Friday, the last day of April. I've been curious about the distinctive label of Hyakujuro for a while, but I've never had it. This is a Junmai Daiginjo with a black face from the lineup. The rice is polished to 50%. When you open the bottle, you can smell a faint ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it also has a faint ginjo feeling. Even if you keep it in your mouth for a while, it doesn't spread much. Is it a little watery? It passes through the throat with the feeling of rice (not sweetness). Recently, there have been many fruity daiginjos, but this was the first time in a long time that it was an assertive drink. But there's an aroma deep inside! I have a feeling that it will become more profound after a night, I'm looking forward to it! This is the kind of sake you want to drink with food, not on its own. I'm also curious about the Junmaishu, so I'll give that a try next time I see it!

I was invited to a party at a friend's house, and I went to a nearby department store to look for sake to drink with him. Here is one of the sake I drank yesterday. While some of us don't normally drink sake, we chose Ottersai's Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling. Ottersai Sparkling... I've seen it around, but I've never bought it for myself, so this was my first experience. Rice: Yamadanishiki 100%. Rice polishing ratio: 44%. The shape of the bottle and the stopper remind me of champagne. The color is a little cloudy. The mouthfeel is......swooshing, followed by the sweetness of the rice. Anyway, it's sweet! And it's elegantly sweet! You can fully enjoy the sweetness of the carefully polished rice. Even the person I drank it with (who doesn't normally drink sake) said it was so easy to drink that he couldn't get enough. I don't usually drink sparkling sake, so it was refreshing. Ottersai was hard to find at one time, but nowadays you can find it in stores. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's the kind of sake that never disappoints!

I found and bought this sake on a business trip to Akita the other day, and I've finally opened it! The rice is Akita Sakekomachi, and it's a pure rice ginjo with a 45% polishing ratio. The first thing that jumps out at you when you open the bottle is the elegant ginjo aroma. The aroma is colorless and fruity. When you put it in your mouth...what? And when you roll it around in your mouth...well...what? It's a normal tasty sake, but it doesn't have that much of an impact. But the moment you try to pour it down your throat, it all blossoms at once! The sweetness of the rice, the ginjo aroma reminiscent of green apples, and the strength of the sake all spread in your mouth at the same time. It has a peculiarity that lingers in the throat in a good way. It is the same no matter how many times you drink it, it is shocking. Delicious! It was cold when we first started drinking it, but after a little while, the flavors mellowed, and it's even better! Thanks to the proprietor of the liquor store who introduced me to it! I'm always amazed by Akita's sake. I can feel the hard work and dedication that goes into making sake. This is why I can't stop drinking sake!

I knew the name of Tsurumirei, but this is my first time drinking it. After I bought my main sake, I was curious about it and bought it. The rice is 100% Koshitanrei. The rice polishing ratio is 60%. It is odorless and colorless. The sweetness of the rice spreads softly in the mouth. It goes in smoothly and has a thick aftertaste like a melon. It has a freshness that makes you feel like you are drinking fresh sake, but unlike the freshness of its appearance, it has a weight to it. It makes you feel that you are drinking sake. But it's not unpleasant. This is... the type that becomes delicious after leaving it overnight ^ ^. Aoki Shuzo was founded in Kyoho 2, right? I want to drink the other lineup too.

I bought this sake on a business trip, and I couldn't hold back any longer, so I opened the bottle. Tonight, it's been a while since I've had an Ippakusuisei! I asked the staff at the store to recommend a sake that I couldn't drink unless I bought it here, and they recommended it. Sake rice: 100% Sakai Mirai Rice polishing ratio: 50%. The name alone tells you how good it is before you even drink it! It has a beautiful clear color and a light smell. When you drink it...it goes in smoothly. But unlike Daiginjo, you can feel some rice in the throat (in a good way). And it's fine quality! Not much apple? No, pear? Either way, it's delicious! I drank it with motsu nabe today, and while it eliminated the fat, it also made me feel that I was drinking sake, and very good sake at that. Akita is to be feared.

