mildly dry 🍶. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased when going to Nagano 💰. I had a hard time deciding between this and Kangiku, but Koshi is very hard to buy in Niigata, so I chose this one 💁. I've had Koshi Apple before, but there are so many different kinds 🤔Nice to meet you Iinuma Honke 🎉. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. I thought it would be easy to drink as it has a gaseous feeling at the beginning, but the impactful flavor comes through! But the aftertaste is also clean and crisp. Easy to drink and umami in the same place! I really like this one 😊. Thank you very much for the drink!

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Purchased when I went shopping in Nagano 💰. Toyokami has been on a personal boom lately, and when I was researching it, I found out that the main brand of the company that makes it, Toyoshimaya, is Kamito. I happened to see it at a liquor store and bought some to try 💰. It's a drinkable size, but I opened it right away and it tastes great 😊. Mellow and mild taste. Easy to drink image among the sake of the drinkable size 🤔Tasty 😋. Next time I want to explore other kinds of Kamito! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop Purchased again this year💰Jikin's special pure rice🌾. Took a detour on the way home from a potato stew party in Yamagata and bought this 💰. This is my second special junmai! It's been a long time since I've had it. Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious😊. Personally, I have an image of well-balanced taste 🤔. There is no noticeable fruity taste, but the acidity-umami-sweetness is well balanced 😌 delicious 😋. Not dry, but not umami either. It has a robust and drinkable taste. ☺️ Thank you very much for your visit...

Nagano Purchased from Okazaki Sake Brewery Long time no see? Shinshu Kamerei 🐢. The bottle had been sitting for almost half a year, but I missed the timing to open the bottle 🍶. When did I go to buy it? I can't even remember that 🤪. I've had Shinshu Kamerei Kinmon Nishiki before, but this is the first time I've had a brewery limited edition 🤔. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶This is delicious 😊. Fresh & fruity sweet umami from the moment you drink it. The atmosphere of the taste is similar to Yamae Nishiki, but Kinmon Nishiki is more subdued and fruity 🤔. This is what I call elegant! It's so delicious 😋. The difference between this and the regular Kinmon-nishiki... I'm not sure. It's rare to get two bottles together 😌 I'd like to try it sometime! Thank you so much for your hospitality...

Purchased from Niigata DHC Brewery Buy direct from the brewery 💰. I've had it at sake tasting but this is the first time I've bought it 🤔It's nice to meet you Kayama! Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊. Sweet umami, which is a minority for Niigata: ☺️ Koshino Umezato has a sweet balanced flavor image, but Kayama is a sweet speciality 🤔. The sweetness is intense but not cloyingly sweet, it's a refreshing sweetness DHC sake brewery is known for this taste ☺️ It is high in alcohol content but has a nice aftertaste, so even though it is high in alcohol content, it is easy to drink 😋 Delicious! I'm glad this is available in various places in Niigata 🙏. It was the first time for me to know about the brewery, so this is the one that became the starting point for me 🍶. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop Purchased on an expedition to Fukushima💰. I used to drink only umaguchi sake because I like umaguchi sake, but it was hot at the time and I wanted to drink a dry sake, chilled and crispy, so I chose this one 💁. It was so cold today, though! I had an image of Toyo Bijin as a umami-guchi sake, but I didn't know they also made a very dry sake! I was surprised that they made a big dry one too 😳This is it this time! I opened the bottle right away and it's delicious 😊. It has a clean mouthfeel but a soft aftertaste with a hint of rice flavor 🍶. The aftertaste is clean and crisp, so it's not unpleasant, and while it's dry, it's also easy to drink and delicious 😋I love this one: ❤️ Thank you very much for your visit....

Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop Purchased on the way back from a trip to Yamagata 💰. Personally, I'm in the mood for Kangiku, so I chose this one 💁 The label is very unique! The raw material is Koshihikari! The rice is milled to 90%! I was curious about the taste of this unusual combination 🤔Maybe this is the first sake made from Koshihikari rice! I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊. I love the mellow aroma when you open the bottle: ☺️ The taste is very dry and sweet with a slight effervescence. If I were to use a fruit, it might be close to the image of a pear. The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink and very tasty 😋 Be careful not to drink too much! Thank you very much!

Souvenirs from my boss at work Souvenirs from my boss who went to Iwate on a business trip 📦. I'm just thankful 🥲My boss said that Nanbu Bijin is delicious in Iwate 🤔So nice to meet you Nanbu Bijin ‼️ (I thought it was the name of the brand, but it's also the name of the company!) I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It tastes great😊. The taste is easy to drink at the beginning and a slight sweetness and umami that comes after drinking. The taste is very smooth and easy to drink because it has a moderate habit 🤔. It's like a popular sake, but it's not to be underestimated... I'll thank my boss tomorrow. Thank you very much for your hospitality...

Personally, Sake Mirai is my first choice 🥰. Princess Michiko has a nice aroma🌸 I think normal Nanbu Bijin = about medium dry, but I heard that Yuzo Special is mostly dry (☆^☆☆) I'm sure you'll love it to your liking 😉.

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store Today we opened a special bottle 🍶. I've always wanted to try a bottle of this Shinshu Jo hot tank! I was hoping to join the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai for this one, but they are accepting a small number of reservations from the general public this year 😳. Search for Shinshu Jo Thermal Tank for more details! And 2023 is produced by my favorite Tsuchiya Sake Brewery! I have no choice but to buy it now... I drove 5 hours one way to my favorite liquor store to buy it 💰. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great 😊. Fresh acidity and flavor like green apple at the beginning. But the aftertaste is complex and unique 🤔. The atmosphere is similar to Semishigure, but when you drink it, it's something else! Very tasty and a very unique taste image that gave me a valuable experience 🙇. Thank you for the treat 🤔.

Yamagata Purchased at a liquor store Purchased on an expedition to Yamagata's Imojikai (potato stew) 💰. Last time I drank the Wakimizu label and liked it so much that I bought the Harukasumi label again. This time I chose the chestnut label because it was autumn (fall). I immediately opened the bottle 😊. The aftertaste has something in common with the Wakimizu label, but the atmosphere of the taste is quite different. The soft sweetness is as delicious as ever, but this one is more for a middle course meal 🤔. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste enhances food 😋 Delicious! Personally, I prefer the Wakimizu label. Thank you for the food!

Yamagata Purchased at a liquor store Purchased on the way back from visiting a friend in Fukushima 💰. I often go to Yamagata but never bought Dewazakura even though I often see it 🤔, so I chose this one this time 💁. The deciding factor was that the sake rice is Yukiohajin, Junmai Daiginjo, and the price is 1700 yen 💰. The price is reasonable for the specs, so I bought it 🍶. Nice to meet you Dewazakura Shuzo ‼️ I heard from the liquor store that it is a big brewery, but I wonder how big it is in Niigata? I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It tastes great😊. The flavor is moist and mild, with a gentle, gradual umami image 😚. It's not fruity, it's more like an elegant sake flavor. 🤔I think I'm beginning to understand the image of Snow Goddess Sake somehow 😊. Thank you for the treat...

I personally have an image of Junmai Ginjo being generally delicious 🤔. Thank you for the treat 😋😋.