This is the Dewazakura I bought yesterday at the brewery. I bought it at a nice liquor store next to the brewery, and it's Shiboritate Nama Genshu (Junmai Sake). Sake rice "Dewa no Sato" 100%. Polishing ratio 60%. When you smell it with all your might, you can feel the sweetness of the rice faintly. On the palate... it's so elegant you wouldn't think it was Junmai-shu, and you don't feel any miscellaneous flavors! It tastes like some kind of Ginjo sake, and it's fruity. If you take a sip thinking it's Junmaishu, you'll be disappointed in a good way. It must have been made with good rice, carefully polished, and good water. It's delicious! Yamagata Prefecture had another brand that was a favorite of mine, but you have to check out Dewazakura! There's so many varieties lined up at the liquor store, you'll have to go back more than once to get your fill!

Hi pino, good evening 🎵. I've never experienced Dewazakura Junmai before, although I've drunk the Sakura Hana Ginjo. I'm also curious about the Dewa Tsannan sake 😋. Is the liquor store in the picture a Dewazakura specialty store? I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not.

Mr.T.KISO Good morning ^ ^ Yes, it is a stylish specialty store next to the brewery. (They had a little bit of other sake, too.) Dewa Sanzane, there was! I didn't buy it this time, but I'm looking forward to the next one!

Today I'm in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture. When I was walking around the city after work, I found a Dewazakura factory! There was a sake I wanted to drink, but I took a chance and bought some Dewazakura at a liquor store next to the factory. I bought a 720ml bottle for my home and a cup to drink at the hotel. Dewazakura is said to be the sake which made Ginjo-shu popular among people. One cup has a wide opening, so the aroma spreads at once. The rice that has been cut down to 50% has a fruity and elegant taste that is sure to please. Banana? I feel the sweetness like a banana. Haven't had a one-cup in a long time, but it's gotten so much better! The main purpose is Junmai Nama Genshu. I am looking forward to it after returning ^ ^.

It's been a long time since I've been to Noshiro, Akita. At a restaurant famous for Kiritanpo, I brought in a bottle of "Yamamoto" to drink! And it's a nama-shu, which can only be drunk locally at this time of year (I bought it on the recommendation). I couldn't get any work done until the night. When I opened the bottle, I heard a pleasant sip. The mouthfeel is tangy and sour at first, and then it goes down your throat without any sourness. There is a faint sweetness at the bottom, but it is a refined and exquisite harmony, reminding us of the perfection of ginjo sake. Kiritanpo (also great!) The flavor of the kiritanpo (also great!) is not erased, nor is it overpowering, but the aftertaste remains strong. All I can say is... it's delicious! That's all I can say. Akita is to be feared! The appearance is really stylish, by the way. All of the local sake lined up in the liquor stores were stylish. It changes the concept of sake in a good way. I sent home some of the sake I liked, so I can enjoy it when I get back!

It was the first time for me to get the brewery and the brand name as a souvenir. I drank it as soon as I got it. Rice polishing ratio 60%. Rice used: 100% Akebono from Okayama Prefecture You can feel the sweetness like a fruit in the mouth and the back of the throat. It is a sake to enjoy the sweetness of the rice. It is a ginjo-shu that you can easily drink at home. Somehow, I think it will taste better after a few more days. It's fun to see how sake changes after you open the bottle!

I went to Kofu City in Yamanashi Prefecture on a business trip. To tell the truth... I don't remember ever drinking (consciously) sake from Yamanashi before. That's why I went to a shop in front of the station. There are a lot of local sake on display, but I was attracted by the words "Risshun morning pressing" that caught my eye. It was the last drop left in the shop! I was blessed with such an opportunity. This is the most impressive beer I drank today. Sweet and fruity. I enjoyed it with Houtou, a specialty of Yamanashi. It goes well with miso of Houtou. I wonder if it is a good match of local products. I don't have many impressions, but as a reminder for myself, I'd like to share my first visit to Yamanashi. By the way, I drank wine, too, but it was delicious〜!

Looking back, it's all about local sake.... Today, it is Tamakko from sedimentation sake. It is known locally, but I wonder how it is nationally? It has been a while since I tasted it. Yamada Nishiki 100%. Rice polishing ratio 35%! Daiginjo! From the first sip...sweet...syrupy? The sweetness is reminiscent of syrup. But it's not too sweet, and the addition of brewing alcohol gives it a refreshing taste. The aroma is subdued and crisp. But when you hold it in your mouth, you can feel the indescribable depth. Basically, I like Junmai-shu, but occasionally drinking Daiginjo is good. I'd recommend it as an everyday drink! It's hard to find when you leave your hometown, though.

When I went back to my hometown for work, I went to the usual sake brewery to check on the situation and go shopping. This is a sake that I've been curious about for a long time but never got around to trying. It's hard to see, but take a look! In addition to rice and rice malt, millet, millet, proso millet, and barley are added to this grain sake? It's also classified as "other brewed sake," so it's not Junmai-shu, but Jun-Grain-shu! According to the master brewer, there must be no other breweries in Japan that make (or sell) this kind of sake! It takes a lot of time and effort. It takes a lot of time and effort to make and is no longer made, and only available in stock. It was made in 26 BY, more than 6 years ago. The bottle is tilted a few times and poured into a glass to even out the turbidity. There was a hole in the stopper to release the carbonation, and even though it was over 6 years old, I could feel a faint carbonation. The color is not a simple white, but a cloudy color reminiscent of grain. The taste, I don't know what to call it, but it has a depth to it that is not just rice. You can feel a slight tingling on the tongue, or not. It has a rich sweetness, but it's not overly sweet. It's a strange sake, and it doesn't need anything to accompany it. After tomorrow, I'll chill it and enjoy changing the taste!

I'll write it down while I still remember the taste. After the first cup of sake, I asked for a different taste, and this is the sake I was served. It's the same Junmai sake, but from the mouthfeel to the aftertaste, it's completely different! It is still deep, but fruity and refreshing in the mouth. You can taste the sweetness of the rice, but it doesn't interfere with the other flavors, making it a perfect match for any dish! It's been a while since I've had it, but it's just a carefully crafted junmai-shu. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's a carefully crafted junmai-shu, and you can feel the brewer's attention to detail in both the rice used and the milling. It's good to have a shop that knows and loves sake. They can make suggestions according to your requests and moods, and you can make many new discoveries. I really want to know more about sake! I really want to!

This is one fancy yogurt! It was recommended to me and I drank it at an izakaya in Takarazuka City that I hadn't visited in a while. 100% Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio 50%. It is my first time to drink this brand. It looks nice and cloudy, and the ori is dancing in the glass. It is slightly sweet, but has a light sourness. Is it the water that accumulates on top of the yogurt? Whey? But it's really good! There's no bad taste at all, and you can drink it with gusto. It's a great accent drink on the way down! I'm happy to be able to find drinks like this ^ ^.

When I buy in bulk, I'm always so happy that I open a new bottle even though the one I opened first is still there. That's why today we're going to have a bottle of Kokuryu Ichorai. As it happens, both of the bottles I bought this time contain brewed alcohol. Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15 degrees 100% Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture It is tightly sealed and makes a small swooshing sound when opened. It has a refreshing mouthfeel and a well-rounded taste! It gives the impression of being an honor student. There is no unpleasant taste at all, it is not too sweet or too spicy, and you can even enjoy the faint sweetness that lingers in your mouth (aftertaste). It's good with a meal, but it's also good to enjoy this sake by itself. It has a deep flavor. Come to think of it, it's been a while since I've had Kuroryu. Let's try the other brands too!

I stopped by a famous local liquor store on my way to work and bought some. I knew the name, but this is my first time drinking it. If the owner's introduction says it's "the best ever," you'll buy it (laughs). Ginjo Nama Sake Rice polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16 degrees Arashi Bari Although it has brewing alcohol, it has a very elegant taste. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the banana. That's what it says on the store label (lol), but it really is banana! I don't buy brewing alcohol for some reason, but it doesn't taste bad at all, in fact it tightens the whole thing up. There may be some disagreements, but if you think this is the brewer's idea, it's very tasteful. I think it's a combination of the freshly made Arashibari. The cheese is used as a side dish, but neither is overpowering, and the harmony is good. It's a good drink to enjoy after work on a Friday night. I'd love to try some of the other drinks in the series!

Celebrating the lifting of the self-restraint period! Though a little bit at a time, and with a lot of moderation, I'm still happy! This is a sake that was recommended to me at my favorite restaurant after a long absence. From the outside, it looks like it's full of treasures. And when I drank it... it had a cool and elegant taste! While you can feel the carefully polished rice deep inside, the mouthfeel is like water. I drank it with a greasy dish, but it didn't get in the way, it washed out my mouth and made me feel refreshed. It was a perfect match for the chicken dish!

I found this Midorikawa at a liquor store I dropped by. I drank it for the first time. The liquor store had pamphlets and sweets with Midorikawa's name on them. I didn't buy it, though (laughs). (I didn't buy any, but I laughed.) There were several types of sake, and the first one was the Junmai type. The rice is polished to 60% and the alcohol content is 15.5 degrees. The smell, the color, and even the taste are sharp and refreshing, not unlike Junmai. It goes down easily in the mouth, and the aftertaste gives you a little bit of the sake (junmai) flavor. It gives the impression of being a standard sake that is very easy to drink. Based on my experience so far, I think this sake will become more mellow and satisfying to drink if you let it sit for a day. It also tastes good lukewarm. So I'll save half of it for tomorrow! It's March from tomorrow. Will we finally have more opportunities to go out drinking? I'm looking forward to the warmer weather as well ^ ^. P.S. I knew it! It's good to drink after leaving it for a day or two! I love this Midorikawa!

Local Sake on a Business Trip to Shizuoka! But all of the restaurants I was aiming for were either closed temporarily or closed at 8pm (tears). After a long walk in front of a certain station, I finally found a small izakaya. I finally found a small izakaya (Japanese pub). I asked for a beer and then a local sake, and they had Kaiun. It was my first Kaikun! It was refreshing and fruity. It's refreshing, fruity, and not overpowering, but with a nice sweetness. I drank it with a black hampen. Did I feel a little bit of Shizuoka? I can't describe it well, but it's a very good sake. Above all, the name and the label look like good luck! I couldn't take a picture of the bottle so here it is from the internet... The okame is smiling and the design is colourful. That alone makes me happy! By the way, I'm tired of being self-conscious by now. Today, there is only one other customer, and the night town is really lonely. I hate Corona, I hate 00! I hope that the lively atmosphere will return to the bars all over Japan as soon as possible.

Sake from Shimane two days in a row. Tonight is Itakura Shuzo's Tenmyo. When I buy sake in bulk, I can't resist opening the next bottle even if there's still some left over from yesterday 😽😽 This sake brewery is located very close to my parents' house, but it's rare to find this sake outside of my hometown. The rice is Gohyakumangoku, but it is locally produced. When you open the package and pour it into a glass, it is a light, pale amber color. The smell is not strong, but when you inhale you can feel the sweetness of the rice. In the mouth, it is refreshing and crisp❗️. There is no mottled Junmaishu unique feeling. You can feel the sweetness of the rice and the freshness remains in your mouth. It is delicious‼️. Saturday night, time to spend slowly. Sake is sinking into my body ^ ^. The longer you open it, the sweeter it gets! I don't know what fruit it is but it's fruity❗️ Well, it's delicious😋.
